Ezekiel 7
1 Moreover the word of the LORD came to me, saying,
Depois veiu a palavra do Senhor a mim, dizendo:
2 Also, thou son of man, thus saith the Lord GOD to the land of Israel; An end, the end is come upon the four corners of the land.
E tu, ó filho do homem, assim diz o Senhor Jehovah ácerca da terra d'Israel: Vem o fim, o fim vem sobre os quatro cantos da terra.
3 Now is the end come upon thee, and I will send my anger upon thee, and will judge thee according to thy ways, and will recompense upon thee all thy abominations.
Agora vem o fim sobre ti, porque enviarei sobre ti a minha ira, e te julgarei conforme os teus caminhos, e trarei sobre ti todas as tuas abominações.
4 And my eye shall not spare thee, neither will I have pity: but I will recompense thy ways upon thee, and thy abominations shall be in the midst of thee: and ye shall know that I am the LORD.
E não te poupará o meu olho, nem me apiedarei de ti, mas porei sobre ti os teus caminhos, e as tuas abominações estarão no meio de ti: e sabereis que eu sou o Senhor.
5 Thus saith the Lord GOD; An evil, an only evil, behold, is come.
Assim diz o Senhor Jehovah: Um mal, eis que um só mal vem.
6 An end is come, the end is come: it watcheth for thee; behold, it is come.
Vem o fim, o fim vem, despertou-se contra ti; eis que vem.
7 The morning is come upon thee, O thou that dwellest in the land: the time is come, the day of trouble is near, and not the joyful shouting upon the mountains.
Vem a manhã a ti, ó habitador da terra. Vem o tempo; chegado é o dia da turbação, e não ha echo nos montes.
8 Now will I shortly pour out my fury upon thee, and accomplish my anger upon thee: and I will judge thee according to thy ways, and will recompense thee for all thy abominations.
Agora depressa derramarei o meu furor sobre ti, e cumprirei a minha ira contra ti, e te julgarei conforme os teus caminhos, e porei sobre ti todas as tuas abominações.
9 And my eye shall not spare, neither will I have pity: I will recompense thee according to thy ways and thy abominations that are in the midst of thee; and ye shall know that I am the LORD that smiteth.
E não te poupará o meu olho, nem me apiedarei de ti; conforme os teus caminhos carregarei sobre ti, e as tuas abominações estarão no meio de ti; e sabereis que eu sou o Senhor, que firo
10 Behold the day, behold, it is come: the morning is gone forth; the rod hath blossomed, pride hath budded.
Eis aqui o dia, eis que vem; já saiu a manhã, já floresceu a vara, já reverdeceu a soberba.
11 Violence hath risen into a rod of wickedness: none of them shall remain, nor of their multitude, nor of any of theirs: neither shall there be wailing for them.
A violencia se levantou para vara de impiedade: nada restará d'elles, nem da sua multidão, nem do seu arroido, nem haverá lamentação por elles.
12 The time is come, the day draweth near: let not the buyer rejoice, nor the seller mourn: for wrath is upon all their multitude.
Vem o tempo, já é chegado o dia; o que compra não se alegre, e o que vende não se entristeça: porque a ira ardente está sobre toda a multidão d'elles.
13 For the seller shall not return to that which is sold, although they were yet alive: for the vision is concerning their whole multitude, who shall not return; neither shall any strengthen himself in the iniquity of his life.
Porque o que vende não tornará a possuir o que vendeu, ainda que a vida d'elles estivesse entre os viventes; porque a visão não tornará para traz sobre toda a sua multidão; nem ninguem esforçará a sua vida com a sua iniquidade.
14 They have blown the trumpet, even to make all ready; but none goeth to the battle: for my wrath is upon all their multitude.
Já tocaram a trombeta, e tudo prepararam, porém não ha quem vá á peleja, porque sobre toda a sua multidão está a minha ardente ira.
15 The sword is without, and the pestilence and the famine within: he that is in the field shall die with the sword; and he that is in the city, famine and pestilence shall devour him.
Fóra a espada, e dentro a peste e a fome: o que estiver no campo morrerá á espada, e o que estiver na cidade a fome e a peste o consumirão.
16 But they that escape of them shall escape, and shall be on the mountains like doves of the valleys, all of them mourning, every one for his iniquity.
E escaparão os que escaparem d'elles, porém estarão pelos montes, como pombas dos valles, todos gemendo, cada um por causa da sua maldade.
17 All hands shall be feeble, and all knees shall be weak as water.
Todas as mãos se enfraquecerão, e todos os joelhos escorrerão em aguas.
18 They shall also gird themselves with sackcloth, and horror shall cover them; and shame shall be upon all faces, and baldness upon all their heads.
E se cingirão de saccos, e os cobrirá o tremor: e sobre todos os rostos haverá vergonha, e sobre todas as suas cabeças calva.
19 They shall cast their silver in the streets, and their gold shall be removed: their silver and their gold shall not be able to deliver them in the day of the wrath of the LORD: they shall not satisfy their souls, neither fill their stomachs: because it is the stumblingblock of their iniquity.
A sua prata lançarão pelas ruas, e o seu oiro será como immundicia; nem a sua prata nem o seu oiro os poderá livrar no dia do furor do Senhor: não fartarão elles a sua alma, nem lhes encherão as entranhas, porque isto foi o tropeço da sua maldade
20 As for the beauty of his ornament, he set it in majesty: but they made the images of their abominations and of their detestable things in it: therefore have I set it far from them.
E a gloria do seu ornamento elle a poz em magnificencia, porém fizeram n'ella imagens das suas abominações e coisas detestaveis: por isso eu lh'a tenho feito coisa immunda.
21 And I will give it into the hands of the strangers for a prey, and to the wicked of the earth for a spoil; and they shall pollute it.
E a entregarei na mão dos estranhos por preza, e aos impios da terra por despojo: e a profanarão.
22 My face will I turn also from them, and they shall pollute my secret place: for the robbers shall enter into it, and defile it.
E desviarei d'elles o meu rosto, e profanarão o meu logar occulto; porque entrarão n'elle saqueadores, e o profanarão.
23 Make a chain: for the land is full of bloody crimes, and the city is full of violence.
Faze uma cadeia, porque a terra está cheia de juizo de sangue, e a cidade está cheia de violencia.
24 Therefore I will bring the worst of the heathen, and they shall possess their houses: I will also make the pomp of the strong to cease; and their holy places shall be defiled.
E farei vir os pessimos de entre as nações, e possuirão as suas casas: e farei cessar a arrogancia dos valentes, e os que os sanctificam serão profanados.
25 Destruction cometh; and they shall seek peace, and there shall be none.
Vem a destruição, e buscarão a paz, porém não a ha
26 Mischief shall come upon mischief, and rumour shall be upon rumour; then shall they seek a vision of the prophet; but the law shall perish from the priest, and counsel from the elders.
Miseria sobre miseria virá, e se levantará rumor sobre rumor: então buscarão do propheta uma visão, porém do sacerdote perecerá a lei como tambem dos anciãos o conselho.
27 The king shall mourn, and the prince shall be clothed with desolation, and the hands of the people of the land shall be troubled: I will do to them after their way, and according to their deserts will I judge them; and they shall know that I am the LORD.
O rei lamentará, e o principe se vestirá de assolação, e as mãos do povo da terra se conturbarão; conforme o seu caminho lhes farei, e com os seus juizos os julgarei; e saberão que eu sou o Senhor
