Psalms 141
1 A Psalm of David. LORD, I cry to thee: make haste to me; give ear to my voice, when I cry to thee.
ದಾವೀದನ ಕೀರ್ತನೆ. ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರೇ, ನಿಮಗೆ ಮೊರೆಯಿಡುತ್ತೇನೆ, ನನ್ನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬರಲು ತ್ವರೆಪಡಿರಿ. ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಕರೆಯುವಾಗ, ನನಗೆ ಕಿವಿಗೊಡಿರಿ.
2 Let my prayer be set forth before thee as incense; and the lifting up of my hands as the evening sacrifice.
ನನ್ನ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮುಂದೆ ಧೂಪವಾಗಿರಲಿ, ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಕಡೆ ಕೈ ಎತ್ತುವುದು ಸಾಯಂಕಾಲದ ಬಲಿಯಂತೆ ನಿಮಗೆ ಸಮರ್ಪಕವಾಗಿರಲಿ.
3 Set a watch, O LORD, before my mouth; keep the door of my lips.
ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರೇ, ನನ್ನ ಬಾಯಿಗೆ ಕಾವಲಿಡಿರಿ; ನನ್ನ ತುಟಿಗಳ ಕದವನ್ನು ಕಾಯಿರಿ;
4 Incline not my heart to any evil thing, to practise wicked works with men that work iniquity: and let me not eat of their dainties.
ಅಪರಾಧ ಮಾಡುವವರ ಸಂಗಡ ನಾನು ಸಹ ಸೇರಿಕೊಂಡು ಕೆಟ್ಟ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಲು ನನ್ನ ಹೃದಯ ಸೆಳೆಯದಂತೆ ಕಾಪಾಡಿರಿ; ಅವರ ಸವಿ ಊಟಗಳನ್ನು ನಾನು ಉಣ್ಣದಿರಲಿ.
5 Let the righteous smite me; it shall be a kindness: and let him reprove me; it shall be an excellent oil, which shall not break my head: for yet my prayer also shall be in their calamities.
ನೀತಿವಂತರು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಹೊಡೆಯಲಿ, ಅದು ನನಗೆ ಉಪಕಾರ. ಅವರು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಗದರಿಸಲಿ, ಅದು ನನ್ನ ತಲೆಗೆ ಅಭಿಷೇಕ; ನನ್ನ ತಲೆ ಅದನ್ನು ಬೇಡವೆನ್ನದಿರಲಿ; ಆದರೂ ನನ್ನ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನೆ ಯಾವಾಗಲೂ ದುಷ್ಟರ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳಿಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿಯೇ ಇರುವುದು.
6 When their judges are overthrown in stony places, they shall hear my words; for they are sweet.
ಅವರ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಧಿಪತಿಗಳು ಉನ್ನತ ಸ್ಥಳದಿಂದ ಕೆಳಬಿದ್ದಾಗ ಅವರು ನನ್ನ ಮಾತು ಕೇಳುವರು.
7 Our bones are scattered at the grave’s mouth, as when one cutteth and cleaveth wood upon the earth. (Sheol h7585)
ಅವರು ಹೀಗೆ ಹೇಳುವರು, “ಒಬ್ಬನು ಹೊಲವನ್ನು ಉತ್ತು, ಹೆಂಟೆಗಳನ್ನು ಒಡೆದು ಚದರಿಸುವ ಪ್ರಕಾರವೇ ನಮ್ಮ ಎಲುಬುಗಳು ಪಾತಾಳ ದ್ವಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಎರಚಲಾಗುವುದು.” (Sheol h7585)
8 But my eyes are to thee, O GOD the Lord: in thee is my trust; leave not my soul destitute.
ಆದರೆ ಸಾರ್ವಭೌಮ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರೇ, ನನ್ನ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಕಡೆ ಇವೆ; ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಆಶ್ರಯಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ, ನನ್ನ ಪ್ರಾಣವನ್ನು ಮರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಒಪ್ಪಿಸಬೇಡಿರಿ.
9 Keep me from the traps which they have laid for me, and the snares of the workers of iniquity.
ಅವರು ನನಗೆ ಒಡ್ಡಿದ ಉರುಲಿನಿಂದಲೂ, ಅಪರಾಧಗಳ ನೇಣುಗಳಿಂದಲೂ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಕಾಪಾಡಿರಿ.
10 Let the wicked fall into their own nets, while I escape.
ನಾನು ತಪ್ಪಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಸುರಕ್ಷಿತವಾಗಿ ಹೋಗುವಷ್ಟರಲ್ಲಿ ದುಷ್ಟರು ತಮ್ಮ ಬಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಬೀಳಲಿ.
