Ezekiel 2
1 And he said to me, Son of man, stand upon thy feet, and I will speak to thee.
၁``အချင်းလူသားထလော့။ သင့်အားငါမြွက် ဆိုမည်'' ဟုမိန့်တော်မူ၏။-
2 And the spirit entered into me when he spoke to me, and set me upon my feet, that I heard him that spoke to me.
၂ယင်းအသံမြွက်ဆိုနေချိန်၌ပင်လျှင် ဘုရားသခင်၏ဝိညာဉ်တော်သည်ငါ၏အတွင်းသို့ ဝင်၍ ငါ့အားကူမတော်မူပြီးလျှင်မတ်တပ် ရပ်စေတော်မူ၏။ ထိုနောက်အသံတော်က ဆက်လက်၍၊-
3 And he said to me, Son of man, I send thee to the children of Israel, to a rebellious nation that hath rebelled against me: they and their fathers have transgressed against me, even to this very day.
၃``အချင်းလူသား၊ ငါ့အားပုန်ကန်တော်လှန် ကြသောဣသရေလအမျိုးသားတို့ထံသို့ သင့်ကိုငါစေလွှတ်မည်။ သူတို့သည်မိမိတို့ ဘိုးဘေးများကဲ့သို့ယခုတိုင်အောင်ပုန်ကန် လျက်နေကြ၏။-
4 For they are impudent children and obstinate in heart. I send thee to them; and thou shalt say to them, Thus saith the Lord GOD.
၄သူတို့သည်ခေါင်းမာ၍ငါ့အားမရိုသေ ကြ။ ငါထာဝရဘုရားအဘယ်သို့အမိန့် တော်ရှိသည်ကို သူတို့အားပြန်ကြားရန် သင့်ကိုသူတို့ထံသို့ငါစေလွှတ်မည်။-
5 And they, whether they will hear, or whether they will forbear, (for they are a rebellious house, ) yet shall know that there hath been a prophet among them.
၅သူတို့သည်ပုန်ကန်တတ်သူများဖြစ်သဖြင့် သင်၏စကားကိုနားထောင်သည်ဖြစ်စေ၊ နား မထောင်သည်ဖြစ်စေ၊ မိမိတို့ထဲတွင်ပရော ဖက်တစ်ပါးရှိသည်ကိုမူသိကြလိမ့်မည်။
6 And thou, son of man, be not afraid of them, neither be afraid of their words, though briers and thorns are with thee, and thou dost dwell among scorpions: be not afraid of their words, nor be dismayed at their looks, though they are a rebellious house.
၆``သို့ရာတွင်အချင်းလူသား၊ သင်သည်သူ တို့ကိုသော်လည်းကောင်း၊ သူတို့ပြောဆိုသမျှ သောစကားတို့ကိုသော်လည်းကောင်းမ ကြောက်ရ။ မလန့်နှင့်သင့်အားသူတို့သည် ဆူးပင်များကဲ့သို့ဝိုင်းရံကြလိမ့်မည်။ သင် သည်ကင်းမီးကောက်တောတွင်နေရဘိသကဲ့ သို့ဖြစ်လိမ့်မည်။ သူတို့သည်ထိုပုန်ကန်တတ် သူများဖြစ်သောကြောင့်တည်း။-
7 And thou shalt speak my words to them, whether they will hear, or whether they will forbear: for they are most rebellious.
၇သူတို့နားထောင်သည်ဖြစ်စေ၊ နားမထောင် သည်ဖြစ်စေ၊ ငါမိန့်တော်မူသမျှတို့ကိုသူ တို့အားဆင့်ဆိုရမည်။ သူတို့သည်ပုန်ကန် တတ်ကြောင်းကိုသတိရလော့။''
8 But thou, son of man, hear what I say to thee; Be not thou rebellious like that rebellious house: open thy mouth, and eat that which I give thee.
၈``အချင်းလူသား၊ ငါမိန့်တော်မူသည်ကိုနား ထောင်လော့။ သူတို့ကဲ့သို့မပုန်ကန်နှင့်။ သင်၏ ခံတွင်းကိုဖွင့်၍ငါပေးမည့်အရာကိုစား လော့'' ဟုမိန့်တော်မူ၏။-
9 And when I looked, behold, an hand was sent to me; and, lo, a scroll was in it;
၉ထိုနောက်စာလိပ်တစ်ခုကိုကိုင်ထားသော လက်တစ်ဖက်သည်ငါရှိရာသို့ကမ်းလှမ်း လာသည်ကိုငါမြင်ရ၏။-
10 And he spread it before me; and it was written within and without: and there was written in it lamentations, and mourning, and woe.
၁၀ထိုလက်သည်စာလိပ်ကိုဖြန့်လိုက်သောအခါ နှစ်ဖက်စလုံး၌စာများရေးသားထားသည် ကိုငါမြင်ရ၏။ ထိုစာလိပ်နှစ်ဖက်စလုံးတွင် ဝမ်းနည်းပူဆွေးညည်းတွားမြည်တမ်းစကား များပါရှိသတည်း။
