1 Peter 1
1 Peter, an apostle of Jesus Christ, to the strangers scattered throughout Pontus, Galatia, Cappadocia, Asia, and Bithynia,
ପନ୍ତ-ଗାଲାତିଯା-କପ୍ପଦକିଯା-ଆଶିଯା-ବିଥୁନିଯାଦେଶେଷୁ ପ୍ରୱାସିନୋ ଯେ ୱିକୀର୍ଣଲୋକାଃ
2 Elect according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, through sanctification of the Spirit, to obedience and sprinkling of the blood of Jesus Christ: Grace to you, and peace, be multiplied.
ପିତୁରୀଶ୍ୱରସ୍ୟ ପୂର୍ୱ୍ୱନିର୍ଣଯାଦ୍ ଆତ୍ମନଃ ପାୱନେନ ଯୀଶୁଖ୍ରୀଷ୍ଟସ୍ୟାଜ୍ଞାଗ୍ରହଣାଯ ଶୋଣିତପ୍ରୋକ୍ଷଣାଯ ଚାଭିରୁଚିତାସ୍ତାନ୍ ପ୍ରତି ଯୀଶୁଖ୍ରୀଷ୍ଟସ୍ୟ ପ୍ରେରିତଃ ପିତରଃ ପତ୍ରଂ ଲିଖତି| ଯୁଷ୍ମାନ୍ ପ୍ରତି ବାହୁଲ୍ୟେନ ଶାନ୍ତିରନୁଗ୍ରହଶ୍ଚ ଭୂଯାସ୍ତାଂ|
3 Blessed [be] the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again to a living hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,
ଅସ୍ମାକଂ ପ୍ରଭୋ ର୍ୟୀଶୁଖ୍ରୀଷ୍ଟସ୍ୟ ତାତ ଈଶ୍ୱରୋ ଧନ୍ୟଃ, ଯତଃ ସ ସ୍ୱକୀଯବହୁକୃପାତୋ ମୃତଗଣମଧ୍ୟାଦ୍ ଯୀଶୁଖ୍ରୀଷ୍ଟସ୍ୟୋତ୍ଥାନେନ ଜୀୱନପ୍ରତ୍ୟାଶାର୍ଥମ୍ ଅର୍ଥତୋ
4 To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you,
ଽକ୍ଷଯନିଷ୍କଲଙ୍କାମ୍ଲାନସମ୍ପତ୍ତିପ୍ରାପ୍ତ୍ୟର୍ଥମ୍ ଅସ୍ମାନ୍ ପୁନ ର୍ଜନଯାମାସ| ସା ସମ୍ପତ୍ତିଃ ସ୍ୱର୍ଗେ ଽସ୍ମାକଂ କୃତେ ସଞ୍ଚିତା ତିଷ୍ଠତି,
5 Who are kept by the power of God through faith to salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.
ଯୂଯଞ୍ଚେଶ୍ୱରସ୍ୟ ଶକ୍ତିତଃ ଶେଷକାଲେ ପ୍ରକାଶ୍ୟପରିତ୍ରାଣାର୍ଥଂ ୱିଶ୍ୱାସେନ ରକ୍ଷ୍ୟଧ୍ୱେ|
6 In which ye greatly rejoice, though now for a season (if need be) ye are in heaviness through manifold temptations:
ତସ୍ମାଦ୍ ଯୂଯଂ ଯଦ୍ୟପ୍ୟାନନ୍ଦେନ ପ୍ରଫୁଲ୍ଲା ଭୱଥ ତଥାପି ସାମ୍ପ୍ରତଂ ପ୍ରଯୋଜନହେତୋଃ କିଯତ୍କାଲପର୍ୟ୍ୟନ୍ତଂ ନାନାୱିଧପରୀକ୍ଷାଭିଃ କ୍ଲିଶ୍ୟଧ୍ୱେ|
7 That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though tried with fire, might be found to praise, and honor, and glory, at the appearing of Jesus Christ:
ଯତୋ ୱହ୍ନିନା ଯସ୍ୟ ପରୀକ୍ଷା ଭୱତି ତସ୍ମାତ୍ ନଶ୍ୱରସୁୱର୍ଣାଦପି ବହୁମୂଲ୍ୟଂ ଯୁଷ୍ମାକଂ ୱିଶ୍ୱାସରୂପଂ ଯତ୍ ପରୀକ୍ଷିତଂ ସ୍ୱର୍ଣଂ ତେନ ଯୀଶୁଖ୍ରୀଷ୍ଟସ୍ୟାଗମନସମଯେ ପ୍ରଶଂସାଯାଃ ସମାଦରସ୍ୟ ଗୌରୱସ୍ୟ ଚ ଯୋଗ୍ୟତା ପ୍ରାପ୍ତୱ୍ୟା|
8 Whom having not seen, ye love; in whom, though now ye see [him] not, yet believing, ye rejoice with joy unspeakable, and full of glory:
ଯୂଯଂ ତଂ ଖ୍ରୀଷ୍ଟମ୍ ଅଦୃଷ୍ଟ୍ୱାପି ତସ୍ମିନ୍ ପ୍ରୀଯଧ୍ୱେ ସାମ୍ପ୍ରତଂ ତଂ ନ ପଶ୍ୟନ୍ତୋଽପି ତସ୍ମିନ୍ ୱିଶ୍ୱସନ୍ତୋ ଽନିର୍ୱ୍ୱଚନୀଯେନ ପ୍ରଭାୱଯୁକ୍ତେନ ଚାନନ୍ଦେନ ପ୍ରଫୁଲ୍ଲା ଭୱଥ,
