Isaiah 6
1 In the year that king Uzziah died I saw also the Lord sitting upon a throne, high and lifted up, and his train filled the temple.
ಅರಸನಾದ ಉಜ್ಜೀಯನು ಮರಣ ಹೊಂದಿದ ವರುಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ಉನ್ನತೋನ್ನತವಾಗಿ ಸಿಂಹಾಸನದ ಮೇಲೆ ಕೂತಿರುವುದನ್ನು ಕಂಡೆನು. ಅವರ ವಸ್ತ್ರದ ನೆರಿಗೆಯು ಮಂದಿರದಲ್ಲೆಲ್ಲಾ ಹರಡಿತ್ತು.
2 Above it stood the seraphims: each one had six wings; with two he covered his face, and with two he covered his feet, and with two he flew.
ಅವರ ಮೇಲೆ ಸೆರಾಫಿಯರು ನಿಂತಿದ್ದರು. ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬನಿಗೂ ಆರು ರೆಕ್ಕೆಗಳಿದ್ದವು. ಎರಡರಿಂದ ತನ್ನ ಮುಖವನ್ನು, ಎರಡರಿಂದ ತನ್ನ ಕಾಲುಗಳನ್ನು ಮುಚ್ಚಿಕೊಂಡು ಇನ್ನೆರಡು ರೆಕ್ಕೆಗಳಿಂದ ಹಾರುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು.
3 And one cried to another, and said, Holy, holy, holy, is the LORD of hosts: the whole earth is full of his glory.
ಅವರಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬನು ಮತ್ತೊಬ್ಬನಿಗೆ, “ಸೇನಾಧೀಶ್ವರ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧರು, ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧರು, ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧರು. ಭೂಮಂಡಲವೆಲ್ಲಾ ಅವರ ಮಹಿಮೆಯಿಂದ ತುಂಬಿದೆ,” ಎಂದು ಕೂಗಿ ಹೇಳಿದನು.
4 And the posts of the door moved at the voice of him that cried, and the house was filled with smoke.
ಕೂಗುವವನ ಸ್ವರಕ್ಕೆ ದ್ವಾರದ ನಿಲುವುಗಳು ಕದಲಿದವು; ಧೂಮವು ಆಲಯವನ್ನೆಲ್ಲ ತುಂಬಿತು.
5 Then said I, Woe is me! for I am undone; because I am a man of unclean lips, and I dwell in the midst of a people of unclean lips: for my eyes have seen the King, the LORD of hosts.
ಆಗ ನಾನು, “ಅಯ್ಯೋ, ನಾನು ನಾಶವಾದೆನಲ್ಲಾ! ಏಕೆಂದರೆ, ನಾನು ಅಶುದ್ಧ ತುಟಿಯವನು. ನಾನು ಅಶುದ್ಧ ತುಟಿಯುಳ್ಳವರ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸಿಸುವವನು. ನನ್ನ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳು ರಾಜಾಧಿರಾಜರೂ ಸೇನಾಧೀಶ್ವರ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರನ್ನು ಕಂಡವು!” ಎಂದೆನು.
6 Then one of the seraphims flew to me, having a live coal in his hand, which he had taken with the tongs from off the altar:
ಆಗ ಸೆರಾಫಿಯರಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬನು ಬಲಿಪೀಠದಿಂದ ತಾನು ಉರಿಯುವ ಕೆಂಡವನ್ನು ತನ್ನ ಕೈಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಿಡಿದುಕೊಂಡು ಹಾರಿ ಬಂದು,
7 And he laid it upon my mouth, and said, Lo, this hath touched thy lips; and thy iniquity is taken away, and thy sin purged.
ಅದರಿಂದ ನನ್ನ ಬಾಯಿಗೆ ಮುಟ್ಟಿಸಿ, “ಇಗೋ, ಇದು ನಿನ್ನ ತುಟಿಗಳನ್ನು ತಗಲಿದೆ. ನಿನ್ನ ದೋಷವು ತೊಲಗಿದೆ, ನಿನ್ನ ಪಾಪಪರಿಹಾರ ಆಯಿತು,” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು.
