1 Samuel 10
1 Then Samuel took the vial of oil and poured it on his head, then kissed him and said, “Hasn’t the LORD anointed you to be prince over his inheritance?
১তাৰ পাছত চমূৱেলে তেলৰ বটল লৈ, চৌলৰ মুৰৰ ওপৰত তেল ঢালি তেওঁক চুমা খাই ক’লে, যিহোৱাৰ নিজ বংশৰ সূত্ৰে অধিপতি হ’বলৈ তেওঁ তোমাক জানো অভিষেক কৰা নাই?
2 When you have departed from me today, then you will find two men by Rachel’s tomb, on the border of Benjamin at Zelzah. They will tell you, ‘The donkeys which you went to look for have been found; and behold, your father has stopped caring about the donkeys and is anxious for you, saying, “What shall I do for my son?”’
২আজি তুমি যেতিয়া মোৰ ওচৰৰ পৰা যাবা, তেতিয়া বিন্যামীনৰ সীমাত থকা চেলচহত ৰাহেলৰ মৈদামৰ ওচৰত দুজন মানুহ লগ পাবা। তেওঁলোকে তোমাক ক’ব ‘তুমি যি গাধবোৰ বিচাৰি গৈছিলা, সেইবোৰ পোৱা হ’ল। এতিয়া তোমাৰ পিতৃয়ে গাধবোৰলৈ চিন্তা কৰিবলৈ এৰি তোমাৰ কাৰণে চিন্তা কৰি কৈছে, “মোৰ পুত্ৰৰ বিষয়ে কি কৰিম?’’
3 “Then you will go on forward from there, and you will come to the oak of Tabor. Three men will meet you there going up to God to Bethel: one carrying three young goats, and another carrying three loaves of bread, and another carrying a container of wine.
৩তাৰ পাছত তুমি তাৰ পৰা আগবাঢ়ি গৈ তাবোৰৰ এলোন গছজোপা পাবা। বৈৎএললৈ ঈশ্বৰৰ ওচৰলৈ যোৱা তিনিজন লোকক তুমি তাত পাবা, তাৰে এজনে তিনিটা ছাগলী পোৱালি, আন জনে তিনিটা পিঠা, আৰু আন জনে এক মোট দ্ৰাক্ষাৰস কঢ়িয়াই অনা দেখিবা।
4 They will greet you and give you two loaves of bread, which you shall receive from their hand.
৪তেওঁলোকে তোমাক মঙ্গলবাদ কৰিব আৰু তোমাক দুটা পিঠা দিব, তুমি তেওঁলোকৰ হাতৰ পৰা তাক ল’বা।
5 “After that you will come to the hill of God, where the garrison of the Philistines is; and it will happen, when you have come there to the city, that you will meet a band of prophets coming down from the high place with a lute, a tambourine, a pipe, and a harp before them; and they will be prophesying.
৫তাৰ পাছত, তুমি পলেষ্টীয়াসকলৰ নগৰৰক্ষী সৈন্যদল থকা ঈশ্বৰৰ পৰ্ব্বত পাবাগৈ। তুমি যেতিয়া সেই নগৰ পাবা তেতিয়া নেবল, খঞ্জৰী, বাঁহী আৰু বীণা বজাই ভাববাণী প্ৰচাৰ কৰি কৰি ওখ স্থানৰ পৰা নামি অহা এদল ভাববাদীৰ লগত তোমাৰ সাক্ষাৎ হ’ব।
6 Then the LORD’s Spirit will come mightily on you, then you will prophesy with them and will be turned into another man.
৬তেতিয়া যিহোৱাৰ আত্মাই তোমাত স্থিতি ল’ব; তেতিয়া তুমিও তেওঁলোকৰ লগত ভাববাণী প্ৰচাৰ কৰিবা আৰু তুমি সম্পূৰ্ণ পৰিৱৰ্তন হোৱা ব্যক্তি হ’বা।
7 Let it be, when these signs have come to you, that you do what is appropriate for the occasion; for God is with you.
৭এই সকলো চিন তোমালৈ ঘটাৰ পাছত, আমাৰ হাতে কৰিব খোজা সকলো কাম কৰিবা, কাৰণ যিহোৱা তোমাৰ লগত আছে।
8 “Go down ahead of me to Gilgal; and behold, I will come down to you to offer burnt offerings and to sacrifice sacrifices of peace offerings. Wait seven days, until I come to you and show you what you are to do.”
৮মোৰ আগেয়ে তুমি গিলগললৈ নামি যোৱা। তাৰ পাছ হোমবলি আৰু মঙ্গলাৰ্থক বলি উৎসৰ্গ কৰিবলৈ মই তোমাৰ ওচৰলৈ যাম। মই যেতিয়ালৈকে তোমাৰ ওচৰলৈ গৈ তুমি কৰিবলগীয়া কাম তোমাক নুবুজাওঁ, তেতিয়ালৈকে তুমি সাত দিন মোৰ বাবে অপেক্ষা কৰিবা।
9 It was so, that when he had turned his back to go from Samuel, God gave him another heart; and all those signs happened that day.
