< Psalms 120 >

1 A Song of degrees. In my distress I cried to the LORD, and he heard me.
Lungkhamna leh lunggimna kato tengleh Pakai kom kalhutjin ahileh Aman kataona asangjin ahi.
2 Deliver my soul, O LORD, from lying lips, and from a deceitful tongue.
O Pakai mijouhoa konleh milepchehoa kon in neihuhdoh’in.
3 What shall be given to thee? or what shall be done to thee, thou false tongue?
Oh lepchena leigui manchaho, Pathen in nangho ipi nalouvintem? Aman nachunga engbolna ichan gei in apunsahbe dem?
4 Sharp arrows of the mighty, with coals of juniper.
Nangma thalchang hemtah a nakisunding chuleh meihol sapehpoh nakidesahding ahi.
5 Woe is me, that I sojourn in Mesech, that I dwell in the tents of Kedar!
Gamlatah Meshach lah’a kachenchu kadanave, gamlatah Kedar ponbuh a kachenchu kathohlel ngeije,
6 My soul hath long dwelt with him that hateth peace.
Keima chamna deilah’a kachenhi kakhoplheh jengtai,
7 I am for peace: but when I speak, they are for war.
Keiman chamna kahol in, ahinlah keiman chamna thu kaseipou pouleh amahon gal bou adeijiu ve.