9 Receiving the end of your faith, [even] the salvation of [your] souls.
ସ୍ୱୱିଶ୍ୱାସସ୍ୟ ପରିଣାମରୂପମ୍ ଆତ୍ମନାଂ ପରିତ୍ରାଣଂ ଲଭଧ୍ୱେ ଚ|
10 Concerning which salvation the prophets have inquired and searched diligently, who prophesied of the grace [that should come] to you:
ଯୁଷ୍ମାସୁ ଯୋ ଽନୁଗ୍ରହୋ ୱର୍ତ୍ତତେ ତଦ୍ୱିଷଯେ ଯ ଈଶ୍ୱରୀଯୱାକ୍ୟଂ କଥିତୱନ୍ତସ୍ତେ ଭୱିଷ୍ୟଦ୍ୱାଦିନସ୍ତସ୍ୟ ପରିତ୍ରାଣସ୍ୟାନ୍ୱେଷଣମ୍ ଅନୁସନ୍ଧାନଞ୍ଚ କୃତୱନ୍ତଃ|
11 Searching what, or what manner of time the Spirit of Christ which was in them did signify, when it testified beforehand the sufferings of Christ, and the glory that should follow.
ୱିଶେଷତସ୍ତେଷାମନ୍ତର୍ୱ୍ୱାସୀ ଯଃ ଖ୍ରୀଷ୍ଟସ୍ୟାତ୍ମା ଖ୍ରୀଷ୍ଟେ ୱର୍ତ୍ତିଷ୍ୟମାଣାନି ଦୁଃଖାନି ତଦନୁଗାମିପ୍ରଭାୱଞ୍ଚ ପୂର୍ୱ୍ୱଂ ପ୍ରାକାଶଯତ୍ ତେନ କଃ କୀଦୃଶୋ ୱା ସମଯୋ ନିରଦିଶ୍ୟତୈତସ୍ୟାନୁସନ୍ଧାନଂ କୃତୱନ୍ତଃ|
12 To whom it was revealed, that not to themselves, but to us they ministered the things which are now reported to you by them that have preached the gospel to you, with the Holy Spirit sent down from heaven; which things the angels desire to look into.
ତତସ୍ତୈ ର୍ୱିଷଯୈସ୍ତେ ଯନ୍ନ ସ୍ୱାନ୍ କିନ୍ତ୍ୱସ୍ମାନ୍ ଉପକୁର୍ୱ୍ୱନ୍ତ୍ୟେତତ୍ ତେଷାଂ ନିକଟେ ପ୍ରାକାଶ୍ୟତ| ଯାଂଶ୍ଚ ତାନ୍ ୱିଷଯାନ୍ ଦିୱ୍ୟଦୂତା ଅପ୍ୟୱନତଶିରସୋ ନିରୀକ୍ଷିତୁମ୍ ଅଭିଲଷନ୍ତି ତେ ୱିଷଯାଃ ସାମ୍ପ୍ରତଂ ସ୍ୱର୍ଗାତ୍ ପ୍ରେଷିତସ୍ୟ ପୱିତ୍ରସ୍ୟାତ୍ମନଃ ସହାଯ୍ୟାଦ୍ ଯୁଷ୍ମତ୍ସମୀପେ ସୁସଂୱାଦପ୍ରଚାରଯିତୃଭିଃ ପ୍ରାକାଶ୍ୟନ୍ତ|
13 Wherefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and hope to the end for the grace that is to be brought to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ;
ଅତଏୱ ଯୂଯଂ ମନଃକଟିବନ୍ଧନଂ କୃତ୍ୱା ପ୍ରବୁଦ୍ଧାଃ ସନ୍ତୋ ଯୀଶୁଖ୍ରୀଷ୍ଟସ୍ୟ ପ୍ରକାଶସମଯେ ଯୁଷ୍ମାସୁ ୱର୍ତ୍ତିଷ୍ୟମାନସ୍ୟାନୁଗ୍ରହସ୍ୟ ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣାଂ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟାଶାଂ କୁରୁତ|
14 As obedient children, not fashioning yourselves according to the former lusts in your ignorance:
ଅପରଂ ପୂର୍ୱ୍ୱୀଯାଜ୍ଞାନତାୱସ୍ଥାଯାଃ କୁତ୍ସିତାଭିଲାଷାଣାଂ ଯୋଗ୍ୟମ୍ ଆଚାରଂ ନ କୁର୍ୱ୍ୱନ୍ତୋ ଯୁଷ୍ମଦାହ୍ୱାନକାରୀ ଯଥା ପୱିତ୍ରୋ ଽସ୍ତି
15 But as he who hath called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of deportment.
ଯୂଯମପ୍ୟାଜ୍ଞାଗ୍ରାହିସନ୍ତାନା ଇୱ ସର୍ୱ୍ୱସ୍ମିନ୍ ଆଚାରେ ତାଦୃକ୍ ପୱିତ୍ରା ଭୱତ|
16 Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy.
