< Luke 14 >

1 And it came to pass, as he went into the house of one of the chief Pharisees to eat bread on the sabbath, that they watched him.
Mokolo moko ya Saba, Yesu akendeki kolia kati na ndako ya moko kati na bakambi ya Bafarizeo, mpe Bafarizeo bazalaki kotala Ye malamu.
2 And, behold, there was a certain man before him who had the dropsy.
Liboso na Ye, ezalaki na moto moko oyo azalaki kobela bokono ya kovimba nzoto.
3 And Jesus answering spoke to the lawyers and Pharisees, saying, Is it lawful to heal on the sabbath?
Yesu atunaki Bafarizeo mpe balakisi ya Mobeko: — Boni, mobeko na biso epesaka nzela ya kobikisa moto na mokolo ya Saba to te?
4 And they held their peace. And he took him, and healed him, and let him go;
Kasi bavandaki kimia. Yesu asimbaki mobeli yango, abikisaki ye na bokono na ye mpe azongisaki ye.
5 And answered them, saying, Which of you shall have a donkey or an ox fallen into a pit, and will not immediately pull him out on the sabbath day?
Bongo atunaki bango: — Soki moko kati na bino azali na mwana to ngombe; bongo, na mokolo ya Saba, akweyi to ekweyi kati na libulu, boni, bokobimisa te na lombangu mwana yango to ngombe yango?
6 And they could not answer him again to these things.
Bakokaki te kopesa Ye eyano.
7 And he put forth a parable to those who were invited, when he marked how they chose out the best places; saying to them,
Tango Yesu amonaki ndenge nini bato oyo babengamaki na feti bazalaki kopona bisika ya lokumu, alobaki na bango lisese oyo:
8 When thou art invited by any man to a wedding, sit not down in the best place; lest a more honourable man than thou be invited by him;
« Soki moto abengisi yo na feti ya libala, kokende komivandisa te na esika ya lokumu, pamba te, kati na bato oyo babengami na feti yango, ekoki kozala na moto oyo aleki yo na lokumu.
9 And he that invited thee and him shall come and say to thee, Give this man place; and thou begin with shame to take the lowest place.
Soki esalemi bongo, moto oyo abengisi bino mibale akoya koloba na yo: ‹ Tikela moto oyo kiti na yo! › Bongo, na soni nyonso, okokende kozwa esika ya suka.
10 But when thou art invited, go and sit down in the lowest place; that when he that invited thee cometh, he may say to thee, Friend, go up higher: then shalt thou have honour in the presence of them that sit eating with thee.
Kasi soki babengisi yo na feti, kende na yo kovanda na esika ya suka, mpo ete, tango moto oyo abengisi yo akoya, aloba na yo: ‹ Molingami na ngai, yaka kovanda na esika oyo eleki malamu! › Boye, okopesamela lokumu na miso ya bato nyonso oyo babengami na feti.
11 For whoever exalteth himself shall be abased; and he that humbleth himself shall be exalted.
Solo, moto nyonso oyo amitombolaka, bakokitisa ye; mpe moto oyo amikitisaka, bakotombola ye. »
12 Then said he also to him that invited him, When thou givest a dinner or a supper, call not thy friends, nor thy brethren, neither thy kinsmen, nor thy rich neighbours; lest they also bid thee again, and a recompence be made thee.
Bongo Yesu alobaki na moto oyo abengisaki Ye: — Soki osali feti mpo ete bato baya kolia, kobengisa te balingami na yo, bandeko na yo, baboti na yo to bazwi oyo bazalaka pene na yo; noki te bango mpe bakobengisa yo mpo na kozongisela yo, na nzela wana, bolamu oyo osalaki mpo na bango.
13 But when thou givest a feast, call the poor, the maimed, the lame, the blind:
Kasi Soki osali feti, bengisa babola, bakufi miso, bakakatani mpe ba-ebosono;
14 And thou shalt be blessed; for they cannot recompense thee: for thou shalt be recompensed at the resurrection of the just.
mpe Nzambe akopambola yo. Atako bakoki te kozongisela yo bolamu oyo osali mpo na bango, kasi Nzambe akofuta niongo na mokolo oyo bato ya sembo bakosekwa.
15 And when one of them that sat eating with him heard these things, he said to him, Blessed is he that shall eat bread in the kingdom of God.
Tango moko kati na babengami ayokaki bongo, alobaki na Yesu: — Esengo na moto oyo akolia na feti kati na Bokonzi ya Nzambe!
16 Then said he to him, A certain man gave a great supper, and invited many:
Yesu azongiselaki ye: — Moto moko asalaki feti monene mpe abengisaki bato ebele.
17 And sent his servant at supper time to say to them that were invited, Come; for all things are now ready.
Tango ngonga ya kolia ekokaki, atindaki mosali na ye kokende koloba na bato oyo babengamaki: « Boya, pamba te nyonso esili kobongisama sik’oyo. »
18 And they all with one consent began to make excuse. The first said to him, I have bought a piece of ground, and I must needs go and see it: I pray thee have me excused.
