1 Corinthians 16
1 As to the collection for God's people, what I have directed the Churches of Galatia to do, you must do also.
பவித்ரலோகாநாம்’ க்ரு’தே யோ(அ)ர்த²ஸம்’க்³ரஹஸ்தமதி⁴ கா³லாதீயதே³ஸ²ஸ்ய ஸமாஜா மயா யத்³ ஆதி³ஷ்டாஸ்தத்³ யுஷ்மாபி⁴ரபி க்ரியதாம்’|
2 On the first day of every week let each of you put on one side and store up at his home whatever gain has been granted to him; so that whenever I come, there may then be no collections going on.
மமாக³மநகாலே யத்³ அர்த²ஸம்’க்³ரஹோ ந ப⁴வேத் தந்நிமித்தம்’ யுஷ்மாகமேகைகேந ஸ்வஸம்பதா³நுஸாராத் ஸஞ்சயம்’ க்ரு’த்வா ஸப்தாஹஸ்ய ப்ரத²மதி³வஸே ஸ்வஸமீபே கிஞ்சித் நிக்ஷிப்யதாம்’|
3 And when I am with you, whatever brethren you accredit by letter I will send to carry your kind gift to Jerusalem.
ததோ மமாக³மநஸமயே யூயம்’ யாநேவ விஸ்²வாஸ்யா இதி வேதி³ஷ்யத² தேப்⁴யோ(அ)ஹம்’ பத்ராணி த³த்த்வா யுஷ்மாகம்’ தத்³தா³நஸ்ய யிரூஸா²லமம்’ நயநார்த²ம்’ தாந் ப்ரேஷயிஷ்யாமி|
4 And if it is worth while for me also to make the journey, they shall go as my companions.
கிந்து யதி³ தத்ர மமாபி க³மநம் உசிதம்’ ப⁴வேத் தர்ஹி தே மயா ஸஹ யாஸ்யந்தி|
5 I shall come to you after passing through Macedonia; for my plan will be to pass through Macedonia;
ஸாம்ப்ரதம்’ மாகித³நியாதே³ஸ²மஹம்’ பர்ய்யடாமி தம்’ பர்ய்யட்ய யுஷ்மத்ஸமீபம் ஆக³மிஷ்யாமி|
6 and I shall make some stay with you perhaps, or even spend the winter with you, in order that you may help me forward, whichever way I travel.
அநந்தரம்’ கிம்’ ஜாநாமி யுஷ்மத்ஸந்நிதி⁴ம் அவஸ்தா²ஸ்யே ஸீ²தகாலமபி யாபயிஷ்யாமி ச பஸ்²சாத் மம யத் ஸ்தா²நம்’ க³ந்தவ்யம்’ தத்ரைவ யுஷ்மாபி⁴ரஹம்’ ப்ரேரயிதவ்ய: |
7 For I do not wish to see you on this occasion merely in passing; but if the Lord permits, I hope to remain some time with you.
யதோ(அ)ஹம்’ யாத்ராகாலே க்ஷணமாத்ரம்’ யுஷ்மாந் த்³ரஷ்டும்’ நேச்சா²மி கிந்து ப்ரபு⁴ ர்யத்³யநுஜாநீயாத் தர்ஹி கிஞ்சித்³ தீ³ர்க⁴காலம்’ யுஷ்மத்ஸமீபே ப்ரவஸ்தும் இச்சா²மி|
8 I shall remain in Ephesus, however, until the time of the Harvest Festival,
ததா²பி நிஸ்தாரோத்ஸவாத் பரம்’ பஞ்சாஸ²த்தமதி³நம்’ யாவத்³ இபி²ஷபுர்ய்யாம்’ ஸ்தா²ஸ்யாமி|
9 for a wide door stands open before me which demands great efforts, and we have many opponents.
யஸ்மாத்³ அத்ர கார்ய்யஸாத⁴நார்த²ம்’ மமாந்திகே ப்³ரு’ஹத்³ த்³வாரம்’ முக்தம்’ ப³ஹவோ விபக்ஷா அபி வித்³யந்தே|
10 If Timothy pays you a visit, see that he is free from fear in his relations with you; for he is engaged in the Master's work just as I am.
திமதி² ர்யதி³ யுஷ்மாகம்’ ஸமீபம் ஆக³ச்சே²த் தர்ஹி யேந நிர்ப⁴யம்’ யுஷ்மந்மத்⁴யே வர்த்தேத தத்ர யுஷ்மாபி⁴ ர்மநோ நிதீ⁴யதாம்’ யஸ்மாத்³ அஹம்’ யாத்³ரு’க் ஸோ(அ)பி தாத்³ரு’க் ப்ரபோ⁴: கர்ம்மணே யததே|
11 Therefore let no one slight him, but all of you should help him forward in peace to join me; for I am waiting for him and others of the brethren.
கோ(அ)பி தம்’ ப்ரத்யநாத³ரம்’ ந கரோது கிந்து ஸ மமாந்திகம்’ யத்³ ஆக³ந்தும்’ ஸ²க்நுயாத் தத³ர்த²ம்’ யுஷ்மாபி⁴: ஸகுஸ²லம்’ ப்ரேஷ்யதாம்’| ப்⁴ராத்ரு’பி⁴: ஸார்த்³த⁴மஹம்’ தம்’ ப்ரதீக்ஷே|
12 As for our brother Apollos, I have repeatedly urged him to accompany the brethren who are coming to you: but he is quite resolved not to do so at present. He will come, however, when he has a good opportunity.
