Numbers 11
1 Now the people complained about their troubles as Yahweh listened. Yahweh heard the people and became angry. Fire from Yahweh burned among them and consumed some of the camp on its edges.
১পাছত লোকসকলে, যিহোৱাৰ কাণত পৰাকৈ বাটৰ দুখৰ কাৰণে বকা লোকৰ নিচিনাকৈ আচৰণ কৰিলে, তাকে শুনি যিহোৱাৰ ক্ৰোধ জ্বলি উঠিল; তাতে তেওঁলোকৰ বিৰুদ্ধে যিহোৱাৰ ক্ৰোধাগ্নি জ্বলি উঠি, ছাউনিৰ শেষ ভাগত লোকসকলক গ্ৰাস কৰিবলৈ ধৰিলে।
2 Then people called out to Moses, so Moses prayed to Yahweh, and the fire stopped.
২এই কাৰণে লোকসকলে মোচিৰ গুৰিত কাতৰোক্তি কৰিলে; তাতে মোচিয়ে যিহোৱাৰ আগত প্ৰাৰ্থনা কৰাত সেই অগ্নি নুমাল।
3 That place was named Taberah, because Yahweh's fire burned among them.
৩তেতিয়া সেই ঠাইৰ নাম তবিয়েৰা [দাহ] ৰখা হ’ল; কিয়নো যিহোৱাৰ অগ্নিয়ে তেওঁলোকৰ বিৰুদ্ধে দাহ কৰিছিল।
4 Some foreign people began to camp with Israel's descendants. They wanted better food to eat. Then the people of Israel began to weep and say, “Who will give us meat to eat?
৪তাৰ পাছত, তেওঁলোকৰ মাজত থকা মিশ্ৰিত লোকসকলে খঁকুৱা স্বভাৱ কৰিবলৈ ধৰিলে আৰু ইস্ৰায়েলৰ সন্তান সকলে পুনৰায় কান্দি কান্দি ক’লে, “আমাক মঙহ খাবলৈ কোনে দিব?
5 We remember the fish that we ate freely in Egypt, the cucumbers, the melons, the leeks, the onions, and the garlic.
৫আমি মিচৰ দেশত বিনামূল্যে যি যি মাছ খাইছিলোঁ আৰু তিয়হ, খৰমূজা; পৰু, পিঁয়াজ আৰু নহৰুলৈ মনত পৰে।
6 Now our appetite is gone, because all we can see is this manna.”
৬আৰু এতিয়া আমাৰ প্ৰাণ শুকাল; আমাৰ আগত এই মান্নাৰ বাহিৰে আৰু একোৱেই নাই।”
7 Manna was like coriander seed. It looked like resin.
৭সেই মান্না ধনীয়া গুটিৰ নিচিনা আৰু তাৰ বৰণ গুগগুলুৰ বৰণৰ নিচিনা আছিল।
8 The people walked around and gathered it. They ground it in mills, beat it in mortars, boiled it in pots, and made it into cakes. It tasted like fresh olive oil.
৮লোকসকলে ইফালে সিফালে ফুৰি তাক চপায় আৰু জাঁতত পিহি বা খপবলি খুন্দি গুড়ি কৰি টৌত সিজায় আৰু তাৰ দ্বাৰাই পিঠা বনায়; তাৰ আস্বাদ তেলেৰে যুগুত কৰা সুস্বাদু আহাৰৰ আস্বাদৰ নিচিনা আছিল।
9 When the dew fell on the camp in the night, the manna also fell.
৯ৰাতি ছাউনিৰ ওপৰত নিয়ৰ পৰা সময়ত, নিয়ৰৰ লগত সেই মান্না পৰি থাকে।
10 Moses heard the people weeping in their families, and every man was at the entrance to his tent. Yahweh was very angry, and in Moses' eyes their complaining was wrong.
১০পাছে মোচিয়ে লোকসকলৰ গোষ্ঠী অনুসাৰে নিজ নিজ তম্বুৰ দুৱাৰৰ ওচৰত প্ৰতিজনে কান্দি থকা শুনিলে। তেতিয়া যিহোৱাৰ ক্ৰোধ অতিশয়ৰূপে জ্বলি উঠিল, আৰু মোচিয়েও অসন্তোষ পালে।
11 Moses said to Yahweh, “Why have you treated your servant so badly? Why are you not pleased with me? You make me carry the load of all these people.
