Numbers 18

1 Yahweh said to Aaron, “You, your sons, and your ancestor's clan will be responsible for all sins committed against the sanctuary. But only you and your sons with you will be responsible for all sins committed by anyone in the priesthood.

১যিহোৱাই হাৰোণক ক’লে, “তুমি আৰু তোমাৰে সৈতে তোমাৰ পিতৃ-বংশই পবিত্ৰ স্থানত হোৱা অপৰাধৰ ভাৰ ববা। আৰু তুমিও তোমাৰে সৈতে তোমাৰ পুত্ৰসকলে পুৰোহিত পদত হোৱা অপৰাধৰ ভাৰ ববা।

2 As for your fellow members of the tribe of Levi, your ancestors' tribe, you must bring them with you so they may join you and help you when you and your sons serve in front of the tent of the covenant decrees.

২আৰু তোমাৰ ভাই লেবী ফৈদ, অৰ্থাৎ তোমাৰ পিতৃ ফৈদক লগত আনিবা; তেওঁলোকে তোমাৰ লগ লৈ, তোমাৰ পৰিচৰ্যা কৰিব লাগে, কিন্তু তুমি আৰু তোমাৰে সৈতে তোমাৰ পুত্ৰসকলে সাক্ষ্য-ফলি থকা তম্বুৰ আগত থাকিবা।

3 They must serve you and the whole tent. However, they must not come near to anything in the holy place or connected with the altar, or they and also you will die.

4 They must join you and take care of the tent of meeting, for all the work connected with the tent. A foreigner must not come near you.

5 You must take responsibility for the holy place and for the altar so that my anger does not come on the people of Israel again.

6 Look, I myself have chosen your fellow members of the Levites from among the descendants of Israel. They are a gift to you, given to me to do the work connected to the tent of meeting.

৬আৰু চোৱা, মই ময়েই তোমালোকৰ ভাই লেবীয়াসকলক ইস্ৰায়েলৰ সন্তান সকলৰ মাজৰ পৰা গ্ৰহণ কৰিলোঁ। সাক্ষাৎ কৰা তম্বুৰ সেৱাকৰ্ম কৰিবৰ অৰ্থে, যিহোৱাৰ উদ্দেশ্যে তেওঁলোকক তোমালোকলৈ দান দিয়া হ’ল।

7 But only you and your sons may exercise the priesthood regarding everything connected with the altar and everything inside the curtain. You yourselves must fulfill those responsibilities. I am giving you the priesthood as a gift. Any foreigner who approaches must be put to death.”

8 Then Yahweh said to Aaron, “Look, I have given you the duty of handling the offerings raised up to me, and all the holy offerings that the people of Israel give to me. I have given these offerings to you and your sons as your ongoing share.

৮পাছত যিহোৱাই হাৰোণক ক’লে, “চোৱা, মোৰ উত্তোলনীয় নৈবেদ্য অৰ্থাৎ ইস্ৰায়েলৰ সন্তানসকলৰ সকলো পবিত্ৰীকৃত বস্তুৰ মাজৰ পৰা অনা মোৰ উত্তোলনীয় নৈবেদ্যবোৰ পৰিচালনা কৰিবলৈ দিলোঁ। মই তোমাক আৰু তোমাৰ পুত্ৰসকলক এক অংশ স্বৰূপে সেই সকলোকে তোমালোকক দিলোঁ তোমালোকে সেইবোৰ পাবলৈ চিৰস্থায়ী বিধি হ’ব।

9 This will belong to you from the most holy things that is kept from the fire. From every offering of theirs—every grain offering, every sin offering, and every guilt offering—they are set apart to you and to your sons.

10 These offerings are very holy; every male must eat it, for they are holy to you.

11 These are the offerings that will belong to you, set apart out of all their gifts of the wave offerings of the people of Israel. I have given them to you, your sons, and your daughters, as your portion forever. Everyone who is ceremonially clean in your family may eat any of these offerings.

