Psalms 71
1 In thee, O LORD, do I put my trust: let me never be put to confusion.
၁အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော့်ထံခိုလှုံရန်ကျွန်တော်မျိုးချဉ်းကပ် ပါ၏။ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးအားအဘယ်အခါ၌မျှ အရေးရှုံးနိမ့်စေတော်မမူပါနှင့်။
2 Deliver me in thy righteousness, and cause me to escape: incline thy ear to me, and save me.
၂ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည်တရားမျှတတော်မူသည် နှင့်အညီ၊ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးအားကူမတော်မူပါ။ ကယ်ဆယ်တော်မူပါ။ ကျွန်တော်မျိုး၏ပန်ကြားချက်ကိုနားညောင်း ၍ ကယ်တော်မူပါ။
3 Be thou my strong habitation, where I may continually resort: thou hast given commandment to save me; for thou art my rock and my fortress.
၃ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည်ကျွန်တော်မျိုးခိုလှုံရာ ကျောက်တောင်ဖြစ်တော်မူပါ၏။ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးအားကာကွယ်ရန်အတွက်ခိုင်ခံ့ သည့် ရဲတိုက်ဖြစ်တော်မူပါ။ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည်ကျွန်တော်မျိုးခိုလှုံသော၊ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးကိုကာကွယ်သောအရှင် ဖြစ်တော်မူပါ၏။
4 Deliver me, O my God, from the hand of the wicked, from the hand of the unrighteous and cruel man.
၄ကျွန်တော်မျိုး၏ဘုရား၊ကျွန်တော်မျိုးအား သူယုတ်မာတို့၏ဘေးမှကယ်တော်မူပါ။ ရက်စက်ဆိုးညစ်သူတို့၏လက်မှကယ်တော် မူပါ။
5 For thou art my hope, O Lord GOD: thou art my trust from my youth.
၅အို အရှင်ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်ကိုမျှော်ကိုး ပါ၏။ ငယ်ရွယ်စဉ်အခါမှစ၍ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်အား ကိုးစားခဲ့ပါ၏။
6 By thee have I been sustained from the womb: thou art he that took me out of my mother’s womb: my praise shall be continually of thee.
၆ကျွန်တော်မျိုးသည်တစ်သက်လုံးကိုယ်တော်ရှင် ကို မှီခိုခဲ့ပါ၏။ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးမွေးဖွားချိန်မှစ၍ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည်ကျွန်တော်မျိုးအား ကာကွယ်စောင့်ရှောက်တော်မူခဲ့ပါပြီ။ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်ကိုအစဉ် မပြတ် ထောမနာပြုပါမည်။
7 I am as a wonder to many; but thou art my strong refuge.
၇ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည်ကျွန်တော်မျိုး၏အတွက် ခိုင်ခံ့သည့် ခိုလှုံရာဖြစ်တော်မူသဖြင့် ကျွန်တော်မျိုးသည်လူတို့ရှေ့တွင်စံနမူနာ ဖြစ်ပါ၏။
8 Let my mouth be filled with thy praise and with thy honour all the day.
၈တစ်နေ့လုံးကျွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင် အား ထောမနာပြု၍ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ဘုန်းအသရေတော်ကို ထုတ်ဖော်ကြေညာပါ၏။
9 Cast me not off in the time of old age; forsake me not when my strength faileth.
၉ယခုအခါ၌ကျွန်တော်မျိုးသည်အိုမင်းသော ကြောင့် ကျွန်တော်မျိုးအားပစ်ပယ်တော်မမူပါနှင့်။ ယခုအခါမစွမ်းမသန်သောကြောင့် ကျွန်တော်မျိုးအားစွန့်ပစ်တော်မမူပါနှင့်။
10 For my enemies speak against me; and they that lay wait for my soul take counsel together,
၁၀ကျွန်တော်မျိုး၏ရန်သူများသည်ကျွန်တော် မျိုးအား သတ်လိုကြသဖြင့်ဆွေးနွေးကြံစည်ကြ ပါ၏။
11 Saying, God hath forsaken him: persecute and take him; for there is none to deliver him.
၁၁``သူ၏ဘုရားသည်သူ့ကိုစွန့်ပစ်လေပြီ။ သူ့အားကယ်ဆယ်မည့်သူတစ်စုံတစ်ယောက်မျှ မရှိတော့သဖြင့် သူ့ကိုလိုက်ဖမ်းကြကုန်အံ့'' ဟုသူတို့ဆို ကြပါ၏။
12 O God, be not far from me: O my God, make haste for my help.
၁၂အို ဘုရားသခင်၊ ဝေးဝေးနေတော်မမူပါနှင့်။ ကျွန်တော်မျိုး၏ဘုရားသခင်၊ကျွန်တော်မျိုး အား ကူမရန်အလျင်အမြန်ကြွတော်မူပါ။
13 Let them be confounded and consumed that are adversaries to my soul; let them be covered with reproach and dishonour that seek my hurt.