১১পাছে মোচিয়ে যিহোৱাক জনালে, “তুমি কি কাৰণে তোমাৰ দাসক ইমান ক্লেশ দিছা? কি কাৰণে বা মই তোমাৰ দৃষ্টিত অনুগ্ৰহ পোৱা নাই? তুমি এই সকলো লোকৰ ভাৰ মোৰ ওপৰত দিছা?
12 Did I conceive all these people? Have I given them birth so that you should say to me, 'Carry them closely to your chest as a father carries a baby?' Should I carry them to the land that you swore to their ancestors to give them?
১২মই জানো এই সকলো লোকক গৰ্ভধাৰণ কৰিলোঁ, বা এই সকলো লোকক প্ৰসৱ কৰিলোঁ, যে তুমি এওঁলোকৰ পূৰ্বপুৰুষসকলৰ আগত যি দেশ দিবলৈ প্রতিজ্ঞা কৰিছিলা, সেই দেশলৈ গাখীৰ খোৱা কেঁচুৱাক পালন কৰোঁতা বাপেকৰ দৰে তেওঁলোকক বুকুত বান্ধি নিবলৈ মোক আজ্ঞা দিছা?
13 Where can I find meat to give to all this people? They are weeping in front of me and are saying, 'Give us meat to eat.'
১৩এই সকলো লোকক দিবৰ বাবে মই ক’ত মাংস পাম? কিয়নো এওঁলোক সকলোৱে মোৰ গুৰিত কান্দি কৈছে, ‘আমাক মাংস দিয়া আমি খাওঁ।’
14 I cannot bear all these people alone. They are too much for me.
১৪এই আটাই লোকৰ ভাৰ মই অকলেই বব নোৱাৰোঁ; কিয়নো সেয়ে মোৰ শক্তিতকৈয়ো গধুৰ।
15 Since you are treating me this way, kill me now—if I find favor in your eyes—do not let me see my misery.”
১৫তুমি যদি মোলৈ এনে ব্যৱহাৰ কৰা, তেন্তে মই বিনয় কৰিছোঁ, মই যদি তোমাৰ দৃষ্টিত অনুগ্ৰহপ্ৰাপ্ত হৈছোঁ, তেন্তে এতিয়া মোক একেবাৰে মাৰা আৰু মোৰ দুৰ্গতি মোক দেখিবলৈ নিদিবা।”
16 Yahweh said to Moses, “Bring to me seventy of Israel's elders. Be sure that they are elders and officers of the people. Bring them to the tent of meeting to stand there with you.
১৬তেতিয়া যিহোৱাই মোচিক ক’লে, “তুমি লোকসকলৰ মাজত যিসকলক বৃদ্ধ আৰু লোকসকলৰ অধ্যক্ষ বুলি জানা, ইস্ৰায়েলৰ এনে সত্তৰ জন বৃদ্ধ লোকক চপাই সাক্ষাৎ কৰা তম্বুৰ দুৱাৰলৈ লৈ আহা; তেওঁলোকে তোমাৰ লগত সেই ঠাইত থিয় হওঁক।
17 I will come down and talk with you there. I will take some of the Spirit that is on you and put it on them. They will bear the burden of the people with you. You will not have to bear it alone.
১৭পাছত মই সেই ঠাইলৈ নামি আহি তোমাৰে সৈতে কথা হ’ম আৰু তোমাত যি আত্মা আছে, তাৰ কিছু লৈ তেওঁলোকত ৰাখিম; তাতে, তুমি যেন অকলেই লোকসকলৰ ভাৰ নোবোৱা, এইবাবে তেওঁলোকে তোমাৰ লগত লোকসকলৰ ভাৰ ব’ব।
18 Say to the people, 'Consecrate yourselves, for tomorrow and you will indeed eat meat, for you have wept and Yahweh has heard. You said, “Who will give us meat to eat? It was good for us in Egypt.” Therefore Yahweh will give you meat, and you will eat it.
