< Isaiah 19 >

1 The burden of Egypt. Behold, the LORD rideth upon a swift cloud, and shall come into Egypt: and the idols of Egypt shall be moved at his presence, and the heart of Egypt shall melt in the midst of it.
Ty entañe ty amy Mitsraime. Hehe te mijoñe an-drahoñe mihititioke ty lay t’Iehovà homb’e Mitsraime mb’eo; mitroetroe o hazomanga’ i Mitsraimeo ami’ty fiatrefa’e, mitranake ama’e ao ty arofo’ i Mitsraime.
2 And I will set the Egyptians against the Egyptians: and they shall fight every one against his brother, and every one against his neighbour; city against city, and kingdom against kingdom.
Hampifañatrefeko amo nte-Mitsraimeo o nte-Mitsraimeo; songa hifandrapake ami’ty rahalahi’e, sindre amy mpitrao-tanàñe ama’ey, rova ami’ty rova, fifeheañe ami’ty fifeheañe.
3 And the spirit of Egypt shall fail in the midst of her; and I will destroy its counsel: and they shall seek to the idols, and to the charmers, and to the mediums, and to the wizards.
Le ho kafoake ama’e ao ty kofò’ i Mitsraime; ho mongoreko ty fikililia’ iareo, vaho ho troboe’ iareo o jinio naho o angatseo, o doanio naho o trombao.
4 And the Egyptians will I give over into the hand of a cruel lord; and a fierce king shall rule over them, saith the Lord, the LORD of hosts.
Le hatoloko am-pitàm-pifehe mitrotrofiake o nte-Mitsraimeo, mpanjaka tsy tame ty hifehe iareo, hoe t’i Talè, Iehovà’ i Màroy.
5 And the waters shall fail from the sea, and the rivers shall be wasted and dried up.
Ho ritse ty rano’ i riakey, ho hendatse naho maike i oñey.
6 And they shall turn the rivers far away; and the brooks of defence shall be emptied and dried up: the reeds and flags shall wither.
Hitrotròtse o sakao; hihakede ampara’ te kànkañe o torahañeo; hiforejeje ty bararata naho ty vinda.
7 The paper reeds by the brooks, by the mouth of the brooks, and every thing sown by the brooks, shall wither, be driven away, and be no more.
O sale añ’olo’ i Sakaio, o am-binàñe’ i Sakaio, ho kirikitàñe ze teteke an-tamboho’ i Sakay eo, hisaoke, tsy ho eo ka.
8 The fishermen also shall mourn, and all they that cast a line into the brooks shall lament, and they that spread nets upon the waters shall languish.
Handala amy zao o mpamintañeo, le hangoihoy iaby ze mpanora-binta amy Sakay; vaho hitike ty mpandamake harato amo ranoo.
9 Moreover they that work in fine flax, and they that weave fine cloths, shall be confounded.
Ho salatse ka o mpandrare leny matifio, naho o mpanenoñe hasim-potio;
10 And they shall be broken in its purposes, all that make sluices and ponds for fish.
amy te hianto o mananta’eo, fonga ho lonjetse o mpikaramao.
11 Surely the princes of Zoan are fools, the counsel of the wise counsellors of Pharaoh is become stupid: how say ye to Pharaoh, I am the son of the wise, the son of ancient kings?
Toe seretse o roandria’ i Tsoaneo; tsy manjofake ty fanoroa’ o mpanolo-heve’ mahihi’ i Paròo. Akore ty hatao’o amy Parò: Ana’ o mahihitseo raho, ana’ o mpanjaka haehaeo?
12 Where are they? where are thy wise men? and let them tell thee now, and let them know what the LORD of hosts hath purposed upon Egypt.
Aia v’ iereo? Aia ze ondati’o mahihitse zao? Ampitaroño ama’o, ee te ho fohi’ iareo ty nisafirie’ Iehovà’ i Màroy amy Mitsraime.
13 The princes of Zoan are become fools, the princes of Noph are deceived; they have also seduced Egypt, even they that are the support of its tribes.
Fa nigegèñe o roandria’ i Tsoaneo; fa nifitaheñe o ana-dona’ i Nofeo; fa nampandrihe’ o natao ho vato-kotso’eo o fifokoa’ i Mitsraimeo.
