1 Timothy 2
1 I exhort therefore, that first of all supplications, prayers, intercessions, [and] giving of thanks be made for all men;
ମମ ପ୍ରଥମ ଆଦେଶୋଽଯଂ, ପ୍ରାର୍ଥନାୱିନଯନିୱେଦନଧନ୍ୟୱାଦାଃ କର୍ତ୍ତୱ୍ୟାଃ,
2 For kings, and [for] all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty.
ସର୍ୱ୍ୱେଷାଂ ମାନୱାନାଂ କୃତେ ୱିଶେଷତୋ ୱଯଂ ଯତ୍ ଶାନ୍ତତ୍ୱେନ ନିର୍ୱ୍ୱିରୋଧତ୍ୱେନ ଚେଶ୍ଚରଭକ୍ତିଂ ୱିନୀତତ୍ୱଞ୍ଚାଚରନ୍ତଃ କାଲଂ ଯାପଯାମସ୍ତଦର୍ଥଂ ନୃପତୀନାମ୍ ଉଚ୍ଚପଦସ୍ଥାନାଞ୍ଚ କୃତେ ତେ କର୍ତ୍ତୱ୍ୟାଃ|
3 For this [is] good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior;
ଯତୋଽସ୍ମାକଂ ତାରକସ୍ୟେଶ୍ୱରସ୍ୟ ସାକ୍ଷାତ୍ ତଦେୱୋତ୍ତମଂ ଗ୍ରାହ୍ୟଞ୍ଚ ଭୱତି,
4 Who will have all men to be saved, and to come to the knowledge of the truth.
ସ ସର୍ୱ୍ୱେଷାଂ ମାନୱାନାଂ ପରିତ୍ରାଣଂ ସତ୍ୟଜ୍ଞାନପ୍ରାପ୍ତିଞ୍ଚେଚ୍ଛତି|
5 For [there is] one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;
ଯତ ଏକୋଽଦ୍ୱିତୀଯ ଈଶ୍ୱରୋ ୱିଦ୍ୟତେ କିଞ୍ଚେଶ୍ୱରେ ମାନୱେଷୁ ଚୈକୋ ଽଦ୍ୱିତୀଯୋ ମଧ୍ୟସ୍ଥଃ
6 Who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time.
ସ ନରାୱତାରଃ ଖ୍ରୀଷ୍ଟୋ ଯୀଶୁ ର୍ୱିଦ୍ୟତେ ଯଃ ସର୍ୱ୍ୱେଷାଂ ମୁକ୍ତେ ର୍ମୂଲ୍ୟମ୍ ଆତ୍ମଦାନଂ କୃତୱାନ୍| ଏତେନ ଯେନ ପ୍ରମାଣେନୋପଯୁକ୍ତେ ସମଯେ ପ୍ରକାଶିତୱ୍ୟଂ,
7 For which I am ordained a preacher and an apostle, (I speak the truth in Christ, [and] lie not) a teacher of the Gentiles in faith and verity.
ତଦ୍ଘୋଷଯିତା ଦୂତୋ ୱିଶ୍ୱାସେ ସତ୍ୟଧର୍ମ୍ମେ ଚ ଭିନ୍ନଜାତୀଯାନାମ୍ ଉପଦେଶକଶ୍ଚାହଂ ନ୍ୟଯୂଜ୍ୟେ, ଏତଦହଂ ଖ୍ରୀଷ୍ଟସ୍ୟ ନାମ୍ନା ଯଥାତଥ୍ୟଂ ୱଦାମି ନାନୃତଂ କଥଯାମି|
8 I will therefore that men pray every where, lifting up holy hands, without wrath and doubting.
ଅତୋ ମମାଭିମତମିଦଂ ପୁରୁଷୈଃ କ୍ରୋଧସନ୍ଦେହୌ ୱିନା ପୱିତ୍ରକରାନ୍ ଉତ୍ତୋଲ୍ୟ ସର୍ୱ୍ୱସ୍ମିନ୍ ସ୍ଥାନେ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥନା କ୍ରିଯତାଂ|
9 In like manner also, that women adorn themselves in decent apparel, with modesty and sobriety; not with broidered hair, or gold, or pearls, or costly array,
ତଦ୍ୱତ୍ ନାର୍ୟ୍ୟୋଽପି ସଲଜ୍ଜାଃ ସଂଯତମନସଶ୍ଚ ସତ୍ୟୋ ଯୋଗ୍ୟମାଚ୍ଛାଦନଂ ପରିଦଧତୁ କିଞ୍ଚ କେଶସଂସ୍କାରୈଃ କଣକମୁକ୍ତାଭି ର୍ମହାର୍ଘ୍ୟପରିଚ୍ଛଦୈଶ୍ଚାତ୍ମଭୂଷଣଂ ନ କୁର୍ୱ୍ୱତ୍ୟଃ
10 But (which becometh women professing godliness) with good works.
ସ୍ୱୀକୃତେଶ୍ୱରଭକ୍ତୀନାଂ ଯୋଷିତାଂ ଯୋଗ୍ୟୈଃ ସତ୍ୟର୍ମ୍ମଭିଃ ସ୍ୱଭୂଷଣଂ କୁର୍ୱ୍ୱତାଂ|
11 Let the woman learn in silence with all subjection.
ନାରୀ ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣୱିନୀତତ୍ୱେନ ନିର୍ୱିରୋଧଂ ଶିକ୍ଷତାଂ|
12 But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence.
ନାର୍ୟ୍ୟାଃ ଶିକ୍ଷାଦାନଂ ପୁରୁଷାଯାଜ୍ଞାଦାନଂ ୱାହଂ ନାନୁଜାନାମି ତଯା ନିର୍ୱ୍ୱିରୋଧତ୍ୱମ୍ ଆଚରିତୱ୍ୟଂ|
13 For Adam was first formed, then Eve.
ଯତଃ ପ୍ରଥମମ୍ ଆଦମସ୍ତତଃ ପରଂ ହୱାଯାଃ ସୃଷ୍ଟି ର୍ବଭୂୱ|
14 And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression.
କିଞ୍ଚାଦମ୍ ଭ୍ରାନ୍ତିଯୁକ୍ତୋ ନାଭୱତ୍ ଯୋଷିଦେୱ ଭ୍ରାନ୍ତିଯୁକ୍ତା ଭୂତ୍ୱାତ୍ୟାଚାରିଣୀ ବଭୂୱ|
15 Notwithstanding, she will be saved in child-bearing, if they continue in faith, and charity, and holiness, with sobriety.
ତଥାପି ନାରୀଗଣୋ ଯଦି ୱିଶ୍ୱାସେ ପ୍ରେମ୍ନି ପୱିତ୍ରତାଯାଂ ସଂଯତମନସି ଚ ତିଷ୍ଠତି ତର୍ହ୍ୟପତ୍ୟପ୍ରସୱୱର୍ତ୍ମନା ପରିତ୍ରାଣଂ ପ୍ରାପ୍ସ୍ୟତି|