১৮আৰু তুমি লোকসকলক কোৱা, ‘তোমালোকে কালিৰ বাবে নিজক পবিত্ৰ কৰা; যিহোৱা যে আহিব নিজকে যুগুত কৰা। তেতিয়া তোমালোকে মাংস খাবলৈ পাবা; কিয়নো তোমালোকে কান্দি কান্দি কৈছিলা, ‘আমাক মাংস খাবলৈ কোনে দিব? কিয়নো মিচৰ দেশত আমাৰ ভাল আছিল।’ এই হেতুকে যিহোৱাই তোমালোকক মাংস দিব; আৰু তোমালোকে খাবলৈ পাবা।
19 You will not eat meat for only one day, two days, five days, ten days, or twenty days,
১৯তোমালোকে এদিন বা দুদিন, বা পাঁচ দিন, বা দহ দিন, বা বিশ দিন যে তাক খাবা এনে নহয়;
20 but you will eat meat for a whole month until it comes out of your nostrils. It will disgust you because you have rejected Yahweh, who is among you. You have wept before him. You said, “Why did we leave Egypt?”'”
২০সম্পূৰ্ণ এমাহলৈকে খাবা, যেতিয়ালৈকে সেয়ে তোমালোকৰ নাকেদি নোলায় আৰু ঘিণ লগা নহয়, তেতিয়ালৈকে তাক খাবা, কিয়নো তোমালোকে তোমালোকৰ মাজত থকা যিহোৱাক অগ্ৰাহ্য কৰি তেওঁৰ আগত কান্দি কান্দি এই কথা কৈছিলা যে, ‘আমি কিয় মিচৰ দেশৰ পৰা বাহিৰ হৈ আহিলোঁ’?”
21 Then Moses said, “I am with 600,000 people, and you have said, 'I will give them meat to eat for a whole month.'
২১তেতিয়া মোচিয়ে ক’লে, “যি লোকসকলৰ মাজত আছোঁ, তেওঁলোক ছয় লাখ পদাতিক; তথাপি তুমি কৈছা, ‘সম্পূৰ্ণ এমাহ খাবৰ বাবেই মই তেওঁলোকক মঙহ দিম।’
22 Should we kill flocks and herds to satisfy them? Should we catch all the fish in the sea to satisfy them?”
২২তেওঁলোকক আটাই মেৰ, ছাগলী আৰু গৰুৰ জাক মাৰিব লাগে নে? নাইবা তেওঁলোকক প্ৰয়োজন হোৱাকৈ সাগৰৰ আটাই মাছ গোটাব লাগে নে?”
23 Yahweh said to Moses, “Is my hand short? Now you will see whether or not my word is true.”
২৩তেতিয়া যিহোৱাই মোচিক ক’লে, “যিহোৱাৰ হাত জানো চুটি হ’ল? তোমাৰ আগত মোৰ বাক্য সিদ্ধ হ’ব নে নহ’ব, তাক তুমি এতিয়া দেখিবলৈ পাবা।”
24 Moses went out and told the people Yahweh's words. He gathered seventy of the people's elders and positioned them around the tent.
২৪তেতিয়া মোচিয়ে বাহিৰলৈ গৈ, যিহোৱাৰ বাক্য লোকসকলক ক’লে, আৰু তেওঁলোকৰ বৃদ্ধ লোকৰ মাজৰ সত্তৰ জনক গোটাই তম্বুৰ চাৰিওফালে থিয় কৰিলে।
25 Yahweh came down in the cloud and spoke to Moses. Yahweh took some of the Spirit that was on Moses and put it on the seventy elders. When the Spirit rested on them, they prophesied, but only on that occasion and not again.
২৫তাতে যিহোৱাই মেঘত নামি তেওঁক কথা ক’লে আৰু যি আত্মা মোচিত আছিল, তাৰ কিছু লৈ, সেই সত্তৰজন বৃদ্ধ লোকত ৰাখিলে। তাতে সেই আত্মা তেওঁলোকত থকাত, তেওঁলোকে ভাববাণী প্ৰচাৰ কৰিলে; কিন্তু তাৰ পাছত আৰু নকৰিলে।
26 Two men remained in the camp, named Eldad and Medad. The Spirit also rested on them. Their names were written on the list, but they had not gone out to the tent. Nevertheless, they prophesied in the camp.