১১আৰু এইবোৰ তোমাৰ হ’ব: অৰ্থাৎ ইস্ৰায়েলৰ সন্তান সকলে দান দিয়া সকলো উত্তোলনীয় নৈবেদ্য আৰু তেওঁলোকৰ সকলো দোলনীয় নৈবেদ্য; চিৰকালৰ অধিকাৰৰ অৰ্থে মই তোমাৰ আৰু তোমাৰে সৈতে তোমাৰ পো-জীসকলক সেইবোৰ দিলোঁ; তোমাৰ বংশৰ সকলো শুচি লোকে সেইবোৰ ভোজন কৰিব পাৰিব।

12 All the best of the oil, all the best of the new wine and grain, the firstfruits that the people give to me—all these things I have given to you.

১২তেওঁলোকে সকলো উত্তম তেল, উত্তম দ্ৰাক্ষা ৰস আৰু শস্য আদিৰ যি যি আগভাগ যিহোৱাৰ উদ্দেশ্যে দিব, সেইবোৰ মই তোমাক দিলোঁ।

13 The first ripe produce of all that is in their land, which they bring to me, will be yours. Everyone who is clean in your family may eat these things.

১৩তেওঁলোকৰ ভূমিত উৎপন্ন হোৱা ফল আদিৰ প্ৰথমে পকা যি ভাগ তেওঁলোকে যিহোৱাৰ উদ্দেশ্যে আনিব, সেয়ো তোমাৰেই হ’ব। তোমাৰ বংশৰ সকলো শুচিলোকে তাক ভোজন কৰিব পাৰিব।

14 Every devoted thing in Israel will be yours.

১৪ইস্ৰায়েলৰ মাজত বৰ্জিত কৰি দিয়া সকলো বস্তু তোমাৰেই হ’ব।

15 Everything that opens the womb, all the firstborn which the people offer to Yahweh, both of man and animal, will be yours. Nevertheless, the people must certainly buy back every firstborn son, and they must buy back the firstborn male of unclean animals.

১৫মানুহেই হওঁক বা পশুৱেই হওঁক, সকলো প্ৰাণীৰ মাজত গৰ্ভভেদ কৰি প্ৰথমে ওলোৱা যিবোৰক তেওঁলোকে যিহোৱাৰ অৰ্থে আগদান কৰিব, সেই সকলো তোমাৰেই হ’ব। কিন্তু মানুহৰ প্ৰথমে জন্মাক তুমি অৱশ্যে মোকলাই দিবা, আৰু অশুচি পশুৰ প্ৰথমে জন্মাকো তুমি মোকলাই দিবা।

16 Those that are to be bought back by the people must be bought back after becoming one month old. Then the people may buy them back, for the price of five shekels, by the standard weight of the sanctuary shekel, which equals twenty gerahs.

১৬সেইবোৰৰ মাজৰ এমাহ বয়সৰে পৰা মোকলাই দিব লগা প্ৰতিজনক পবিত্ৰ স্থানৰ চেকল অনুসাৰে, তুমি নিৰূপণ কৰাৰ দৰে পাঁচ চেকল ৰূপলৈ মোকলাই দিবা; সেয়ে বিশ গেৰাই এক চেকল হয়।

17 But the firstborn of a cow, or the firstborn of a sheep, or the firstborn of a goat—you must not buy back these animals; they are set apart to me. You must sprinkle their blood on the altar and burn their fat as an offering made by fire, an aroma pleasing to Yahweh.

১৭কিন্তু গৰুৰ বা মেৰ-ছাগৰ বা ছাগলীৰ প্ৰথমে জন্মাক তুমি মোকলাই নিদিবা। সেইবোৰ পবিত্ৰ আৰু মোৰ উদ্দেশ্যে পৃথকে ৰখা হ’ল। তুমি যজ্ঞবেদীৰ ওপৰত সেইবোৰৰ তেজ ছটিয়াবা আৰু যিহোৱাৰ উদ্দেশ্যে সুঘ্ৰাণৰ অৰ্থে অগ্নিকৃত উপহাৰৰ কাৰণে সেইবোৰৰ তেল দগ্ধ কৰিবা।

18 Their meat will be yours. Like the raised breast and the right thigh, their meat will be yours.

১৮সেইবোৰৰ মঙহ তোমাৰ হ’ব; দোলনীয় নৈবেদ্যৰ অৰ্থে দিয়া আমঠু আৰু সোঁ পাছ পিৰাটো যেনেকৈ তোমাৰ হয়, তেনেকৈ সেইবোৰৰ মঙহো তোমাৰ হ’ব।

19 All the holy offerings that the people of Israel present to Yahweh, I have given to you, and to your sons and to your daughters with you, as a continual share. It is an everlasting covenant of salt, a binding covenant forever, before Yahweh for both you and your descendants with you.”

