1 And they came over to the other side of the sea, into the country of the Gadarenes.
ଅଥ ତୂ ସିନ୍ଧୁପାରଂ ଗତ୍ୱା ଗିଦେରୀଯପ୍ରଦେଶ ଉପତସ୍ଥୁଃ|
2 And when he had come out of the boat, immediately there met him out of the tombs a man with an unclean spirit,
ନୌକାତୋ ନିର୍ଗତମାତ୍ରାଦ୍ ଅପୱିତ୍ରଭୂତଗ୍ରସ୍ତ ଏକଃ ଶ୍ମଶାନାଦେତ୍ୟ ତଂ ସାକ୍ଷାଚ୍ ଚକାର|
3 Who had [his] dwelling among the tombs; and no man could bind him, no, not with chains:
ସ ଶ୍ମଶାନେଽୱାତ୍ସୀତ୍ କୋପି ତଂ ଶୃଙ୍ଖଲେନ ବଦ୍ୱ୍ୱା ସ୍ଥାପଯିତୁଂ ନାଶକ୍ନୋତ୍|
4 For he had been often bound with fetters and chains, and the chains had been plucked asunder by him, and the fetters broken in pieces: neither could any [man] tame him.
ଜନୈର୍ୱାରଂ ନିଗଡୈଃ ଶୃଙ୍ଖଲୈଶ୍ଚ ସ ବଦ୍ଧୋପି ଶୃଙ୍ଖଲାନ୍ୟାକୃଷ୍ୟ ମୋଚିତୱାନ୍ ନିଗଡାନି ଚ ଭଂକ୍ତ୍ୱା ଖଣ୍ଡଂ ଖଣ୍ଡଂ କୃତୱାନ୍ କୋପି ତଂ ୱଶୀକର୍ତ୍ତୁଂ ନ ଶଶକ|
5 And always, night and day, he was on the mountains, and in the tombs, crying, and cutting himself with stones.
ଦିୱାନିଶଂ ସଦା ପର୍ୱ୍ୱତଂ ଶ୍ମଶାନଞ୍ଚ ଭ୍ରମିତ୍ୱା ଚୀତ୍ଶବ୍ଦଂ କୃତୱାନ୍ ଗ୍ରାୱଭିଶ୍ଚ ସ୍ୱଯଂ ସ୍ୱଂ କୃତୱାନ୍|
6 But when he saw Jesus afar off, he ran and worshiped him,
ସ ଯୀଶୁଂ ଦୂରାତ୍ ପଶ୍ୟନ୍ନେୱ ଧାୱନ୍ ତଂ ପ୍ରଣନାମ ଉଚୈରୁୱଂଶ୍ଚୋୱାଚ,
7 And cried with a loud voice, and said, What have I to do with thee, Jesus, [thou] Son of the Most High God? I adjure thee by God, that thou torment me not.
ହେ ସର୍ୱ୍ୱୋପରିସ୍ଥେଶ୍ୱରପୁତ୍ର ଯୀଶୋ ଭୱତା ସହ ମେ କଃ ସମ୍ବନ୍ଧଃ? ଅହଂ ତ୍ୱାମୀଶ୍ୱରେଣ ଶାପଯେ ମାଂ ମା ଯାତଯ|
8 (For he said to him, Come out of the man, [thou] unclean spirit.)
ଯତୋ ଯୀଶୁସ୍ତଂ କଥିତୱାନ୍ ରେ ଅପୱିତ୍ରଭୂତ, ଅସ୍ମାନ୍ନରାଦ୍ ବହିର୍ନିର୍ଗଚ୍ଛ|
9 And he asked him, What [is] thy name? And he answered, saying, My name [is] Legion: for we are many.
ଅଥ ସ ତଂ ପୃଷ୍ଟୱାନ୍ କିନ୍ତେ ନାମ? ତେନ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟୁକ୍ତଂ ୱଯମନେକେ ଽସ୍ମସ୍ତତୋଽସ୍ମନ୍ନାମ ବାହିନୀ|
10 And he besought him much that he would not send them away out of the country.
ତତୋସ୍ମାନ୍ ଦେଶାନ୍ନ ପ୍ରେଷଯେତି ତେ ତଂ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥଯନ୍ତ|