২৬কিন্তু দুজন মানুহ ছাউনিত থাকিল, এজনৰ নাম ইল্দদ, আন জনৰ নাম মেদদ। এই দুজনতো আত্মা থাকিল। তেওঁলোকৰ নাম বহীত নাম লিখা লোকসকলৰ মাজত আছিল হয়, কিন্তু ওলাই তম্বুৰ ওচৰলৈ যোৱা নাছিল। যিয়েই নহওঁক লাগে, কিন্তু তেওঁলোকে ছাউনিত ভাববাণী প্ৰচাৰ কৰিবলৈ ধৰিলে।
27 A young man in the camp ran and told Moses, “Eldad and Medad are prophesying in the camp.”
২৭তাতে এজন ডেকা মানুহে লৰি গৈ মোচিক ক’লে, “ইল্দদ আৰু মেদদে ছাউনিত ভাববাণী প্ৰচাৰ কৰিছে।”
28 Joshua son of Nun, Moses' assistant, one of his chosen men, said to Moses, “My master Moses, stop them.”
২৮তেতিয়া মোচিৰ পৰিচাৰক, তেওঁৰ মনোনীত লোক নুনৰ পুত্ৰ যিহোচূৱাই উত্তৰ দি ক’লে, “হে মোৰ প্ৰভু মোচি, তেওঁলোকক নিষেধ কৰক।”
29 Moses said to him, “Are you jealous for my sake? I wish that all of Yahweh's people were prophets and that he would put his Spirit on them all!”
২৯তাতে মোচিয়ে তেওঁ ক’লে, “তুমি মোৰ পক্ষ হৈ ঈৰ্ষা কৰিছা নে? যিহোৱাৰ আটাইলোক ভাববাদী হোৱা হ’লে, আৰু যিহোৱাই তেওঁলোকৰ ওপৰত নিজ আত্মা থাকিবলৈ দিয়া হ’লে, মই কেনে সন্তোষ পালোঁহেঁতেন।”
30 Then Moses and the elders of Israel went back to the camp.
৩০পাছত মোচি আৰু ইস্ৰায়েলৰ বৃদ্ধসকল ছাউনিলৈ গ’ল।
31 Then a wind came from Yahweh and brought quail from the sea. They fell near the camp, about a day's journey on one side and a day's journey on the other side. The quail surrounded the camp about two cubits above the ground.
৩১পাছত যিহোৱাৰ ওচৰৰ পৰা বায়ু ওলাই সমুদ্ৰৰ পৰা ইমান বটা চৰাই আনি ছাউনিৰ ওপৰত পেলালে, যে, ছাউনিৰ চাৰিওফালে ইকাষে-সিকাষে এদিনৰ বাটলৈকে, সেইবোৰ দুহাত ওখ হৈ মাটিৰ ওপৰত পৰিল।
32 The people were busy gathering quail all that day, all the night, and all the next day. No one gathered less than ten homers of quail. They shared the quail all through the camp.
৩২তাতে তেওঁলোকে সেই ওৰে দিন ওৰে ৰাতি আৰু পিছদিনাও গোটেই দিন উঠি সেই বটা চৰাইবোৰ গোটালে। তেওঁলোকৰ মাজত যেয়ে সকলোতকৈ তাকৰকৈ গোটালে, তাৰো দহ হোমৰ আছিল। পাছত তেওঁলোকৰ ছাউনিৰ চাৰিওফালে নিজৰ বাবে, তাক শুকাবলৈ মেলি দিলে।
33 While the meat was still between their teeth, while they were chewing it, Yahweh became angry at them. He attacked the people with a very great disease.
৩৩কিন্তু তেওঁলোকে দুই দাঁতৰ মাজত মঙহ কামোৰ মাৰি ধৰোঁতেই, চোবোৱাৰ আগেয়ে লোকসকললৈ যিহোৱাৰ ক্ৰোধ জ্বলি উঠিল। তাতে যিহোৱাই লোকসকলক অতিশয় মহামাৰীৰ দ্বাৰাই আঘাত কৰিলে।
34 That place was named Kibroth Hattaavah, because there they buried the people who had craved meat.
৩৪আৰু সেই ঠাইৰ নাম কিব্ৰোৎ-হত্তাবা [খঁকুৱা স্বভাৱৰ লোকসকলৰ মৈদাম] ৰখা হ’ল; কিয়নো সেই ঠাইত তেওঁলোকে খঁকুৱা স্বভাৱৰ লোকবোৰক মৈদাম দিলে।
35 From Kibroth Hattaavah the people traveled to Hazeroth, where they stayed.
৩৫পাছত লোকসকলে কিব্ৰোৎ-হত্তাবাৰ পৰা হচেৰোতলৈ যাত্ৰা কৰি সেই ঠাইতে থাকিল।