৯চৌলে চমূৱেলৰ ওচৰৰ পৰা যাবলৈ ওলাল আৰু যিহোৱাই তেওঁৰ মন পৰিৱৰ্তন কৰিলে।
10 When they came there to the hill, behold, a band of prophets met him; and the Spirit of God came mightily on him, and he prophesied amongst them.
১০যেতিয়া তেওঁলোকে পৰ্ব্বত পালেগৈ, এদল ভাববাদীয়ে তেওঁক লগ পালে, তাতে যিহোৱাৰ আত্মা তেওঁৰ ওপৰত স্থিতি হ’ল আৰু তেওঁলোকৰ মাজত তেৱোঁ ভাববাণী প্ৰচাৰ কৰিলে।
11 When all who knew him before saw that, behold, he prophesied with the prophets, then the people said to one another, “What is this that has come to the son of Kish? Is Saul also amongst the prophets?”
১১তেওঁক আগৰ পৰা যিসকলে জানিছিল তেওঁলোকে ভাববাদীসকলৰ সৈতে তেওঁক ভাববাণী প্ৰচাৰ কৰা দেখি, ইজনে-সিজনক ক’লে, “কীচৰ পুত্রৰ কি হ’ল? চৌলো ভাববাদীসকলৰ মাজৰ এজন নেকি?”
12 One from the same place answered, “Who is their father?” Therefore it became a proverb, “Is Saul also amongst the prophets?”
১২তাত থকা এজন মানুহে উত্তৰ দিলে, “তেওঁলোকৰ পিতৃ কোন?” ইয়াৰ কাৰণে এই কথা প্রচলিত হ’ল, “চৌলো ভাববাদীসকলৰ মাজৰ এজন নে?”
13 When he had finished prophesying, he came to the high place.
১৩ভাববাণী প্ৰচাৰ কৰি শেষ হোৱাৰ পাছত তেওঁ ওখ স্থানলৈ গ’ল।
14 Saul’s uncle said to him and to his servant, “Where did you go?” He said, “To seek the donkeys. When we saw that they were not found, we came to Samuel.”
১৪চৌলৰ দদায়েকে তেওঁক আৰু তেওঁৰ দাসক সুধিলে, “তোমালোক ক’লৈ গৈছিলা?” তেওঁ উত্তৰ দি ক’লে, “গাধবোৰ বিচাৰি গৈছিলোঁ; কিন্তু গাধবোৰ ক’তো বিচাৰি নাপাই আমি চমূৱেলৰ ওচৰলৈ গ’লো।”
15 Saul’s uncle said, “Please tell me what Samuel said to you.”
১৫চৌলৰ দদায়েকে ক’লে, “অনুগ্ৰহ কৰি কোৱাচোন চমূৱেলে তোমালোকক কি ক’লে?”
16 Saul said to his uncle, “He told us plainly that the donkeys were found.” But concerning the matter of the kingdom, of which Samuel spoke, he didn’t tell him.
১৬চৌলে দদায়েকক ক’লে, “তেওঁ আমাক স্পষ্টকৈ ক’লে যে, “গাধবোৰ বিচাৰি পাবা।” কিন্তু ৰাজ্যৰ বিষয়ে যি কথা চমূৱেলে তেওঁক কৈছিল, সেই কথা তেওঁ দদায়েকক নক’লে।
17 Samuel called the people together to the LORD to Mizpah;
১৭চমূৱেলে লোকসকলক মতি আনি মিস্পাত যিহোৱাৰ সাক্ষাতে গোট খোৱালে।
18 and he said to the children of Israel, “The LORD, the God of Israel, says ‘I brought Israel up out of Egypt and I delivered you out of the hand of the Egyptians, and out of the hand of all the kingdoms that oppressed you.’
১৮ইস্ৰায়েলৰ সন্তান সকলক তেওঁ ক’লে, “ইস্ৰায়েলৰ ঈশ্বৰ যিহোৱাই এই কথা কৈছে, ‘মই ইস্ৰায়েলক মিচৰৰ পৰা আনিলোঁ, মিচৰীয়াসকলৰ হাতৰ পৰা আৰু যিবোৰ ৰাজ্যই তোমালোকক উপদ্ৰৱ কৰিছিল তেওঁলোকৰ পৰা মই উদ্ধাৰ কৰিলোঁ।
19 But you have today rejected your God, who himself saves you out of all your calamities and your distresses; and you have said to him, ‘No! Set a king over us!’ Now therefore present yourselves before the LORD by your tribes and by your thousands.”