8 Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, Whom shall I send, and who will go for us? Then said I, Here am I; send me.
ಆಗ, “ಯಾರನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸಲಿ, ಯಾರು ನಮಗೋಸ್ಕರ ಹೋಗುವರು?” ಎಂಬ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರ ನುಡಿಯನ್ನು ನಾನು ಕೇಳಿ, “ಇಗೋ, ನಾನು ಸಿದ್ಧ, ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸಿರಿ,” ಎಂದೆನು.
9 And he said, Go, and tell this people, Hear ye indeed, but understand not; and see ye indeed, but perceive not.
ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಅವರು, “ನೀನು ಈ ಜನರ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಹೋಗಿ: “‘ನೀವು ಕೇಳುತ್ತಲೇ ಇರುವಿರಿ, ಎಂದೆಂದೂ ಅರ್ಥಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾರಿರಿ; ನೀವು ಕಾಣುತ್ತಲೇ ಇರುವಿರಿ, ಎಂದೆಂದೂ ಅರಿತುಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾರಿರಿ,’
10 Make the heart of this people fat, and make their ears heavy, and shut their eyes; lest they see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and understand with their heart, and be converted, and be healed.
ತಮ್ಮ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳಿಂದ ನೋಡದಂತೆಯೂ, ತಮ್ಮ ಕಿವಿಗಳಿಂದ ಕೇಳದಂತೆಯೂ, ತಮ್ಮ ಹೃದಯದಿಂದ ಗ್ರಹಿಸಿ ತಿರುಗಿಕೊಂಡು ಸ್ವಸ್ಥವಾಗದಂತೆಯೂ ಈ ಜನರ ಹೃದಯವನ್ನು ಕಠಿಣಗೊಳಿಸಿ, ಅವರ ಕಿವಿಯನ್ನು ಮಂದಗೊಳಿಸಿ, ಅವರ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳನ್ನು ಮೊಬ್ಬಾಗಿಸು,” ಎಂದು ನನಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದರು.
11 Then said I, Lord, how long? And he answered, Until the cities shall be wasted without inhabitant, and the houses without man, and the land be utterly desolate,
ಆಗ ನಾನು, “ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರೇ, ಇದು ಎಷ್ಟರವರೆಗೆ?” ಎಂದೆನು. ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಅವರು ಹೀಗೆ ಉತ್ತರಕೊಟ್ಟರು, “ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳು ನಿವಾಸಿಗಳಿಲ್ಲದೆ, ಮನೆಗಳು ಮನುಷ್ಯನಿಲ್ಲದೆ, ಹೊಲಗಳು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಹಾಳಾಗುವವರೆಗೂ,
12 And the LORD shall have removed men far away, and there be a great forsaking in the midst of the land.
ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರಾದ ನಾನು ಮನುಷ್ಯರನ್ನು ದೂರ ಮಾಡುವವರೆಗೂ, ಅವರನ್ನು ದೇಶದ ಮಧ್ಯದಿಂದ ತೊಲಗಿಸಿಬಿಡುವವರೆಗೂ ಅದು ಹೀಗಿರುವುದು.
13 But yet in it shall be a tenth, and it shall return, and shall be eaten: as a teil tree, and as an oak, whose substance is in them, when they cast their leaves: so the holy seed shall be the substance of it.
ಆದರೆ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಹತ್ತನೆಯ ಪಾಲು ಉಳಿದಿದ್ದರೂ, ಅದು ಕೂಡ ನಾಶವಾಗುವುದು. ಏಲಾ ಮರವನ್ನಾಗಲೀ, ಅಲ್ಲೋನ್ ಮರವನ್ನಾಗಲೀ ಕಡಿದ ಮೇಲೆ ಉಳಿಯುವುದು ಬುಡ ಮಾತ್ರ. ಅದೇ ರೀತಿಯಾಗಿ ಪವಿತ್ರ ಜನರು ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಬುಡವಾಗಿ ಉಳಿದಿರುವರು.”