11 Now there was there nigh to the mountains a great herd of swine feeding.
ତଦାନୀଂ ପର୍ୱ୍ୱତଂ ନିକଷା ବୃହନ୍ ୱରାହୱ୍ରଜଶ୍ଚରନ୍ନାସୀତ୍|
12 And all the demons besought him, saying, Send us into the swine, that we may enter into them.
ତସ୍ମାଦ୍ ଭୂତା ୱିନଯେନ ଜଗଦୁଃ, ଅମୁଂ ୱରାହୱ୍ରଜମ୍ ଆଶ୍ରଯିତୁମ୍ ଅସ୍ମାନ୍ ପ୍ରହିଣୁ|
13 And forthwith Jesus gave them leave. And the unclean spirits went out, and entered into the swine: and the herd ran violently down a steep place into the sea (they were about two thousand) and were choked in the sea.
ଯୀଶୁନାନୁଜ୍ଞାତାସ୍ତେଽପୱିତ୍ରଭୂତା ବହିର୍ନିର୍ୟାଯ ୱରାହୱ୍ରଜଂ ପ୍ରାୱିଶନ୍ ତତଃ ସର୍ୱ୍ୱେ ୱରାହା ୱସ୍ତୁତସ୍ତୁ ପ୍ରାଯୋଦ୍ୱିସହସ୍ରସଂଙ୍ଖ୍ୟକାଃ କଟକେନ ମହାଜୱାଦ୍ ଧାୱନ୍ତଃ ସିନ୍ଧୌ ପ୍ରାଣାନ୍ ଜହୁଃ|
14 And they that fed the swine fled, and told [it] in the city, and in the country. And they went out to see what it was that was done.
ତସ୍ମାଦ୍ ୱରାହପାଲକାଃ ପଲାଯମାନାଃ ପୁରେ ଗ୍ରାମେ ଚ ତଦ୍ୱାର୍ତ୍ତଂ କଥଯାଞ୍ଚକ୍ରୁଃ| ତଦା ଲୋକା ଘଟିତଂ ତତ୍କାର୍ୟ୍ୟଂ ଦ୍ରଷ୍ଟୁଂ ବହିର୍ଜଗ୍ମୁଃ
15 And they come to Jesus, and see him that was possessed with the demon, and had the legion, sitting, and clothed, and in his right mind: and they were afraid.
ଯୀଶୋଃ ସନ୍ନିଧିଂ ଗତ୍ୱା ତଂ ଭୂତଗ୍ରସ୍ତମ୍ ଅର୍ଥାଦ୍ ବାହିନୀଭୂତଗ୍ରସ୍ତଂ ନରଂ ସୱସ୍ତ୍ରଂ ସଚେତନଂ ସମୁପୱିଷ୍ଟଞ୍ଚ ଦୃଷ୍ଟ୍ୱା ବିଭ୍ୟୁଃ|
16 And they that saw [it] told them how it befell him that was possessed with the demon, and [also] concerning the swine.
ତତୋ ଦୃଷ୍ଟତତ୍କାର୍ୟ୍ୟଲୋକାସ୍ତସ୍ୟ ଭୂତଗ୍ରସ୍ତନରସ୍ୟ ୱରାହୱ୍ରଜସ୍ୟାପି ତାଂ ଧଟନାଂ ୱର୍ଣଯାମାସୁଃ|
17 And they began to pray him to depart out of their borders.
ତତସ୍ତେ ସ୍ୱସୀମାତୋ ବହିର୍ଗନ୍ତୁଂ ଯୀଶୁଂ ୱିନେତୁମାରେଭିରେ|
18 And when he had come into the boat, he that had been possessed with the demon prayed him that he might be with him.
ଅଥ ତସ୍ୟ ନୌକାରୋହଣକାଲେ ସ ଭୂତମୁକ୍ତୋ ନା ଯୀଶୁନା ସହ ସ୍ଥାତୁଂ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥଯତେ;
19 Yet Jesus suffered him not, but saith to him, Go home to thy friends, and tell them how great things the Lord hath done for thee, and hath had compassion on thee.
