Psalms 61

1 To the chief Musician upon Neginah, A Psalm of David. Hear my cry, O God; attend to my prayer.

Oye, o! Dios, mi clamor; está atento a mi oración.

2 From the end of the earth will I cry to thee, when my heart is overwhelmed: lead me to the rock that is higher than I.

Desde el cabo de la tierra clamaré a ti, cuando desmayare mi corazón; a la peña más alta que yo, llévame.

3 For thou hast been a shelter for me, and a strong tower from the enemy.

Porque tú has sido mi refugio; torre de fortaleza delante del enemigo.

4 I will abide in thy tabernacle for ever: I will trust in the shelter of thy wings. (Selah)

Yo habitaré en tu tabernáculo para siempre; estaré seguro en el escondedero de tus alas.

5 For thou, O God, hast heard my vows: thou hast given me the heritage of those that fear thy name.

Porque tú, o! Dios, has oído mis votos; has dado heredad a los que temen tu nombre.

6 Thou wilt prolong the king’s life: and his years as many generations.

Días sobre días añadirás al rey: sus años serán como generación y generación.

7 He shall abide before God for ever: O prepare mercy and truth, which may preserve him.

El estará para siempre delante de Dios; misericordia y verdad apercibe que le conserven.

8 So will I sing praise to thy name for ever, that I may daily perform my vows.

Así cantaré tu nombre para siempre, pagando mis votos cada día.
