Job 17
1 My breath is corrupt, my days are extinct, the graves are ready for me.
၁ငါ့အသက်ကုန်ပြီ။ ငါနေရသော ကာလလွန်ပြီ။ သင်္ချိုင်းသည် ငါ့အဘို့ဖြစ်၏။
2 Are there not mockers with me? and doth not my eye continue in their provocation?
၂ကဲ့ရဲ့တတ်သော သူတို့သည် ငါ့ရှေ့မှာရှိကြသည်မဟုတ်လော။ သူတို့နှောင့်ရှက်သော အခြင်းအရာတို့ကို အစဉ် ငါကြည့်မြင်ရသည်မဟုတ်လော။
3 Lay down now, put me in a surety with thee; who is he that will strike hands with me?
၃အပေါင်ထားပါတော့။ အာမခံပေးပါတော့။ အဘယ်သူသည် ငါနှင့်ဂတိသစ္စထားမည်နည်း။
4 For thou hast hid their heart from understanding: therefore shalt thou not exalt them.
၄ကိုယ်တော်သည် သူတို့ဥာဏ် ကိုကွယ်စေတော် မူသည်ဖြစ်၍၊ သူတို့ကို ချီးမြှောက်တော်မမူရ။
5 He that speaketh flattery to his friends, even the eyes of his children shall fail.
၅အကြင်သူသည် ဥစ္စာကိုလုယူအံ့သောငှါ အဆွေခင်ပွန်းကို အပ်၏။ ထိုသူ၏သားတို့သည် မြော်လင့်၍ စိတ်ပျက်ရကြလိမ့်မည်။
6 He hath made me also a byword of the people; and as one before whom men spit.
၆ငါ့ကို သူတပါးကဲ့ရဲ့စရာ အကြောင်းဖြစ်စေတော်မူ၍၊ သူတို့သည် ငါ့ကိုရွံ့ကြ၏။
7 My eye also is dim by reason of sorrow, and all my members are as a shadow.
၇ဝမ်းနည်းခြင်းအားကြီးသောကြောင့် ငါ့မျက်စိ မှုန်၏။ ကိုယ်အင်္ဂါများတို့သည် အရိပ်ကဲ့သို့ ဖြစ်ကြ၏။
8 Upright men shall be appalled at this, and the innocent shall stir up himself against the hypocrite.
၈ဖြောင့်မတ်သော သူတို့သည် ဤအမှုကြောင့် မိန်းမောတွေဝေကြလိမ့်မည်။ အပြစ်ကင်းလွတ်သော သူတို့သည် အဓမ္မလူများတဘက်က ကိုယ်ကိုကိုယ်နှိုးဆော် ကြလိမ့်မည်။
9 The righteous also shall hold on his way, and he that hath clean hands shall be stronger and stronger.
၉ဖြောင့်မတ်သော သူတို့သည်လည်း တည်ကြည်ခြင်း၊ လက်စင်ကြယ်သောသူတို့သည် ခွန်အားတိုးပွါးခြင်း ရှိကြလိမ့်မည်။
10 But as for you all, do ye return, and come now: for I cannot find one wise man among you.
၁၀သင်တို့မူကား တယောက်မျှမကြွင်း၊ ပြန်သွားကြ ပါတော့။ သင်တို့တွင် ပညာရှိတစုံတယောက်ကိုမျှ ငါ မတွေ့နိုင်။
11 My days are past, my purposes are broken off, even the thoughts of my heart.
၁၁ငါ့နေ့ရက်လွန်ပြီ။ ငါနှလုံးသွင်းမိသော အကြံ အစည်တို့သည် ပျက်စီးခြင်းသို့ ရောက်ကြပြီ။
12 They change the night into day: the light is short because of darkness.
၁၂ညဉ့်သည် ငါ၌ နေကဲ့သို့ဖြစ်၍၊ ငါ့အလင်းသည် မှောင်မိုက်နှင့် နီးစပ်၏။
၁၃သင်္ချိုင်းသည် ငါ့နေရာဖြစ်သည်ကို ငါမြော်လင့် ၏။ ငါ့အိပ်ရာသည် မှောင်မိုက်၌ ခင်းလျက်ရှိ၏။ (Sheol h7585)
14 I have said to corruption, Thou art my father: to the worm, Thou art my mother, and my sister.
၁၄ပုပ်စပ်ခြင်းအား၊ သင်သည် ငါ့အဘဖြစ်၏ဟူ၍၎င်း၊ တီကောင်အား သင်သည်ငါ့အမိ၊ ငါ့နှမဖြစ် သည်ဟူ၍၎င်း ငါဆိုရ၏။
15 And where is now my hope? as for my hope, who shall see it?
၁၅သို့ဖြစ်၍ အဘယ်သို့ ငါမြော်လင့်ရသနည်း။ ငါမြော်လင့်စရာအကြောင်းကို အဘယ်သူမြင်ရသနည်း။