କିନ୍ତୁ ସ ତମନନୁମତ୍ୟ କଥିତୱାନ୍ ତ୍ୱଂ ନିଜାତ୍ମୀଯାନାଂ ସମୀପଂ ଗୃହଞ୍ଚ ଗଚ୍ଛ ପ୍ରଭୁସ୍ତ୍ୱଯି କୃପାଂ କୃତ୍ୱା ଯାନି କର୍ମ୍ମାଣି କୃତୱାନ୍ ତାନି ତାନ୍ ଜ୍ଞାପଯ|
20 And he departed, and began to publish in Decapolis how great things Jesus had done for him. And all [men] wondered.
ଅତଃ ସ ପ୍ରସ୍ଥାଯ ଯୀଶୁନା କୃତଂ ତତ୍ସର୍ୱ୍ୱାଶ୍ଚର୍ୟ୍ୟଂ କର୍ମ୍ମ ଦିକାପଲିଦେଶେ ପ୍ରଚାରଯିତୁଂ ପ୍ରାରବ୍ଧୱାନ୍ ତତଃ ସର୍ୱ୍ୱେ ଲୋକା ଆଶ୍ଚର୍ୟ୍ୟଂ ମେନିରେ|
21 And when Jesus had passed over again in a boat to the other side, much people gathered to him: and he was nigh to the sea.
ଅନନ୍ତରଂ ଯୀଶୌ ନାୱା ପୁନରନ୍ୟପାର ଉତ୍ତୀର୍ଣେ ସିନ୍ଧୁତଟେ ଚ ତିଷ୍ଠତି ସତି ତତ୍ସମୀପେ ବହୁଲୋକାନାଂ ସମାଗମୋଽଭୂତ୍|
22 And behold, there cometh one of the rulers of the synagogue, Jairus by name; and when he saw him, he fell at his feet,
ଅପରଂ ଯାଯୀର୍ ନାମ୍ନା କଶ୍ଚିଦ୍ ଭଜନଗୃହସ୍ୟାଧିପ ଆଗତ୍ୟ ତଂ ଦୃଷ୍ଟ୍ୱୈୱ ଚରଣଯୋଃ ପତିତ୍ୱା ବହୁ ନିୱେଦ୍ୟ କଥିତୱାନ୍;
23 And besought him greatly, saying, My little daughter lieth at the point of death: [I pray thee], come and lay thy hands on her, that she may be healed; and she will live.
ମମ କନ୍ୟା ମୃତପ୍ରାଯାଭୂଦ୍ ଅତୋ ଭୱାନେତ୍ୟ ତଦାରୋଗ୍ୟାଯ ତସ୍ୟା ଗାତ୍ରେ ହସ୍ତମ୍ ଅର୍ପଯତୁ ତେନୈୱ ସା ଜୀୱିଷ୍ୟତି|
24 And [Jesus] went with him; and many people followed him, and thronged him.
ତଦା ଯୀଶୁସ୍ତେନ ସହ ଚଲିତଃ କିନ୍ତୁ ତତ୍ପଶ୍ଚାଦ୍ ବହୁଲୋକାଶ୍ଚଲିତ୍ୱା ତାଦ୍ଗାତ୍ରେ ପତିତାଃ|
25 And a certain woman who had an issue of blood twelve years,
ଅଥ ଦ୍ୱାଦଶୱର୍ଷାଣି ପ୍ରଦରରୋଗେଣ
26 And had suffered many things from many physicians, and had spent all that she had, and was not relieved, but rather grew worse,
ଶୀର୍ଣା ଚିକିତ୍ସକାନାଂ ନାନାଚିକିତ୍ସାଭିଶ୍ଚ ଦୁଃଖଂ ଭୁକ୍ତୱତୀ ଚ ସର୍ୱ୍ୱସ୍ୱଂ ୱ୍ୟଯିତ୍ୱାପି ନାରୋଗ୍ୟଂ ପ୍ରାପ୍ତା ଚ ପୁନରପି ପୀଡିତାସୀଚ୍ଚ
27 When she had heard of Jesus, came in the crowd behind, and touched his garment.
ଯା ସ୍ତ୍ରୀ ସା ଯୀଶୋ ର୍ୱାର୍ତ୍ତାଂ ପ୍ରାପ୍ୟ ମନସାକଥଯତ୍ ଯଦ୍ୟହଂ ତସ୍ୟ ୱସ୍ତ୍ରମାତ୍ର ସ୍ପ୍ରଷ୍ଟୁଂ ଲଭେଯଂ ତଦା ରୋଗହୀନା ଭୱିଷ୍ୟାମି|
28 For she said, If I may touch but his clothes, I shall be whole.
ଅତୋହେତୋଃ ସା ଲୋକାରଣ୍ୟମଧ୍ୟେ ତତ୍ପଶ୍ଚାଦାଗତ୍ୟ ତସ୍ୟ ୱସ୍ତ୍ରଂ ପସ୍ପର୍ଶ|
29 And immediately the fountain of her blood was dried up; and she felt in [her] body that she was healed of that infirmity.