14 The LORD hath mingled a perverse spirit in the midst of it: and they have caused Egypt to err in every work of it, as a drunken man staggereth in his vomit.
Nilaroe’ Iehovà ty fañahim-piolahañe; naho nampivembe’ iareo ty Mitsraime amo fitoloña’e iabio, hoe mpijike midaleandaleañe amy loa’ey.
15 Neither shall there be any work for Egypt, which the head or tail, branch or rush, may perform.
Le tsy ho aman-tolon-draha ty Mitsraime, ze mete hanoe’ ty loha ndra ty ohy, ty ran-tsatrañe ndra ty vinda.
16 In that day shall Egypt be like women: and it shall be afraid and fear because of the shaking of the hand of the LORD of hosts, which he shaketh over it.
Hanahake ty ampela’ i Mitsraime amy andro zay: hititititike vaho ho hembakembañe amy fihelahelam-pità’ Iehovà’ i maroiy, ie ahelahela’e ambone’ iareo ey.
17 And the land of Judah shall be a terror to Egypt, every one that maketh mention of it shall be afraid in himself, because of the counsel of the LORD of hosts, which he hath determined against it.
Hampangebahebake i Mitsraime ty tane’ Iehodà, ndra ia ia mitalily ro hinevenevetse, ty amy fisafirie’ Iehovà’ i Màroy nañereñere aze.
18 In that day shall five cities in the land of Egypt speak the language of Canaan, and swear to the LORD of hosts; one shall be called, The city of destruction.
Ho lime ty rova an-tane Mitsraime ao ty hisaontsy an-tsaontsi’ i Kanàne amy andro zay, songa hifanta ami’ty tahina’ Iehovà’ i Màroy; hatao Rovam-Pandrotsahañe ty raike.
19 In that day shall there be an altar to the LORD in the midst of the land of Egypt, and a pillar at its border to the LORD.
Amy andro zay ho añivon-tane’ Mitsraime ao ty kitrely am’ Iehovà, naho ty vatolahy am’ Iehovà amy efe-tane’ey,
20 And it shall be for a sign and for a witness to the LORD of hosts in the land of Egypt: for they shall cry to the LORD because of the oppressors, and he shall send them a saviour, and a great one, and he shall deliver them.
ho vilom-pitaliliañe Iehovà’ i Màroy, an-tane Mitsraime ao; fa hitoreo am’ Iehovà iereo ty amo mpanao sarererakeo, vaho hañitrifa’e Mpandrombake naho ty Maozatse hañaha iareo.
21 And the LORD shall be known to Egypt, and the Egyptians shall know the LORD in that day, and shall offer sacrifice and oblation; yea, they shall vow a vow to the LORD, and perform it.
Hampahafohine’ Iehovà i Mitsraime ty Fañova’e, naho ho fohi’ o nte-Mitsraimeo t’Iehovà amy andro zay; hitalahoa’iereo reke-tsoroñe naho enga, hifanta am’ Iehovà vaho hañavake.
22 And the LORD shall smite Egypt: he shall smite and heal it: and they shall return even to the LORD, and he shall be entreated by them, and shall heal them.
Ho lafae’ Iehovà t’i Mitsraime, ho fofohe’e naho ho melañe’e; himpoly am’ Iehovà iereo, le hihalaly ama’e vaho ho jangañe’e.
23 In that day shall there be a highway from Egypt to Assyria, and the Assyrian shall come into Egypt, and the Egyptian into Assyria, and the Egyptians shall serve with the Assyrians.
Ho eo henane zay ty lalan-damoke boake Mitsraime añe pak’ Asore, le homb’e Mitsraime ty nte-Asore, naho homb’Asore ty nte-Mitsraime; vaho hitrao-pitalaho amo nte-Asoreo o nte-Mitsraimeo.
24 In that day shall Israel be the third with Egypt and with Assyria, even a blessing in the midst of the land:
Ho rai-toko-telo amy Mitsraime naho amy Asore t’Israele henane zay, fatarihañe añivon-tane ao, amy te
25 Whom the LORD of hosts shall bless, saying, Blessed be Egypt my people, and Assyria the work of my hands, and Israel my inheritance.
nitahie’ Iehovà’ i Màroy, ami’ty hoe: Soatahy t’i Mitsraime ondatikoo, naho i Asore, satan-tañako, naho Israele lovako.