১৯ইস্ৰায়েলৰ সন্তান সকলে যিহোৱাৰ উদ্দেশ্যে উৎসৰ্গ কৰা পবিত্ৰ বস্তুৰ মাজৰ আটাই উত্তোলনীয় নৈবেদ্য তোমাক আৰু তোমাৰে সৈতে তোমাৰ পো-জীসকলক চিৰ কালৰ অধিকাৰৰ অৰ্থে দিলোঁ; তোমাৰ আৰু তোমাৰ সৈতে তোমাৰ বংশৰ পক্ষে এয়ে যিহোৱাৰ সাক্ষাতে লোণৰ চিৰস্থায়ী নিয়মৰ চিন হ’ব।”

20 Yahweh said to Aaron, “You will have no inheritance in the people's land, nor will you have any share of property among the people. I am your share and inheritance among the people of Israel.

২০পাছত যিহোৱাই হাৰোণক ক’লে, “ইস্রায়েলৰ সন্তান সকলৰ মাটিত তোমাৰ কোনো অধিকাৰ নাথাকিব, আৰু তেওঁলোকৰ মাজত তুমি কোনো ভাগ নাপাবা; ইস্ৰায়েলৰ সন্তানসকলৰ মাজত তোমাৰ ভাগ আৰু উত্তৰাধিককাৰ ময়েই।

21 To the descendants of Levi, look, I have given all the tithes in Israel as their inheritance in return for the service that they provide in working at the tent of meeting.

২১আৰু চোৱা, লেবীৰ সন্তানসকলে কৰা দাস্যকৰ্মৰ, সাক্ষাৎ কৰা তম্বুৰ কাৰ্যৰ বেচ স্বৰূপে মই তেওঁলোকৰ উত্তৰাধিকাৰৰ অৰ্থে ইস্ৰায়েলৰ মাজৰ আটাই দশম ভাগ দিলোঁ।

22 From now on the people of Israel must not come near the tent of meeting, or they will be responsible for this sin and die.

২২আৰু ইস্ৰায়েলৰ সন্তানসকলে পাপ বৈ যেন নমৰে এই কাৰণে এতিয়াৰ পৰা তেওঁলোকে সাক্ষাৎ কৰা তম্বুৰ ওচৰ চাপিব নালাগে।

23 The Levites must do the work connected to the tent of meeting. They will be responsible for any sin regarding it. This will be a permanent law throughout your people's generations. Among the people of Israel they must have no inheritance.

২৩কিন্তু লেবীয়াসকলেই সাক্ষাৎ কৰা তম্বুৰ সেৱাকৰ্ম কৰিব, আৰু তেওঁলোকে সেই বিষয়ে কোনো পাপৰ ভাৰ ব’ব; এয়ে তোমালোকৰ পুৰুষানুক্ৰমে পালন কৰিবলগীয়া চিৰস্থায়ী বিধি; আৰু ইস্ৰায়েলৰ সন্তানসকলৰ মাজত তেওঁলোকে কোনো অধিকাৰ নাপাব।

24 For the tithes of the people of Israel, which they offer as a contribution to me—it is these that I have given to the Levites as their inheritance. That is why I said to them, 'They must have no inheritance among the people of Israel.'”

২৪কিয়নো ইস্ৰায়েলৰ সন্তানসকলে যিহোৱাৰ উদ্দেশ্যে উত্তোলনীয় উপহাৰ স্বৰূপে যি দশম ভাগ উৎসৰ্গ কৰিব, তাকে মই লেবীয়াসকলৰ উত্তৰাধীকাৰ স্ৱৰূপে দিলোঁ; এই কাৰণে মই তেওঁলোকক ক’লোঁ, ‘ইস্ৰায়েলৰ সন্তানসকলৰ মাজত তেওঁলোকে কোনো অধিকাৰ নাপাব’।”

25 Yahweh spoke to Moses and said,

২৫পাছত যিহোৱাই মোচিক কলে,

26 “You must speak to the Levites and say to them, 'When you receive from the people of Israel the tenth that I have given to you from them for your inheritance, you will present a contribution from it to Yahweh, a tenth of the tithe.