ତେନୈୱ ତତ୍କ୍ଷଣଂ ତସ୍ୟା ରକ୍ତସ୍ରୋତଃ ଶୁଷ୍କଂ ସ୍ୱଯଂ ତସ୍ମାଦ୍ ରୋଗାନ୍ମୁକ୍ତା ଇତ୍ୟପି ଦେହେଽନୁଭୂତା|
30 And Jesus, immediately knowing in himself that virtue had gone out of him, turned him about in the throng, and said, Who touched my clothes?
ଅଥ ସ୍ୱସ୍ମାତ୍ ଶକ୍ତି ର୍ନିର୍ଗତା ଯୀଶୁରେତନ୍ମନସା ଜ୍ଞାତ୍ୱା ଲୋକନିୱହଂ ପ୍ରତି ମୁଖଂ ୱ୍ୟାୱୃତ୍ୟ ପୃଷ୍ଟୱାନ୍ କେନ ମଦ୍ୱସ୍ତ୍ରଂ ସ୍ପୃଷ୍ଟଂ?
31 And his disciples said to him, Thou seest the multitude thronging thee, and sayest thou, Who touched me?
ତତସ୍ତସ୍ୟ ଶିଷ୍ୟା ଊଚୁଃ ଭୱତୋ ୱପୁଷି ଲୋକାଃ ସଂଘର୍ଷନ୍ତି ତଦ୍ ଦୃଷ୍ଟ୍ୱା କେନ ମଦ୍ୱସ୍ତ୍ରଂ ସ୍ପୃଷ୍ଟମିତି କୁତଃ କଥଯତି?
32 And he looked around, to see her that had done this thing.
କିନ୍ତୁ କେନ ତତ୍ କର୍ମ୍ମ କୃତଂ ତଦ୍ ଦ୍ରଷ୍ଟୁଂ ଯୀଶୁଶ୍ଚତୁର୍ଦିଶୋ ଦୃଷ୍ଟୱାନ୍|
33 But the woman fearing and trembling, knowing what was done in her, came and fell down before him, and told him all the truth.
ତତଃ ସା ସ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଭୀତା କମ୍ପିତା ଚ ସତୀ ସ୍ୱସ୍ୟା ରୁକ୍ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିଯା ଜାତେତି ଜ୍ଞାତ୍ୱାଗତ୍ୟ ତତ୍ସମ୍ମୁଖେ ପତିତ୍ୱା ସର୍ୱ୍ୱୱୃତ୍ତାନ୍ତଂ ସତ୍ୟଂ ତସ୍ମୈ କଥଯାମାସ|
34 And he said to her, Daughter, thy faith hath made thee whole; go in peace, and be healed of thy infirmity.
ତଦାନୀଂ ଯୀଶୁସ୍ତାଂ ଗଦିତୱାନ୍, ହେ କନ୍ୟେ ତୱ ପ୍ରତୀତିସ୍ତ୍ୱାମ୍ ଅରୋଗାମକରୋତ୍ ତ୍ୱଂ କ୍ଷେମେଣ ୱ୍ରଜ ସ୍ୱରୋଗାନ୍ମୁକ୍ତା ଚ ତିଷ୍ଠ|
35 While he was yet speaking, there came from the ruler of the synagogue's [house certain] who said, Thy daughter is dead: why troublest thou the Master any further?
ଇତିୱାକ୍ୟୱଦନକାଲେ ଭଜନଗୃହାଧିପସ୍ୟ ନିୱେଶନାଲ୍ ଲୋକା ଏତ୍ୟାଧିପଂ ବଭାଷିରେ ତୱ କନ୍ୟା ମୃତା ତସ୍ମାଦ୍ ଗୁରୁଂ ପୁନଃ କୁତଃ କ୍ଲିଶ୍ନାସି?
