Romans 14
1 Him that is weak in the faith receive ye, but not to doubtful disputations.
১যি জন বিশ্বাসত দূৰ্বল, তেওঁক বিচাৰ নকৰি আপোনালোকে গ্ৰহণ কৰক; কিন্তু বিভিন্ন মত, বিবাদ, বা সোধ-বিচাৰ কৰিবৰ অৰ্থে নহয়।
2 For one believeth that he may eat all things: another, who is weak, eateth herbs.
২কোনো এজনৰ সকলো বস্তু খাবলৈ বিশ্বাস আছে; কিন্তু আনহাতে যি জন দূৰ্বল, তেওঁ কেৱল শাক-পাচলিহে খায়।
3 Let not him that eateth despise him that eateth not; and let not him who eateth not judge him that eateth: for God hath received him.
৩যি জন লোকে সকলো খায়, তেওঁ নোখোৱা জনক হেয়জ্ঞান নকৰক আৰু যি জনে নাখায়, তেওঁ খোৱা জনৰ বিচাৰ নকৰক; কিয়নো ঈশ্বৰে তেওঁক গ্ৰহণ কৰিলে।
4 Who art thou that judgest another man’s servant? to his own master he standeth or falleth. And, he shall be held up: for God is able to make him stand.
৪অাপুনি লোকৰ দাসৰ যে বিচাৰ কৰিছে, অাপুনি নো কোন? তেওঁ নিজ প্ৰভুৰ আগত হয় থিৰে থাকে নাইবা পৰে; কিন্তু তেওঁক থিৰ কৰা যাব; কিয়নো প্ৰভুৱে তেওঁক থিৰ কৰিব পাৰে।
5 One man esteemeth one day above another: another esteemeth every day alike. Let every man be fully persuaded in his own mind.
৫কোনো এজনে যদি এটা দিনক আন দিনতকৈ অধিক মান্য কৰে; আনহাতে কোনোৱে সকলো দিনকে সমানে মান্য কৰে, কিন্তু প্ৰতিজনে নিজ নিজ মন বিশ্ৱাসত দৃঢ় কৰি ৰাখক।
6 He that regardeth the day, regardeth it to the Lord; and he that regardeth not the day, to the Lord he doth not regard it. He that eateth, eateth to the Lord, for he giveth God thanks; and he that eateth not, to the Lord he eateth not, and giveth God thanks.
৬যি জনে বিশেষ দিন মানে, তেওঁ প্ৰভুৰ উদ্দেশ্যে সেইদিন মানক; যি জনে খায়, তেওঁ প্ৰভুৰ উদ্দেশ্যে খাওক; কিয়নো তেওঁ ঈশ্বৰৰ ধন্যবাদ কৰে৷ যি জনে নাখায়, তেৱোঁ প্ৰভুৰ উদ্দেশ্যে নাখাওঁক; আৰু ঈশ্বৰৰ ধন্যবাদ কৰক।
7 For none of us liveth to himself, and no man dieth to himself.
৭কিয়নো আমাৰ কোনেও নিজৰ কাৰণে জীয়াই নাথাকো আৰু কোনেও নিজৰ কাৰণে নমৰো।
8 For whether we live, we live to the Lord; and whether we die, we die to the Lord: whether we live therefore, or die, we are the Lord’s.
৮কিয়নো যদি আমি জীয়াই থাকো, তেনেহলে প্ৰভুৰ উদ্দেশ্যে জীওঁ; আৰু যদি মৰোঁ, তেনেহলে প্ৰভুৰ উদ্দেশ্যেই মৰোঁ; এই কাৰণে যদিও জীওঁ বা মৰোঁ, আমি প্ৰভুৰেই হৈ আছোঁ।
9 For to this end Christ both died, and rose, and revived, that he might be Lord both of the dead and the living.
৯কিয়নো মৃত্যু হোৱা সকলৰ আৰু জীৱিত সকলৰ প্ৰভু হ’বলৈ, খ্ৰীষ্ট মৰিল আৰু জীয়াই উঠিল।
10 But why dost thou judge thy brother? or why dost thou show contempt for thy brother? for we shall all stand before the judgment seat of Christ.
১০কিন্তু আপুনি কিয় নিজৰ ভায়েৰাৰ সোধ-বিচাৰ কৰিছে? আপোনাৰ ভায়েৰাক নো কিয় হেয়জ্ঞান কৰিছে? কিয়নো আমি সকলোৱে ঈশ্বৰৰ বিচাৰৰ আসনৰ আগত থিয় হ’ম।
11 For it is written, As I live, saith the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall confess to God.
১১কাৰণ এনেকৈ লিখা আছে, প্ৰভুৱে কৈছে, “মোৰ জীৱনৰে শপত, প্ৰভুৱে যে কৈছে, সকলোৱে মোৰ আগত আঁঠু ল’ব, আৰু প্ৰত্যেক জিভাই ঈশ্বৰৰ গৌৰৱ কৰিব।”
12 So then every one of us shall give account of himself to God.
১২এনেদৰে আমি প্ৰতিজনে ঈশ্বৰৰ আগত নিজৰ বিষয়ে হিচাব দিব লাগিব।
13 Let us not therefore judge one another any more: but judge this rather, that no man put a stumblingblock or an occasion to fall in his brother’s way.