Kasi bango nyonso bakomaki kosenga bolimbisi ndenge moko. Moto ya liboso alobaki: « Nawuti kosomba elanga, nasengeli kokende kotala yango; nabondeli yo, limbisa ngai! »
19 And another said, I have bought five yoke of oxen, and I go to try them out: I pray thee have me excused.
Moto ya mibale alobaki: « Nawuti kosomba bangombe zomi, nasengeli komeka yango; nabondeli yo, limbisa ngai! »
20 And another said, I have married a wife, and therefore I cannot come.
Moto mosusu alobaki: « Nawuti kobala mwasi; nakoki koya te. »
21 So that servant came, and showed his lord these things. Then the master of the house being angry said to his servant, Go out quickly into the streets and lanes of the city, and bring in here the poor, and the maimed, and the lame, and the blind.
Mosali azongaki mpe ayebisaki makambo nyonso epai ya nkolo na ye. Nkolo ndako asilikaki makasi mpe atindaki mosali na ye: « Kende noki na banzela, na babalabala ya engumba, mpe memela ngai babola, ba-ebosono, bakakatani mpe bakufi miso. »
22 And the servant said, Lord, it is done as thou hast commanded, and yet there is room.
Sima na mwa tango, mosali ayaki mpe alobaki: « Nkolo na ngai, nasali ndenge otindaki ngai; kasi bisika ezali nanu. »
23 And the lord said to the servant, Go out into the highways and hedges, and compel them to come in, that my house may be filled.
Nkolo alobaki na mosali na ye: « Kende lisusu na banzela mpe na babalabala ya engumba, tinda bango na makasi mpo ete bakota, mpe ndako na ngai etonda na bato.
24 For I say to you, That none of those men who were invited shall taste my supper.
Pamba te, nazali koloba na yo: moko te kati na bato oyo babengamaki akolia biloko ya feti na ngai. »
25 And there went great multitudes with him: and he turned, and said to them,
Ebele ya bato bazalaki kokende elongo na Yesu. Yesu abalukaki mpo na kotala bango mpe alobaki:
26 If any man cometh to me, and hateth not his father, and mother, and wife, and children, and brethren, and sisters, yea, and his own life also, he cannot be my disciple.
— Soki moto ayei epai na Ngai, kasi alingi Ngai te koleka tata na ye, mama na ye, mwasi na ye, bana na ye, bandeko na ye ya mibali, bandeko na ye ya basi, mpe ezala ata bomoi na ye moko, moto ya ndenge wana akoki te kozala moyekoli na Ngai.
27 And whoever doth not bear his cross, and come after me, cannot be my disciple.
Mpe moto nyonso oyo amemaka ekulusu na ye te mpe alandaka Ngai te akoki te kozala moyekoli na Ngai.
28 For which of you, intending to build a tower, sitteth not down first, and counteth the cost, whether he hath sufficient to finish it?
Soki moko kati na bino alingi kotonga ndako molayi, boni, bokovanda nanu te mpe bokoluka nanu te koyeba motuya mpo na kotala soki bozali na mbongo ya kokoka mpo na kosilisa misala ya kotonga ndako yango?
29 Lest perhaps, after he hath laid the foundation, and is not able to finish it, all that behold it begin to mock him,
Pamba te, soki sima na bino kotia moboko, bokoki lisusu te kosilisa kotonga ndako yango, bato nyonso oyo bakobanda komona yango bakobanda koseka bino mpe koloba:
30 Saying, This man began to build, and was not able to finish.
« Botala moto oyo! Abandaki mosala ya kotonga ndako, kasi azangaki makoki ya kosilisa yango. »
31 Or what king, going to make war against another king, sitteth not down first, and consulteth whether he is able with ten thousand to meet him that cometh against him with twenty thousand?
Ndenge moko, soki mokonzi moko alingi kokende kobundisa mokonzi mosusu, boni, akovanda nanu te mpe akotala nanu te soki, elongo na basoda na ye nkoto zomi, akoki kobundisa mokonzi oyo, elongo na basoda nkoto tuku mibale, azali koya kobundisa ye?
32 Or else, while the other is yet a great way off, he sendeth a delegation, and desireth conditions of peace.
Soki amoni ete akokoka te, wana monguna na ye azali nanu mosika, akotindela ye bato mpo na kosenga kimia.
33 So likewise, whoever he is of you that forsaketh not all that he hath, he cannot be my disciple.
Boye, kati na bino, moto nyonso oyo akoki kokabwana te na biloko na ye nyonso akoki te kozala moyekoli na Ngai.
34 Salt is good: but if the salt hath lost its savour, how shall it be seasoned?
Mungwa ezali malamu; kasi soki mungwa ebungisi elengi na yango, ndenge nini bakozongisa lisusu elengi na yango?
35 It is neither fit for the land, nor yet for the dunghill; but men cast it out. He that hath ears to hear, let him hear.
Ekozala lisusu na tina moko te, ezala mpo na mabele to mpo na kobongisa bilanga; kasi bakobwaka yango. Tika ete moto oyo azali na matoyi mpo na koyoka ayoka!
