Isaiah 14
1 For the LORD will have compassion on Jacob, and will yet choose Israel, and set them in their own land. The foreigner will join himself with them, and they will unite with the house of Jacob.
১যিহোৱাই যাকোবক দয়া কৰিব; ইস্ৰায়েলক পুনৰায় মনোনীত কৰিব, আৰু তেওঁলোকৰ নিজৰ দেশত তেওঁলোকক স্থাপন কৰিব। বিদেশীসকলে তেওঁলোকৰ সৈতে যোগ দিব আৰু তেওঁলোকে নিজেই যাকোবৰ বংশত সংযুক্ত হ’ব।
2 The peoples will take them, and bring them to their place. The house of Israel will possess them in the LORD’s land for servants and for handmaids. They will take as captives those whose captives they were; and they shall rule over their oppressors.
২আৰু দেশবাসীয়ে তেওঁলোকক লৈ গৈ তেওঁলোকৰ নিজৰ ঠাইত থ’ব। তাৰ পাছত ইস্ৰায়েল বংশৰ লোকসকলে তেওঁলোকক যিহোৱাৰ দেশলৈ দাস দাসীৰ দৰে লৈ যাব। তেওঁলোকক বন্দী কৰা লোকসকলক তেওঁলোকে বন্দী কৰিব, আৰু তেওঁলোকক উপদ্ৰৱ কৰা লোকসকলৰ ওপৰত তেওঁলোকে শাসন কৰিব।
3 It will happen in the day that the LORD will give you rest from your sorrow, from your trouble, and from the hard service in which you were made to serve,
৩সেই দিনা দুখ, কষ্ট, আৰু কঠিন বন্দীত্বত থাকি কাম কৰিবলৈ বাধ্য হোৱাৰ পৰা যিহোৱাই তোমালোকক জিৰণী দিব।
4 that you will take up this parable against the king of Babylon, and say, “How the oppressor has ceased! The golden city has ceased!”
৪তোমালোকে বাবিলৰ ৰজাৰ বিৰুদ্ধে বিদ্রূপৰ গীত গাবা, উপদ্ৰৱ কৰা সকলৰ কেনেকৈ অন্ত হ’ল, গর্ব্বেৰে কৰা উত্তেজনাৰ অন্ত হ’ল!
5 The LORD has broken the staff of the wicked, the sceptre of the rulers,
৫যিহোৱাই দুষ্টবোৰৰ লাঠি, আৰু সেই শাসনকর্তা সকলৰ ৰাজদণ্ড ভাঙিব,
6 who struck the peoples in wrath with a continual stroke, who ruled the nations in anger, with a persecution that no one restrained.
৬যাৰ দ্বাৰাই অবিৰাম ভাৱে ভুকুৱাত ক্রোধেৰে লোকসকল প্রভাৱিত হৈছিল, দেশবাসীসকলক খঙেৰে আক্রমন কৰি শাসন কৰাত অনিয়ন্ত্রিত হৈছিল।
7 The whole earth is at rest, and is quiet. They break out in song.
৭সমস্ত পৃথিৱী শান্ত আৰু সুস্থিৰ হৈ আছে; তেওঁলোকে গীতেৰে সৈতে উৎসৱ পালন কৰিছে;
8 Yes, the cypress trees rejoice with you, with the cedars of Lebanon, saying, “Since you are humbled, no lumberjack has come up against us.”
৮এনে কি, দেবদাৰু আৰু লিবানোনৰ এৰচ গছবোৰেও আনন্দ কৰিছে, সিহঁতে কৈছে, ‘তুমি পতিত হোৱাৰ পৰা আমাক কাটিবলৈ কোনো খৰিকটীয়া আহা নাই।’
9 Sheol from beneath has moved for you to meet you at your coming. It stirs up the departed spirits for you, even all the rulers of the earth. It has raised up from their thrones all the kings of the nations. (Sheol h7585)
৯তুমি যেতিয়া সেই ঠাইলৈ গৈছিলা, তেতিয়া তোমাক সাক্ষাৎ কৰিবলৈ চিয়োল অধঃস্থানৰ পৰা উৎসুক হৈছে; পৃথিৱীৰ সকলো ৰজাসকল আৰু মৃতবোৰ তোমাৰ বাবে উঠিছে, দেশবোৰৰ সকলো ৰজাক নিজৰ সিংহাসনৰ পৰা উঠাইছে। (Sheol h7585)
10 They all will answer and ask you, “Have you also become as weak as we are? Have you become like us?”
১০তেওঁলোক সকলোৱে তোমাৰ সৈতে কথা পাতি ক’ব, ‘তুমিও আমাৰ দৰে দুৰ্ব্বল হৈছা, তুমি আমাৰ দৰেই হৈছা।
11 Your pomp is brought down to Sheol, with the sound of your stringed instruments. Maggots are spread out under you, and worms cover you. (Sheol h7585)
১১তোমাৰ আড়ম্বৰ আৰু তোমাৰ নেবল যন্ত্ৰৰ বাদ্য চিয়োললৈ নমোৱা হ’ল, তোমাৰ চাৰিওফালে পোকবোৰ সিঁচৰিত হ’ল, আৰু কেঁচুবোৰে তোমাক ঢাকিলে।’ (Sheol h7585)
12 How you have fallen from heaven, shining one, son of the dawn! How you are cut down to the ground, who laid the nations low!