১৩এই কাৰণে আমি কেতিয়াও পৰস্পৰৰ সোধ-বিচাৰ নকৰিম; কিন্তু ইয়াৰ পৰিৱর্তে আপোনালোকে এই বিচাৰ কৰক, কোনেও যেন নিজ ভাইৰ আগত বিপত্তিজনক বস্তু বা ফান্দ পাতি নাৰাখে।
14 I know, and am persuaded by the Lord Jesus, that there is nothing unclean by itself: but to him that esteemeth any thing to be unclean, to him it is unclean.
১৪স্বভাৱতে কোনো বস্তু যে অশুচি নহয়, ইয়াক মই জানো আৰু প্ৰভু যীচুত দৃঢ় বিশ্বাস কৰোঁ; কিন্তু যি জনে যি বস্তু অশুচি বুলি জ্ঞান কৰে, তেওঁলৈ সেই বস্তু অশুচি হয়।
15 But if thy brother is grieved with thy food, now walkest thou not in love. Destroy not him with thy food, for whom Christ died.
১৫কিয়নো আপোনাৰ খোৱা বস্তুৰ দ্বাৰাই যদি আপোনাৰ ভাই দুঃখিত হয়, তেনেহলে আপুনি প্ৰেম আচৰণ কৰা নহ’ল। যি জনৰ কাৰণে খ্ৰীষ্ট মৰিল, সেই জনক আপোনাৰ খোৱা বস্তুৰ দ্বাৰাই বিনষ্ট নকৰিব।
16 Let not then your good be evil spoken of:
১৬এতেকে আপোনালোকৰ ভাল কর্মবোৰ আন লোকৰ ঠাট্টা নিন্দাৰ কাৰণ হবলৈ নিদিব;
17 For the kingdom of God is not food and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit.
১৭কিয়নো ভোজন বা পান কৰাই ঈশ্বৰৰ ৰাজ্য নহয়; কিন্তু ধাৰ্মিকতা, শান্তি আৰু পবিত্ৰ আত্মাৰ আনন্দ, এইবোৰহে ঈশ্বৰৰ ৰাজ্যৰ সাৰ।
18 For he that in these things serveth Christ is acceptable to God, and approved by men.
১৮কাৰণ এই বিষয়ত যি জনে খ্ৰীষ্টৰ সেৱাকৰ্ম কৰে, তেওঁ ঈশ্বৰৰ গ্ৰহণকাৰী আৰু ব্যক্তি সকলৰ আগতো পৰীক্ষাসিদ্ধ।
19 Let us therefore follow after the things which make for peace, and things which one may edify another.
১৯এতেকে শান্তিজনক আৰু পৰস্পৰৰ উন্নতি সাধক যি যি আছে, সেইবোৰহে অনুসৰণ কৰোঁ আহক।
20 For the sake of food destroy not the work of God. All things indeed are pure; but it is evil for that man who eateth with offence.
২০খোৱা বস্তুৰ কাৰণে ঈশ্বৰৰ কৰ্ম বিনষ্ট নকৰিব। সকলো বস্তু শুচি; তথাপি যি মানুহে যি ভোজন কৰিলে তেওঁলৈ বিঘিনি জন্মে, সেইটোৱেই তেওঁলৈ মন্দ।
21 It is good neither to eat flesh, nor to drink wine, nor any thing by which thy brother stumbleth, or is offended, or is made weak.
২১মঙহ খোৱা বা দ্ৰাক্ষাৰস পান কৰা বা আন যি কাৰ্যৰ দ্বাৰাই আপোনাৰ ভায়েৰাই দোষী হয়, সেইবোৰ নকৰাই উচিত।
22 Hast thou faith? have it to thyself before God. Happy is he that condemneth not himself in what he approveth.
২২আপোনাৰ যি নির্দিষ্ট বিশ্বাসবোৰ আছে, সেইবোৰ আপোনাৰ আৰু ঈশ্বৰৰ মাজত ৰাখক। যি জনে যি বিষয়ক যোগ্য জ্ঞান কৰে, সেই বিষয়ত নিজৰ বিচাৰ নকৰা জন ধন্য।
23 And he that doubteth is condemned if he eateth, because he eateth not from faith: for whatever is not from faith is sin.
২৩কিন্তু সংশয় কৰা জনে যদি খায়, তেনেহলে তেওঁক দোষী কৰা হ’ল; কিয়নো সেয়ে বিশ্বাসমূলক নহয়; আৰু যি যি বিশ্বাসমূলক নহয়, সেই সকলোৱেই পাপ।