২৬“তুমি লেবীয়াসকলক এই আজ্ঞা দি কোৱা, ‘তোমালোকক উত্তৰাধিকাৰৰ অৰ্থে ইস্ৰায়েলৰ সন্তানসকলৰ পৰা যি দশম ভাগ যিহোৱাই দিলে, তাক যেতিয়া তোমালোকে ইস্ৰায়েলৰ সন্তানসকলৰ পৰা গ্ৰহণ কৰিবা, তেতিয়া তোমালোকে যিহোৱাৰ উদ্দেশ্যে উত্তোলনীয় উপহাৰ স্বৰূপে সেই দশম ভাগৰো দশম ভাগ উৎসৰ্গ কৰিবা।

27 Your contribution must be considered by you as if it were a tenth of the grain from the threshing floor or of the production from the winepress.

২৭তোমালোকে সেই উপহাৰ মৰণা মৰা ঠাইৰ শস্য আৰু কুণ্ড পূৰ কৰা দ্ৰাক্ষাৰস যেন বুলি তোমালোকৰ পক্ষে গণিত হ’ব।

28 So you also must make a contribution to Yahweh from all the tithes that you receive from the people of Israel. From them you must give his contribution to Aaron the priest.

২৮তোমালোকে ইস্ৰায়েলৰ সন্তান সকলৰ পৰা যি দশম ভাগ গ্ৰহণ কৰিবা, তাৰ পৰা তোমালোকেও এইদৰে যিহোৱাৰ উদ্দেশ্যে উত্তোলনীয় উপহাৰ উৎসৰ্গ কৰিবা; তাৰ পৰা যিহোৱাৰ উদ্দেশ্যে দিয়া সেই উত্তোলনীয় উপহাৰ তোমালোকে হাৰোণ পুৰোহিতক দিবা।

29 Out of all the gifts you receive, you must make every contribution to Yahweh. You must do this from all the best and the holiest things that have been given to you.'

২৯যিহোৱাই পাব লগা এই সকলো উত্তোলনীয় উপহাৰ তোমালোকে লোৱা দানৰ পৰাই উৎসৰ্গ কৰিবা, অৰ্থাৎ তাৰ সকলো উত্তম ভাগৰ পৰা পবিত্ৰীকৃত ভাগ উৎসৰ্গ কৰিবা’।

30 Therefore you must say to them, 'When you present the best of it, then it must be credited to the Levites as the product from the threshing floor and the winepress.

৩০এই হেতুকে তুমি তেওঁলোকক কোৱা, ‘তোমালোকে যেতিয়া তাৰ পৰা উত্তম ভাগ উত্তোলনীয় উপহাৰ স্বৰূপে উৎসৰ্গ কৰিবা, তেতিয়া সেয়ে লেবীয়াসকলৰ পক্ষে মৰণা মৰা ঠাইত মৰা শস্য আৰু কুণ্ডৰ পৰা উলিওৱা দ্ৰাক্ষাৰস যেন গণিত হ’ব।

31 You may eat the rest of your gifts in any place, you and your families, because it is your pay in return for your work in the tent of meeting.

৩১তোমালোকে আৰু তোমালোকৰ পৰিয়ালসকলে যি কোনো ঠাইত তাক ভোজন কৰিব পাৰিবা, কিয়নো সেয়ে সাক্ষাৎ কৰা তম্বুত কৰা তোমালোকৰ কাৰ্যৰ কাৰণে তোমালোকৰ বেচ স্বৰূপ হ’ব।

32 You will not incur any guilt by eating and drinking it, if you have presented to Yahweh the best of what you have received. But you must not profane the holy offerings of the people of Israel, or you will die.'”

৩২আৰু তাৰ পৰা তাৰ উত্তম ভাগ উত্তোলনীয় উপহাৰস্বৰূপে উৎসৰ্গ কৰিলে, তাৰ কাৰণে পাপৰ ভাৰ নববা, আৰু নিজৰ মৃত্যু নহবলৈ সেই বিষয়ে ইস্ৰায়েলৰ সন্তান সকলৰ পবিত্ৰ বস্তু অপবিত্ৰ নকৰিবা’।”