ଯତୋ ଲିଖିତମ୍ ଆସ୍ତେ, ଯୂଯଂ ପୱିତ୍ରାସ୍ତିଷ୍ଠତ ଯସ୍ମାଦହଂ ପୱିତ୍ରଃ|
17 And if ye call on the Father, who without respect of persons judgeth according to every man's work, pass the time of your sojourning [here] in fear:
ଅପରଞ୍ଚ ଯୋ ୱିନାପକ୍ଷପାତମ୍ ଏକୈକମାନୁଷସ୍ୟ କର୍ମ୍ମାନୁସାରାଦ୍ ୱିଚାରଂ କରୋତି ସ ଯଦି ଯୁଷ୍ମାଭିସ୍ତାତ ଆଖ୍ୟାଯତେ ତର୍ହି ସ୍ୱପ୍ରୱାସସ୍ୟ କାଲୋ ଯୁଷ୍ମାଭି ର୍ଭୀତ୍ୟା ଯାପ୍ୟତାଂ|
18 Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, [as] silver and gold, from your vain course of life [received] by tradition from your fathers;
ଯୂଯଂ ନିରର୍ଥକାତ୍ ପୈତୃକାଚାରାତ୍ କ୍ଷଯଣୀଯୈ ରୂପ୍ୟସୁୱର୍ଣାଦିଭି ର୍ମୁକ୍ତିଂ ନ ପ୍ରାପ୍ୟ
19 But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot:
ନିଷ୍କଲଙ୍କନିର୍ମ୍ମଲମେଷଶାୱକସ୍ୟେୱ ଖ୍ରୀଷ୍ଟସ୍ୟ ବହୁମୂଲ୍ୟେନ ରୁଧିରେଣ ମୁକ୍ତିଂ ପ୍ରାପ୍ତୱନ୍ତ ଇତି ଜାନୀଥ|
20 Who verily was fore-ordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifested in these last times for you,
ସ ଜଗତୋ ଭିତ୍ତିମୂଲସ୍ଥାପନାତ୍ ପୂର୍ୱ୍ୱଂ ନିଯୁକ୍ତଃ କିନ୍ତୁ ଚରମଦିନେଷୁ ଯୁଷ୍ମଦର୍ଥଂ ପ୍ରକାଶିତୋ ଽଭୱତ୍|
21 Who by him do believe in God, that raised him from the dead, and gave him glory; that your faith and hope might be in God.
ଯତସ୍ତେନୈୱ ମୃତଗଣାତ୍ ତସ୍ୟୋତ୍ଥାପଯିତରି ତସ୍ମୈ ଗୌରୱଦାତରି ଚେଶ୍ୱରେ ୱିଶ୍ୱସିଥ ତସ୍ମାଦ୍ ଈଶ୍ୱରେ ଯୁଷ୍ମାକଂ ୱିଶ୍ୱାସଃ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟାଶା ଚାସ୍ତେ|
22 Seeing ye have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit to unfeigned love of the brethren, [see that ye] love one another with a pure heart fervently:
ଯୂଯମ୍ ଆତ୍ମନା ସତ୍ୟମତସ୍ୟାଜ୍ଞାଗ୍ରହଣଦ୍ୱାରା ନିଷ୍କପଟାଯ ଭ୍ରାତୃପ୍ରେମ୍ନେ ପାୱିତମନସୋ ଭୂତ୍ୱା ନିର୍ମ୍ମଲାନ୍ତଃକରଣୈଃ ପରସ୍ପରଂ ଗାଢଂ ପ୍ରେମ କୁରୁତ|
23 Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever. (aiōn g165)
ଯସ୍ମାଦ୍ ଯୂଯଂ କ୍ଷଯଣୀଯୱୀର୍ୟ୍ୟାତ୍ ନହି କିନ୍ତ୍ୱକ୍ଷଯଣୀଯୱୀର୍ୟ୍ୟାଦ୍ ଈଶ୍ୱରସ୍ୟ ଜୀୱନଦାଯକେନ ନିତ୍ୟସ୍ଥାଯିନା ୱାକ୍ୟେନ ପୁନର୍ଜନ୍ମ ଗୃହୀତୱନ୍ତଃ| (aiōn g165)
24 For all flesh [is] as grass, and all the glory of man as the flower of grass. The grass withereth, and its flower falleth away:
ସର୍ୱ୍ୱପ୍ରାଣୀ ତୃଣୈସ୍ତୁଲ୍ୟସ୍ତତ୍ତେଜସ୍ତୃଣପୁଷ୍ପୱତ୍| ତୃଣାନି ପରିଶୁଷ୍ୟତି ପୁଷ୍ପାଣି ନିପତନ୍ତି ଚ|
