1 Chronicles 25
1 Moreover David and the captains of the host separated to the service of the sons of Asaph, and of Heman, and of Jeduthun, who should prophesy with harps, with psalteries, and with cymbals: and the number of the workmen according to their service was:
Đa-vít và các tướng chỉ huy quân đội cũng chỉ định người từ gia tộc A-sáp, Hê-man, và Giê-đu-thun rao truyền sứ điệp của Đức Chúa Trời bằng tiếng đàn lia, đàn hạc, và chập chõa. Danh tính và chức vụ của họ như sau:
2 Of the sons of Asaph; Zaccur, and Joseph, and Nethaniah, and Asarelah, the sons of Asaph under the hands of Asaph, who prophesied according to the order of the king.
Các con trai của A-sáp là Xác-cua, Giô-sép, Nê-tha-nia, và A-sa-rê-la. Họ làm việc dưới quyền điều khiển của cha họ là A-sáp, người công bố sứ điệp của Đức Chúa Trời theo lệnh vua.
3 Of Jeduthun: the sons of Jeduthun; Gedaliah, and Zeri, and Jeshaiah, Hashabiah, and Mattithiah, six, under the hands of their father Jeduthun, who prophesied with a harp, to give thanks and to praise the LORD.
Các con trai của Giê-đu-thun là Ghê-đa-lia, Xê-ri, Y-sai, Ha-sa-bia, Ma-ti-thia, và Si-mê-i. Họ làm việc dưới quyền điều khiển của cha là Giê-đu-thun, người công bố sứ điệp của Đức Chúa Trời theo đàn lia, dâng lời tạ ơn và ngợi tôn Chúa Hằng Hữu.
4 Of Heman: the sons of Heman; Bukkiah, Mattaniah, Uzziel, Shebuel, and Jerimoth, Hananiah, Hanani, Eliathah, Giddalti, and Romamtiezer, Joshbekashah, Mallothi, Hothir, and Mahazioth:
Các con trai của Hê-man là Búc-ki-gia, Ma-tha-nia, U-xi-ên, Sê-bu-ên, Giê-ri-mốt, Ha-na-nia, Ha-na-ni, Ê-li-a-tha, Ghi-đanh-thi, Rô-mam-ti-ê-xe, Giốt-bê-ca-sa, Ma-lô-thi, Hô-thia, và Ma-ha-xi-ốt.
5 All these were the sons of Heman the king’s seer in the words of God, to lift up the horn. And God gave to Heman fourteen sons and three daughters.
Họ đều là con trai Hê-man, tiên kiến của vua. Đức Chúa Trời đã ban đặc ân cho ông được mười bốn con trai và ba con gái.
6 All these were under the hands of their father to sing in the house of the LORD, with cymbals, psalteries, and harps, for the service of the house of God, according to the king’s order to Asaph, Jeduthun, and Heman.
Tất cả những người này đều ở dưới sự điều khiển của cha mình, họ lo việc ca hát tại nhà của Chúa Hằng Hữu. Nhiệm vụ của họ gồm chơi đàn chập chõa, đàn hạc, và đàn lia tại nhà của Đức Chúa Trời. A-sáp, Giê-đu-thun và Hê-man đều dưới quyền của vua.
7 So the number of them, with their brethren that were instructed in the songs of the LORD, even all that were skilful, was two hundred and eighty and eight.
Họ luôn luôn tập luyện với nhau dưới quyền điều khiển của các nhạc sư, để ca ngợi Chúa Hằng Hữu, tổng số được 288 người.
8 And they cast lots, for their duties, as well the small as the great, the teacher as the scholar.
Họ đều bắt thăm chia phiên phục vụ, không phân biệt tuổi tác hay thầy trò.
9 Now the first lot came forth for Asaph to Joseph: the second to Gedaliah, who with his brethren and sons were twelve:
Thăm thứ nhất thuộc về Giô-sép, họ A-sáp, và mười hai con trai của ông cùng bà con. Thăm thứ hai thuộc về Ghê-đa-lia, mười hai con trai, và bà con.
10 The third to Zaccur, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve:
Thăm thứ ba thuộc về Xác-cua, mười hai con trai của ông, và bà con
11 The fourth to Izri, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve:
Thăm thứ tư thuộc về Dít-sê-ri, mười hai con trai, và bà con.
12 The fifth to Nethaniah, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve:
Thăm thứ năm thuộc về Nê-tha-nia, mười hai con trai, và bà con.
13 The sixth to Bukkiah, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve:
Thăm thứ sáu thuộc về Búc-ki-gia, mười hai con trai, và bà con.
14 The seventh to Jesharelah, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve:
Thăm thứ bảy thuộc về Giê-sa-rê-la, mười hai con trai, và bà con.
15 The eighth to Jeshaiah, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve:
Thăm thứ tám thuộc về I-sai, mười hai con trai, và bà con.
16 The ninth to Mattaniah, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve:
Thăm thứ chín thuộc về Ma-tha-nia, mười hai con trai, và bà con.
17 The tenth to Shimei, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve:
Thăm thứ mười thuộc về Si-mê-i, mười hai con trai, và bà con.
18 The eleventh to Azareel, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve:
Thăm thứ mười một thuộc về A-xa-rên, mười hai con trai, và bà con.
19 The twelfth to Hashabiah, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve:
Thăm thứ mười hai thuộc về Ha-sa-bia, mười hai con trai, và bà con.
20 The thirteenth to Shubael, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve:
Thăm thứ mười ba thuộc về Su-ba-ên, mười hai con trai, và bà con.
21 The fourteenth to Mattithiah, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve:
Thăm thứ mười bốn thuộc về Ma-ti-thia, mười hai con trai, và bà con.
22 The fifteenth to Jeremoth, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve:
Thăm thứ mười lăm thuộc về Giê-rê-mốt, mười hai con trai, và bà con.
23 The sixteenth to Hananiah, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve:
Thăm thứ mười sáu thuộc về Ha-na-nia, mười hai con trai, và bà con.
24 The seventeenth to Joshbekashah, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve:
Thăm thứ mười bảy thuộc về Giốt-bê-ca-sa, mười hai con trai, và bà con.
25 The eighteenth to Hanani, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve:
Thăm thứ mười tám thuộc về Ha-na-ni, mười hai con trai, và bà con.
26 The nineteenth to Mallothi, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve:
Thăm thứ mười chín thuộc về Ma-lô-thi, mười hai con trai, và bà con.
27 The twentieth to Eliathah, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve:
Thăm thứ hai mươi thuộc về Ê-li-gia-ta, mười hai con trai, và bà con.
28 The one and twentieth to Hothir, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve:
Thăm thứ hai mươi mốt thuộc về Hô-thia, mười hai con trai, và bà con.
29 The two and twentieth to Giddalti, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve:
Thăm thứ hai mươi hai thuộc về Ghi-đanh-thi, mười hai con trai, và bà con.
30 The three and twentieth to Mahazioth, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve:
Thăm thứ hai mươi ba thuộc về Ma-ha-xi-ốt, mười hai con trai, và bà con.
31 The four and twentieth to Romamtiezer, he, his sons, and his brethren, were twelve.
Thăm thứ hai mươi bốn thuộc về Rô-mam-ti-ê-xe, mười hai con trai, và bà con.