ஆபல்லும்’ ப்⁴ராதரமத்⁴யஹம்’ நிவேத³யாமி ப்⁴ராத்ரு’பி⁴: ஸாகம்’ ஸோ(அ)பி யத்³ யுஷ்மாகம்’ ஸமீபம்’ வ்ரஜேத் தத³ர்த²ம்’ மயா ஸ புந: புநர்யாசித: கிந்த்விதா³நீம்’ க³மநம்’ ஸர்வ்வதா² தஸ்மை நாரோசத, இத: பரம்’ ஸுஸமயம்’ ப்ராப்ய ஸ க³மிஷ்யதி|
13 Be on the alert; stand firm in the faith; acquit yourselves like men; be strong.
யூயம்’ ஜாக்³ரு’த விஸ்²வாஸே ஸுஸ்தி²ரா ப⁴வத பௌருஷம்’ ப்ரகாஸ²யத ப³லவந்தோ ப⁴வத|
14 Let all that you do be done from motives of love.
யுஷ்மாபி⁴: ஸர்வ்வாணி கர்ம்மாணி ப்ரேம்நா நிஷ்பாத்³யந்தாம்’|
15 And I beseech you, brethren--you know the household of Stephanas, how they were the earliest Greek converts to Christ, and have devoted themselves to the service of God's people--
ஹே ப்⁴ராதர: , அஹம்’ யுஷ்மாந் இத³ம் அபி⁴யாசே ஸ்திபா²நஸ்ய பரிஜநா ஆகா²யாதே³ஸ²ஸ்ய ப்ரத²மஜாதப²லஸ்வரூபா: , பவித்ரலோகாநாம்’ பரிசர்ய்யாயை ச த ஆத்மநோ ந்யவேத³யந் இதி யுஷ்மாபி⁴ ர்ஜ்ஞாயதே|
16 I beseech you, on your part, to show deference to such men, and to every one who participates in their work and toils hard.
அதோ யூயமபி தாத்³ரு’ஸ²லோகாநாம் அஸ்மத்ஸஹாயாநாம்’ ஸ்²ரமகாரிணாஞ்ச ஸர்வ்வேஷாம்’ வஸ்²யா ப⁴வத|
17 It is a joy to me that Stephanas, Fortunatus and Achaicus have now arrived, because what was wanting so far as you are concerned they have supplied.
ஸ்திபா²ந: ப²ர்த்தூநாத ஆகா²யிகஸ்²ச யத்³ அத்ராக³மந் தேநாஹம் ஆநந்தா³மி யதோ யுஷ்மாபி⁴ர்யத் ந்யூநிதம்’ தத் தை: ஸம்பூரிதம்’|
18 They have refreshed my spirit, and yours. Acknowledge such men as these.
தை ர்யுஷ்மாகம்’ மம ச மநாம்’ஸ்யாப்யாயிதாநி| தஸ்மாத் தாத்³ரு’ஸா² லோகா யுஷ்மாபி⁴: ஸம்மந்தவ்யா: |
19 The Churches in the province of Asia send you greetings; and Aquila and Prisca, in hearty Christian love, do the same, together with the Church which meets at their house.
யுஷ்மப்⁴யம் ஆஸி²யாதே³ஸ²ஸ்த²ஸமாஜாநாம்’ நமஸ்க்ரு’திம் ஆக்கிலப்ரிஸ்கில்லயோஸ்தந்மண்ட³பஸ்த²ஸமிதேஸ்²ச ப³ஹுநமஸ்க்ரு’திம்’ ப்ரஜாநீத|
20 The brethren all send greetings to you. Greet one another with a holy kiss.
ஸர்வ்வே ப்⁴ராதரோ யுஷ்மாந் நமஸ்குர்வ்வந்தே| யூயம்’ பவித்ரசும்ப³நேந மிதோ² நமத|
21 The final greeting of me--Paul--with my own hand.
பௌலோ(அ)ஹம்’ ஸ்வகரலிகி²தம்’ நமஸ்க்ரு’திம்’ யுஷ்மாந் வேத³யே|
22 If any one is destitute of love to the Lord, let him be accursed. OUR LORD IS COMING.
யதி³ கஸ்²சித்³ யீஸு²க்²ரீஷ்டே ந ப்ரீயதே தர்ஹி ஸ ஸா²பக்³ரஸ்தோ ப⁴வேத் ப்ரபு⁴ராயாதி|
23 The grace of the Lord Jesus be with you.
அஸ்மாகம்’ ப்ரபோ⁴ ர்யீஸு²க்²ரீஷ்டஸ்யாநுக்³ரஹோ யுஷ்மாந் ப்ரதி பூ⁴யாத்|
24 My love in Christ Jesus be with you all.
க்²ரீஷ்டம்’ யீஸு²ம் ஆஸ்²ரிதாந் யுஷ்மாந் ப்ரதி மம ப்ரேம திஷ்ட²து| இதி||
