Psalms 70

1 To the chief Musician, A Psalm of David, to bring to remembrance. Make haste, O God, to deliver me; make haste to help me, O LORD.

۱ برای سالار مغنیان. مزمور داود به جهت یادگاری خدایا، برای نجات من بشتاب! ای خداوند به اعانت من تعجیل فرما!

2 Let them be ashamed and confounded that seek after my soul: let them be turned backward, and put to confusion, that desire my hurt.

۲ آنانی که قصد جان من دارند، خجل و شرمنده شوند، و آنانی که در بدی من رغبت دارند، روبرگردانیده و رسوا گردند،

3 Let them be turned back for a reward of their shame that say, Aha, aha.

۳ و آنانی که هه هه می‌گویند، به‌سبب خجالت خویش رو برگردانیده شوند.

4 Let all those that seek thee rejoice and be glad in thee: and let such as love thy salvation say continually, Let God be magnified.

۴ و اما جمیع طالبان تو، در تو وجد و شادی کنند، و دوست دارندگان نجات تو دائم گویند: «خدا متعال باد!»

5 But I am poor and needy: make haste to me, O God: thou art my help and my deliverer; O LORD, make no delay.

۵ و اما من مسکین و فقیر هستم. خدایا برای من تعجیل کن. تو مددکار ونجات‌دهنده من هستی. ای خداوند تاخیر منما.