১২তুমি আকাশ মণ্ডল, নক্ষত্র, আৰু প্ৰভাতীয় তৰাৰ পৰা কেনেকৈ পৰিলা! দেশবোৰক জয় কৰা জন যি তুমি বিছিন্ন হৈ মাটিত কেনেকৈ পৰিলা!
13 You said in your heart, “I will ascend into heaven! I will exalt my throne above the stars of God! I will sit on the mountain of assembly, in the far north!
১৩তুমি তোমাৰ মনতে কৈছিলা, ‘মই স্বৰ্গলৈ উঠিম, ঈশ্বৰৰ তৰাবোৰৰ ওপৰত মই মোৰ সিংহাসন উন্নত কৰিম; আৰু মই উত্তৰ দিশৰ অন্তভাগত সভা বহা পাহাৰত বহিম।
14 I will ascend above the heights of the clouds! I will make myself like the Most High!”
১৪মই মেঘবোৰতকৈয়ো ওখ ঠাইত উঠিম; মই নিজকে সৰ্ব্বোপৰি জনাৰ তুল্য কৰিম।’
১৫তথাপি তোমাক এতিয়া চিয়োলৰ গাতৰ অন্তভাগলৈকে নমোৱা হ’ল। (Sheol h7585)
16 Those who see you will stare at you. They will ponder you, saying, “Is this the man who made the earth to tremble, who shook kingdoms,
১৬তোমালৈ স্থিৰ হৈ দৃষ্টি কৰা সকল তোমাৰ বিষয়ে বিবেচনা কৰিব, তেওঁলোকে ক’ব, ‘পৃথিৱীখন কঁপোৱা, আৰু ৰাজ্যবোৰক জোকাৰা মানুহ জন সেই জনেই নে?’
17 who made the world like a wilderness, and overthrew its cities, who didn’t release his prisoners to their home?”
১৭পৃথিৱীখনক মৰুপ্রান্ত স্বৰূপ কৰা, নগৰবোৰ উচ্ছন্ন কৰা, আৰু বন্দীসকলক ঘৰলৈ যাবলৈ নিদিয়া জন সেই জনেই নে?
18 All the kings of the nations sleep in glory, everyone in his own house.
১৮দেশবোৰৰ সকলো ৰজা, তেওঁলোকৰ সকলোৱে নিজৰ মৈদামত সন্মানেৰে শুইছে।
19 But you are cast away from your tomb like an abominable branch, clothed with the slain who are thrust through with the sword, who go down to the stones of the pit; like a dead body trodden under foot.
১৯কিন্তু ডালবোৰ কাটি পেলোৱাৰ দৰে তোমাক মৈদামৰ পৰা নিক্ষেপ কৰা হৈছে, শিলৰ গাতলৈ নিয়া আৰু তৰোৱালেৰে খোচা মৃতলোকে বস্ত্রৰ দৰে তোমাক ঢাকি ধৰিছে।
20 You will not join them in burial, because you have destroyed your land. You have killed your people. The offspring of evildoers will not be named forever.
২০মৃত দেহ গচকাৰ দৰে, তুমি তেওঁলোকৰ সৈতে কেতিয়াও মৈদামত যোগ দিয়া নহ’বা; কাৰণ তুমি তোমাৰ দেশ ধ্বংস কৰিলা, নিজৰ লোকসকলক বধ কৰা জন তুমিয়ে; অন্যায়কাৰী সকলৰ পুত্রৰ নাম পুনৰ উল্লেখ কৰা নহ’ব।
21 Prepare for slaughter of his children because of the iniquity of their fathers, that they not rise up and possess the earth, and fill the surface of the world with cities.
২১তেওঁলোকৰ পূৰ্বপুৰুষসকলৰ অপৰাধৰ বাবে, তেওঁলোকৰ সন্তান সকলক বধ কৰিবলৈ প্রস্তুত হোৱা, সেয়ে তেওঁলোকে উঠি নাহিব, আৰু পৃথিৱীখন অধিকাৰ কৰিছে, আৰু সমগ্র পৃথিৱীত নগৰেৰে পৰিপূৰ্ণ হৈছে।
22 “I will rise up against them,” says the LORD of Armies, “and cut off from Babylon name and remnant, and son and son’s son,” says the LORD.
