Job 13
1 Lo, my eye hath seen all this, my ear hath heard and understood it.
हेर्नुहोस्, मेरो आँखाले यो सबै देखेका छन् । मेरो कानले यसलाई सुनेको छ, र बुझेको छ ।
2 What ye know, the same do I know also: I am not inferior to you.
तपाईंहरू जे जान्नुहुन्छ, म त्यो जान्दछु । म तपाईंहरूभन्दा कम छैनँ ।
3 Surely I would speak to the Almighty, and I desire to reason with God.
तापनि, बरु म सर्वशक्तिमान्सित बोल्छु । म परमेश्वरसित तर्क गर्ने इच्छा गर्छु ।
4 But ye are forgers of lies, ye are all physicians of no value.
तर तपाईंहरू झुटले सत्यलाई लुकाउनुहुन्छ । तपाईंहरू सबै जना तुच्छ वैद्यहरू हुनुहुन्छ ।
5 O that ye would altogether hold your peace! and it should be your wisdom.
तपाईंहरू सबैजना सँगै चूप लाग्नुहोस् । त्यो नै तपाईंहरूको बुद्धि हुन्छ ।
6 Hear now my reasoning, and hearken to the pleadings of my lips.
अब मेरो आफ्नै तर्क सुन्नुहोस् । मेरो आफ्नै ओठको बिन्तीलाई सुन्नुहोस् ।
7 Will ye speak wickedly for God? and talk deceitfully for him?
परमेश्वरको लागि तपाईंहरू अधार्मिकताले बोल्नुहुनेछ र? अनि तपाईंहरू उहाँको लागि छलले कुरा गर्नुहुनेछ र?
8 Will ye accept his person? will ye contend for God?
उहाँलाई तपाईंहरू पक्षपात गर्नुहुनेछ र? परमेश्वरको लागि तपाईंहरू मुद्दाको बहस गर्नुहुनेछ र?
9 Is it good that he should search you out? or as one man mocketh another, do ye so mock him?
उहाँले तपाईंहरूको खोजी गर्नुहुँदा तपाईंहरूको भलो हुनेछ त? तपाईंहरूले मानिसहरूलाई छल गरेझैं उहाँलाई छल गर्न सक्नुहुन्छ र?
10 He will surely reprove you, if ye do secretly accept persons.
तपाईंहरूले गुप्तमा पक्षपात गर्नुभयो भने, उहाँले निश्चय नै तपाईंहरूलाई हप्काउनुहुन्छ ।
11 Shall not his excellency make you afraid? and his dread fall upon you?
उहाँको वैभवले तपाईंहरूलाई आतङ्कित पार्दैन र? उहाँको डर तपाईंहरूमाथि पर्दैन र?
12 Your remembrances are like ashes, your bodies to bodies of clay.
तपाईंहरूका सम्झनलायक भनाइहरू खरानीले बनेका उखानहरू हुन् । तपाईंहरूका सुरक्षा माटोले बनेका सुरक्षा हुन् ।
13 Hold your peace, let me alone, that I may speak, and let come on me what will.
तपाईंहरू चूप लाग्नुहोस्, यसैले कि म बोल्न सकूँ । मलाई जे हुनु छ होस् ।
14 Why do I take my flesh in my teeth, and put my life in my hand?
म आफ्नो जीवनलाई खतरामा हाल्नेछु । म आफ्नो जीवनलाई आफ्नो हातमा लिनेछु ।
15 Though he shall slay me, yet will I trust in him: but I will defend my own ways before him.
हेर्नुहोस्, उहाँले मलाई मार्नुहुन्छ भने, ममा कुनै आशा बाँकी रहनेछैन । तापनि उहाँको सामु म आफ्ना मार्गको बचाउ गर्नेछु ।
16 He also shall be my salvation: for an hypocrite shall not come before him.
यो नै मेरो छुटकाराको कारण हुनेछ, किनकि ईश्वरहीन व्यक्ति उहाँको सामु आउँदैन ।
17 Hear diligently my speech, and my declaration with your ears.
हे परमेश्वर, मेरो कुरा ध्यानले सुन्नुहोस् । मेरो घोषणा तपाईंका कानमा पुगोस् ।
18 Behold now, I have ordered my cause; I know that I shall be justified.
हेर्नुहोस्, आफ्नो बचाउ मेलै गरेको छु । म निर्दोष छु भनी म जान्दछु ।
19 Who is he that will plead with me? for now, if I hold my tongue, I shall give up the ghost.
मेरो विरुद्धमा अदालतमा बहस कसले गर्छ? तपाईंहरू त्यसो गर्न आउनुभयो र म गलत प्रमाणित भएँ भने, तब म चुप रहन्छु, र आफ्नो जीवन दिन्छु ।
20 Only do not two things to me: then will I not hide myself from thee.
हे परमेश्वर, मेरो निम्ति दुईवटा कुरा मात्र गर्नुहोस्, अनि म आफूलाई तपाईंको सामुबाट लुकाउनेछैनँ ।
21 Withdraw thy hand far from me: and let not thy dread make me afraid.
आफ्नो अत्याचारको हात मबाट निकाल्नुहोस्, अनि तपाईंका त्रासहरूले मलाई नतर्साउनुहोस् ।
22 Then call thou, and I will answer: or let me speak, and answer thou me.
तब मलाई बोलाउनुहोस्, र म जवाफ दिनेछु । वा तपाईंसित म बोल्नेछु र तपाईंले जवाफ दिनुहोस् ।
23 How many are my iniquities and sins? make me to know my transgression and my sin.
मेरा अधर्म र पाप कति धेरै छन्? मेरो अपराध र मेरो पापको जानकारी मलाई दिनुहोस् ।
24 Why hidest thou thy face, and holdest me for thy enemy?
आफ्नो अनुहार मबाट तपाईं किन लुकाउनुहुन्छ, अनि मलाई आफ्नो शत्रुजस्तो व्यवहार किन गर्नुहुन्छ?
25 Wilt thou break a leaf driven to and fro? and wilt thou pursue the dry stubble?
तपाईंले एउटा उडेको पातलाई सताउनुहुन्छ र? तपाईं सुकेका झारपातको पछि जानुहुन्छ र?
26 For thou writest bitter things against me, and makest me to possess the iniquities of my youth.
किनकि मेरो विरुद्धमा तपाईंले तिक्त कुराहरू लेख्नुहुन्छ । मेरो युवावस्थाका अधर्म प्राप्त गर्ने तपाईंले मलाई बनाउनुहुन्छ ।
27 Thou puttest my feet also in the stocks, and observest carefully all my paths; thou settest a print upon the heels of my feet.
तपाईंले मेरो खुट्टालाई ठिंगुरोमा हाल्नुहुन्छ । तपाईंले मेरा सबै मार्गलाई नजिकबाट हेर्नुहुन्छ । मेरो खुट्टाको पैतालाले टेकेको जमिनलाई तपाईंले जाँच्नुहुन्छ ।
28 And he, as a rotten thing, consumeth, as a garment that is moth eaten.
यद्यपि म खेर जाने सडेगलेको कुराजस्तै, किराहरूले खाएको एउटा वस्त्रजस्तै छु ।