১৯কিন্তু তোমালোকে আজি তোমালোকৰ ঈশ্বৰক হেয়জ্ঞান কৰিলা, যি জনে সকলো আপদ আৰু সঙ্কটৰ পৰা তোমালোকক উদ্ধাৰ কৰিলে; তেওঁকেই তোমালোকে কৈছা, “আমাৰ ওপৰত এজন ৰজা নিযুক্ত কৰক’। সেয়ে, তোমালোকে এতিয়া নিজৰ ফৈদ অনুসাৰে আৰু নিজৰ গোষ্ঠী অনুসাৰে যিহোৱাৰ আগত উপস্থিত হোৱা।”
20 So Samuel brought all the tribes of Israel near, and the tribe of Benjamin was chosen.
২০তাৰ পাছত চমূৱেলে ইস্ৰায়েলৰ সকলো ফৈদক ওচৰলৈ আনিলে আৰু বিন্যামীন ফৈদক মনোনীত কৰিলে।
21 He brought the tribe of Benjamin near by their families and the family of the Matrites was chosen. Then Saul the son of Kish was chosen; but when they looked for him, he could not be found.
২১গোষ্ঠী অনুসাৰে বিন্যামীন ফৈদক ওচৰলৈ আনাৰ পাছত মট্ৰীয়া সকলৰ গোষ্ঠীক মনোনীত কৰা হ’ল আৰু তাৰ মাজত কীচৰ পুত্ৰ চৌলক মনোনীত কৰিলে; কিন্তু তেওঁলোকে যেতিয়া তেওঁক বিচাৰি গ’ল, তেতিয়া তেওঁক বিচাৰি নাপালে।
22 Therefore they asked of the LORD further, “Is there yet a man to come here?” The LORD answered, “Behold, he has hidden himself amongst the baggage.”
২২তেতিয়া লোকসকলে যিহোৱাক বহুতো প্ৰশ্ন সুধিব খুজিলে, “এতিয়াও এই ঠাইলৈ আন এজন মানুহ আহিব লগা আছে নে?” যিহোৱাই উত্তৰ দিলে, “সেই পুৰুষ মালবস্তুৰ মাজত লুকাই আছে।”
23 They ran and got him there. When he stood amongst the people, he was higher than any of the people from his shoulders and upward.
২৩তেওঁলোকে লগে লগে দৌৰি গৈ তাৰ পৰা তেওঁক উলিয়াই আনিলে, আৰু তেওঁ লোকসকলৰ মাজত থিয় হোৱাত, আন সকলো লোকতকৈ তেওঁ ওখ আছিল।
24 Samuel said to all the people, “Do you see him whom the LORD has chosen, that there is no one like him amongst all the people?” All the people shouted and said, “Long live the king!”
২৪তেতিয়া চমূৱেলে লোক সকলক ক’লে, “যিহোৱাই মনোনীত কৰা পুৰুষ জনক তোমালোকে দেখিছা নে? ইয়াত সকলো লোকৰ মাজত এওঁৰ দৰে আন কোনো নাই!” তাতে সকলো লোকে জয়-ধ্বনি কৰি ক’লে “ৰজা চিৰজীৱি হওঁক!”
25 Then Samuel told the people the regulations of the kingdom, and wrote it in a book and laid it up before the LORD. Samuel sent all the people away, every man to his house.
২৫তাৰ পাছত চমূৱেলে লোকসকলৰ আগত ৰাজ্যৰ ৰীতি-নীতি ব্যাখ্যা কৰিলে, আৰু এখন পুস্তকত এই সকলো লিখি যিহোৱাৰ সন্মুখত ৰাখিলে। তাৰ পাছত চমূৱেলে লোকসকলক নিজৰ নিজৰ ঘৰলৈ পঠিয়াই দিলে।
26 Saul also went to his house in Gibeah; and the army went with him, whose hearts God had touched.
২৬চৌলেও নিজৰ ঘৰ গিবিয়ালৈ গ’ল; আৰু ঈশ্বৰে যিসকলৰ হৃদয় স্পৰ্শ কৰিলে, এনে কেইজন মান শক্তিমান পুৰুষ তেওঁৰ লগত গ’ল।
27 But certain worthless fellows said, “How could this man save us?” They despised him, and brought him no tribute. But he held his peace.
২৭কিন্তু কেইজন মান মূল্যহীন মানুহে ক’লে, “এই পুৰুষে আমাক কেনেকৈ ৰক্ষা কৰিব?” তেওঁলোকে চৌলক হেয়জ্ঞান কৰিলে আৰু তেওঁলৈ কোনো উপহাৰ নানিলে; তথাপি তেওঁ মনে মনে থাকিল।