২২বাহিনীসকলৰ যিহোৱাই কৈছে, “মই তেওঁলোকৰ বিৰুদ্ধে উঠিম” বাবিলৰ নাম, বংশধৰ, আৰু ভাবী বংশ উছন্ন কৰিম” এইয়ে যিহোৱাৰ ঘোষণা।
23 “I will also make it a possession for the porcupine, and pools of water. I will sweep it with the broom of destruction,” says the LORD of Armies.
২৩মই তেওঁক ফেঁচাৰ বাসস্থানলৈ, আৰু পুখুৰীৰ পানীলৈ লৈ যাম, আৰু মই তেওঁক সৰ্বনাশৰ বাঢ়নিৰে সাৰি পেলাম” বাহিনীসকলৰ যিহোৱাই এই কথা কৈছে,
24 The LORD of Armies has sworn, saying, “Surely, as I have thought, so shall it happen; and as I have purposed, so shall it stand:
২৪বাহিনীসকলৰ যিহোৱাই শপত কৰি কৈছে, “নিশ্চয়ে, মই সঙ্কল্প কৰাৰ দৰে, এইটো মোলৈ ঘটিব; আৰু মই অভিপ্রায় কৰাৰ দৰে সেয়ে হ’ব;
25 that I will break the Assyrian in my land, and tread him under foot on my mountains. Then his yoke will leave them, and his burden leave their shoulders.
২৫মই মোৰ দেশত অচুৰক ভাঙিম, আৰু মোৰ পৰ্বতৰ ওপৰত ভৰিৰে গচকিম। তেতিয়া তেওঁলোকৰ পৰা তেওঁৰ যুঁৱলী আঁতৰাব আৰু তেওঁলোকৰ কান্ধৰ পৰা তেওঁৰ ভাৰ দূৰ কৰা হ’ব।”
26 This is the plan that is determined for the whole earth. This is the hand that is stretched out over all the nations.
২৬সমগ্র পৃথিৱী বাবে স্থিৰ কৰা অভিপ্রায় এয়ে, আৰু সকলো দেশৰ ওপৰত উঠা হাত এয়ে।
27 For the LORD of Armies has planned, and who can stop it? His hand is stretched out, and who can turn it back?”
২৭কাৰণ বাহিনীসকলৰ যিহোৱাই এয়ে পৰিকল্পনা কৰিলে; তেওঁক কোনে বাধা দিব পাৰে? তেওঁৰ হাত দাঙিব; আৰু কোনে তাক তললৈ কৰিব পাৰিব?
28 This burden was in the year that King Ahaz died.
২৮ৰজা আহজৰ মৃত্যু হোৱাৰ বছৰত এই ঘোষণা হৈছিল।
29 Don’t rejoice, O Philistia, all of you, because the rod that struck you is broken; for out of the serpent’s root an adder will emerge, and his fruit will be a fiery flying serpent.
২৯হে পলেষ্টিয়া, তোমালোকক প্ৰহাৰ কৰা দণ্ডডাল ভগা দেখি তোমালোকে আনন্দ নকৰিবা। কাৰণ সাপৰ গাতৰ পৰা এটা বিষাক্ত সাপ বাহিৰ ওলাব, আৰু তাৰ পোৱালিবোৰ অগ্নিসদৃশ উৰণীয়া সাপ হ’ব।
30 The firstborn of the poor will eat, and the needy will lie down in safety; and I will kill your root with famine, and your remnant will be killed.
৩০দৰিদ্ৰসকলৰ প্রথমে জন্মাই খাব, আৰু অভাবগ্রস্ত সকলে সুৰক্ষাৰ বাবে শুই পৰিব। আকালৰ দ্বাৰাই মই তোমাৰ মূল নষ্ট কৰিম, আৰু তোমাৰ অৱশিষ্ট ভাগক বধ কৰা হ’ব।
31 Howl, gate! Cry, city! You are melted away, Philistia, all of you; for smoke comes out of the north, and there is no straggler in his ranks.
৩১হে পলেষ্টিয়াৰ দুৱাৰ গৰ্জন কৰা, আৰু হে নগৰ ক্রন্দন কৰা, তুমি দ্রৱ হৈ শেষ হৈ যাবা। কাৰণ উত্তৰ দিশৰ পৰা ধুঁৱাৰ দৰে ডাৱৰ আহিব, আৰু তেওঁৰ শ্রেণীত এজনো পথভ্রষ্ট নাথাকিব।
32 What will they answer the messengers of the nation? That the LORD has founded Zion, and in her the afflicted of his people will take refuge.
৩২তেনেহলে দেশৰ বাৰ্ত্তাবহক সকলক কেনেকৈ উত্তৰ দিব? সেয়ে যিহোৱাই চিয়োনক সংস্থাপন কৰিলে, আৰু তেওঁৰ লোকসকলৰ নিপীড়িতসকলক আশ্রয়স্থান বিচাৰি দিব।
