Psalms 132
1 A Song of degrees. LORD, remember David, and all his afflictions:
१हे परमेश्वरा, दावीदाकरता त्याच्या सर्व दुःखांची आठवण कर.
2 How he swore to the LORD, and vowed to the mighty God of Jacob;
२त्याने परमेश्वराकडे कशी शपथ वाहिली, त्याने याकोबाच्या समर्थ प्रभूला कसा नवस केला, याची आठवण कर.
3 Surely I will not come into the tabernacle of my house, nor go up into my bed;
३तो म्हणाला “मी आपल्या घरात किंवा मी आपल्या अंथरुणात जाणार नाही.
4 I will not give sleep to my eyes, or slumber to my eyelids,
४मी आपल्या डोळ्यांवर झोप किंवा आपल्या पापण्यास विसावा देणार नाही.
5 Until I find a place for the LORD, an habitation for the mighty God of Jacob.
५परमेश्वरासाठी स्थान, याकोबाच्या सर्वसमर्थ देवासाठी निवासमंडप सापडेपर्यंत मी असेच करीन.”
6 Lo, we heard of it at Ephratah: we found it in the fields of the wood.
६पाहा, आम्ही याबद्दल एफ्राथात ऐकले; आम्हास तो जारच्या रानात सापडला.
7 We will go into his tabernacles: we will worship at his footstool.
७आम्ही देवाच्या निवासमंडपात जाऊ; आम्ही त्याच्या पदासनापाशी आराधना करू आणि म्हणू.
8 Arise, O LORD, into thy rest; thou, and the ark of thy strength.
८हे परमेश्वरा, ऊठ; तू आपल्या सामर्थ्याच्या कोशासह आपल्या विश्रांतीस्थानी ये,
9 Let thy priests be clothed with righteousness; and let thy saints shout for joy.
९तुझे याजक नितीमत्तेचे वस्रे पांघरोत; तुझे विश्वासू आनंदाने जयघोष करोत.
10 For thy servant David’s sake turn not away the face of thy anointed.
१०तुझा सेवक दावीदाकरिता, तू आपल्या अभिषिक्त राजापासून निघून जाऊ नकोस.
11 The LORD hath sworn in truth to David; he will not turn from it; Of the fruit of thy body will I set upon thy throne.
११परमेश्वराने विश्वसनीय दावीदाजवळ शपथ वाहिली आहे; तो त्याच्या शपथेपासून माघार घेणार नाही, मी तुझ्या वंशातून तुझ्या राजासनावर एकाला बसवीन.
12 If thy children will keep my covenant and my testimony that I shall teach them, their children also shall sit upon thy throne for evermore.
१२जर तुझ्या मुलांनी माझा करार पाळला, आणि मी त्यांना शिकवलेले नियम पाळले, तर त्यांची मुलेसुद्धा तुझ्या राजासनावर सर्वकाळ बसतील.
13 For the LORD hath chosen Zion; he hath desired it for his habitation.
१३खचित परमेश्वराने सियोन निवडून घेतली आहे; त्याच्या वस्तीसाठी त्याने इच्छा धरली आहे.
14 This is my rest for ever: here will I dwell; for I have desired it.
१४“ही जागा सर्वकाळ माझ्या विसाव्याची आहे; मी येथे राहीन, कारण माझी इच्छा आहे.
15 I will abundantly bless her provision: I will satisfy her poor with bread.
१५मी तिला विपुलतेने अन्नसामग्रीचा आशीर्वाद देईन; मी तिच्या गरीबांना भाकरीने तृप्त करीन.
16 I will also clothe her priests with salvation: and her saints shall shout aloud for joy.
१६मी तिच्या याजकांना तारणाचे वस्त्र नेसवीन; तिचे भक्त आनंदाने मोठ्याने जयघोष करतील.
17 There will I make the horn of David to bud: I have ordained a lamp for my anointed.
१७तेथे दावीदाच्या शिंगाला अंकुर फुटेल असे मी करीन; तेथे मी आपल्या अभिषिक्तासाठी दिवा ठेविला आहे.
18 His enemies will I clothe with shame: but upon himself shall his crown flourish.
१८मी त्याच्या शत्रूंला लाजेचे वस्रे नेसवीन, परंतु त्याचा मुकुट चमकेल.”