36 As soon as Jesus heard the word that was spoken, he saith to the ruler of the synagogue, Be not afraid, only believe,
କିନ୍ତୁ ଯୀଶୁସ୍ତଦ୍ ୱାକ୍ୟଂ ଶ୍ରୁତ୍ୱୈୱ ଭଜନଗୃହାଧିପଂ ଗଦିତୱାନ୍ ମା ଭୈଷୀଃ କେୱଲଂ ୱିଶ୍ୱାସିହି|
37 And he suffered no man to follow him, save Peter, and James, and John the brother of James.
ଅଥ ପିତରୋ ଯାକୂବ୍ ତଦ୍ଭ୍ରାତା ଯୋହନ୍ ଚ ଏତାନ୍ ୱିନା କମପି ସ୍ୱପଶ୍ଚାଦ୍ ଯାତୁଂ ନାନ୍ୱମନ୍ୟତ|
38 And he cometh to the house of the ruler of the synagogue, and seeth the tumult, and them that wept and wailed greatly.
ତସ୍ୟ ଭଜନଗୃହାଧିପସ୍ୟ ନିୱେଶନସମୀପମ୍ ଆଗତ୍ୟ କଲହଂ ବହୁରୋଦନଂ ୱିଲାପଞ୍ଚ କୁର୍ୱ୍ୱତୋ ଲୋକାନ୍ ଦଦର୍ଶ|
39 And when he had come in, he saith to them, Why make ye this tumult, and weep? the damsel is not dead, but sleepeth.
ତସ୍ମାନ୍ ନିୱେଶନଂ ପ୍ରୱିଶ୍ୟ ପ୍ରୋକ୍ତୱାନ୍ ଯୂଯଂ କୁତ ଇତ୍ଥଂ କଲହଂ ରୋଦନଞ୍ଚ କୁରୁଥ? କନ୍ୟା ନ ମୃତା ନିଦ୍ରାତି|
40 And they derided him: but when he had put them all out, he taketh the father and the mother of the damsel, and them that were with him, and entereth in where the damsel was lying.
ତସ୍ମାତ୍ତେ ତମୁପଜହସୁଃ କିନ୍ତୁ ଯୀଶୁଃ ସର୍ୱ୍ୱାନ ବହିଷ୍କୃତ୍ୟ କନ୍ୟାଯାଃ ପିତରୌ ସ୍ୱସଙ୍ଗିନଶ୍ଚ ଗୃହୀତ୍ୱା ଯତ୍ର କନ୍ୟାସୀତ୍ ତତ୍ ସ୍ଥାନଂ ପ୍ରୱିଷ୍ଟୱାନ୍|
41 And he took the damsel by the hand, and said to her, Talitha cumi: which is, being interpreted, Damsel (I say to thee) arise.
ଅଥ ସ ତସ୍ୟାଃ କନ୍ୟାଯା ହସ୍ତୌ ଧୃତ୍ୱା ତାଂ ବଭାଷେ ଟାଲୀଥା କୂମୀ, ଅର୍ଥତୋ ହେ କନ୍ୟେ ତ୍ୱମୁତ୍ତିଷ୍ଠ ଇତ୍ୟାଜ୍ଞାପଯାମି|
42 And forthwith the damsel arose, and walked; for she was [of the age] of twelve years. And they were astonished with a great astonishment.
ତୁନୈୱ ତତ୍କ୍ଷଣଂ ସା ଦ୍ୱାଦଶୱର୍ଷୱଯସ୍କା କନ୍ୟା ପୋତ୍ଥାଯ ଚଲିତୁମାରେଭେ, ଇତଃ ସର୍ୱ୍ୱେ ମହାୱିସ୍ମଯଂ ଗତାଃ|
43 And he charged them strictly that no man should know it; and commanded that something should be given her to eat.
ତତ ଏତସ୍ୟୈ କିଞ୍ଚିତ୍ ଖାଦ୍ୟଂ ଦତ୍ତେତି କଥଯିତ୍ୱା ଏତତ୍କର୍ମ୍ମ କମପି ନ ଜ୍ଞାପଯତେତି ଦୃଢମାଦିଷ୍ଟୱାନ୍|