၁၃ကျွန်တော်မျိုးကိုတိုက်ခိုက်ကြသူတို့သည် အရေးရှုံးနိမ့်၍ပျက်စီးဆုံးပါးကြပါစေသော။ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးထိခိုက်ဒဏ်ရာရအောင် ကြိုးစားကြသူတို့သည် အရှက်ကွဲ၍အသရေပျက်ကြပါစေသော။
14 But I will hope continually, and will yet praise thee more and more.
၁၄ကျွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်အားအစဉ်ပင် စောင့်မျှော်ပါမည်။ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်အားအဖန်ဖန်အခါခါ ထောမနာပြုပါမည်။
15 My mouth shall show forth thy righteousness and thy salvation all the day; for I know not their numbers.
၁၅ကျွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင် ကောင်းမြတ်တော်မူပုံကိုပြောကြားပါမည်။ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ကယ်တင်ခြင်းကျေးဇူးသည် ကျွန်တော်မျိုးနားလည်နိုင်သည်ထက်ပို၍ နက်နဲပါ၏။ သို့ရာတွင်ထိုကျေးဇူးတော်အကြောင်းကို ကျွန်တော်မျိုးသည်တစ်နေ့လုံးပြော ကြားပါမည်။
16 I will go in the strength of the Lord GOD: I will make mention of thy righteousness, even of thine only.
၁၆အရှင်ထာဝရဘုရား၏တန်ခိုးတော်ကို အမှီပြု၍ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးသွားလာပါမည်။ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၊ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သာလျှင် ကောင်းမြတ်တော်မူကြောင်းကို ကျွန်တော်မျိုးထုတ်ဖော်ကြေညာပါမည်။
17 O God, thou hast taught me from my youth: and to this day have I declared thy wondrous works.
၁၇ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည်ကျွန်တော်မျိုးအားငယ် ရွယ်စဉ် အခါမှစ၍သွန်သင်တော်မူခဲ့သည်ဖြစ်ရာ၊ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်ပြုတော် မူသော အံ့သြဖွယ်ရာအမှုတို့ကိုယနေ့တိုင်အောင် ပြောကြားလျက်ရှိပါ၏။
18 Now also when I am old and grayheaded, O God, forsake me not; until I have shown thy strength to this generation, and thy power to every one that is to come.
၁၈ယခုအခါ၌ကျွန်တော်မျိုးသည်အသက် ကြီး၍ ဆံပင်ဖြူလျက်နေပါပြီ။ အို ကျွန်တော်မျိုး၏ဘုရား၊ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးကိုစွန့်ပစ်တော်မမူပါနှင့်။ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးသည်နောင်လာလတ္တံ့သော သားစဉ်မြေးဆက်အပေါင်းတို့အား ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ဘုန်းတန်ခိုးအာနုဘော် တော် အကြောင်းကိုထုတ်ဖော်ကြေညာလျက်ရှိနေစဉ် ကျွန်တော်မျိုးနှင့်အတူရှိတော်မူပါ။
19 Thy righteousness also, O God, is very high, who hast done great things: O God, who is like thee!
၁၉အို ဘုရားသခင်၊ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏တရားမျှတမှုသည် မိုးကောင်းကင်တိုင်အောင်ရောက်ရှိပါ၏။ အဘယ်ကြောင့်ဆိုသော်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည် ကြီးမြတ်သည့်အမှုအရာများကိုပြုတော် မူပြီ ဖြစ်သောကြောင့်တည်း။ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်နှင့်တူသူတစ်စုံတစ်ယောက်မျှ မရှိပါ။
20 Thou, who hast shown me great and many troubles, wilt revive me again, and shalt bring me again from the depths of the earth.
၂၀ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည်ကျွန်တော်မျိုးအား များပြားဆိုးရွားသောဘေးဒုက္ခများနှင့် တွေ့ကြုံစေတော်မူသော်လည်း ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည်ကျွန်တော်မျိုးအားပြန်၍ အားအင်ပြည့်ဝစေတော်မူလျက်သေဘေးမှ ကယ်တော်မူပါလိမ့်မည်။
21 Thou shalt increase my greatness, and comfort me on every side.
၂၁ကျွန်တော်မျိုးအားယခင်အခါကထက် ပိုမိုကြီးမြင့်စေတော်မူ၍နှစ်သိမ့်မှုကို တစ်ဖန် ပေးတော်မူပါလိမ့်မည်။
22 I will also praise thee with the psaltery, even thy truth, O my God: to thee will I sing with the harp, O thou Holy One of Israel.
၂၂ကျွန်တော်မျိုးသည်အမှန်ပင်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်အား စောင်းတီး၍ထောမနာပြုပါမည်။ အို ကျွန်တော်မျိုး၏ဘုရားသခင်၊ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏သစ္စာတော် အကြောင်းကိုထောမနာပြုပါမည်။ ဣသရေလအမျိုးသားတို့၏သန့်ရှင်း မြင့်မြတ် တော်မူသောအရှင်ဖြစ်တော်မူသည့် ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်အားစောင်းတီး၍့ဋ္ဌမ္မသီချင်း များဖြင့် ချီးမွမ်းပါမည်။
23 My lips shall greatly rejoice when I sing to thee; and my soul, whom thou hast redeemed.
၂၃ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်အတွက်စောင်းကိုတီးစဉ် ကျွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ဝမ်းမြောက်စွာ သီချင်းဆိုပါမည်။ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည်ကျွန်တော်မျိုးအား ကယ်တော်မူသည်ဖြစ်၍ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးသည်စိတ်ရောကိုယ်ပါ သီချင်းဆိုပါမည်။
24 My tongue also shall talk of thy righteousness all the day long: for they are confounded, for they are brought to shame, that seek my hurt.
၂၄ကျွန်တော်မျိုးအားအကျိုးယုတ်စေရန် ရှာကြံသူတို့သည်အရေးရှုံးနိမ့်၍အသရေပျက် ရကြပြီဖြစ်သောကြောင့် ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်ဖြောင့်မတ်တော်မူခြင်း တရားအကြောင်းကိုတစ်နေ့လုံးပြောကြား ပါမည်။
