Job 26
1 But Job answered and said,
१नंतर ईयोबाने उत्तर दिले आणि म्हणाला,
2 How hast thou helped him that is without power? how savest thou the arm that hath no strength?
२“बलहिन असलेल्यास तू कसे साहाय्य केले, शक्ती नसलेल्या बाहूंना तू कसे सोडविले.
3 How hast thou counselled him that hath no wisdom? and how hast thou abundantly declared the thing as it is?
३बुध्दीनसलेल्यास तू कसा सल्ला दिलास, आणि तू त्यास केवढे ज्ञान कळविले.
4 To whom hast thou uttered words? and whose spirit came from thee?
४तू कोणाच्या साह्यायाने हे शब्द बोललास? तुझ्यातुन कोणाचे मन प्रगट झाले.
5 Dead things are formed from under the waters, and its inhabitants.
५बिल्ददने उत्तर दिले, मृत झालेल्याची प्रेते जलनिधीच्या खाली निर्जनस्थळी थरथरा कापत आहेत.
६देवापुढे अधोलोक नग्न आहे, त्याच्यापुढे विनाशस्थान स्वत: ला झाकून घेवू शकत नाही. (Sheol h7585)
7 He stretcheth out the north over the empty place, and hangeth the earth upon nothing.
७त्याने उत्तरेकडील नभोमंडळ शुन्य आकाशावर पसरवले आहे, आणि त्याने पृथ्वी निराधार टांगली आहे.
8 He bindeth up the waters in his thick clouds; and the cloud is not torn under them.
८तिच्या गडद मेघात तो पाणी बांधून ठेवतो, तरी त्याच्या ओझ्याने मेघ फाटत नाही.
9 He holdeth back the face of his throne, and spreadeth his cloud upon it.
९तो चंद्राचा चेहरा झाकतो आणि त्यावर आपले मेघ पसरवितो.
10 He hath surrounded the waters with a border, until the day and night come to an end.
१०त्याने पाण्याच्या पृष्ठभागावर एक वर्तुळाकार सीमा कोरली आणि प्रकाश व अंधकार यांच्यामध्ये क्षितीजरेखा आखली.
11 The pillars of heaven tremble and are astonished at his reproof.
११त्याच्या धमकीने आकाशस्तंभ थरथरतात आणि भयचकीत होतात.
12 He divideth the sea by his power, and by his understanding he smiteth through the proud.
१२तो आपल्या सामर्थ्याने समुद्र स्थिर करतो, तो आपल्या ज्ञानबलाने राहाबाला छिन्नभिन्न करतो.
13 By his spirit he hath garnished the heavens; his hand hath formed the crooked serpent.
१३त्याचा नि: श्वास आकाशातील वादळ स्वच्छ करतो त्याच्या हातांनी पळून जाणाऱ्या सापाला नष्ट केले.
14 Lo, these are parts of his ways: but how little a portion is heard of him? but the thunder of his power who can understand?
१४पाहा, या त्याच्या मार्गाचा केवळ कडा आहे, किती हळूवार आम्ही त्याचे ऐकतो! परंतू त्याच्या बलाची गर्जना कोण समजू शकेल?”
