Lamentations 5

1 Remember, Yahweh, what has happened to us; look and see our disgrace.

১হে যিহোৱা, আমালৈ যি ঘটিল, তাক সোঁৱৰণ কৰা। দৃষ্টি কৰা আৰু আমাৰ অপমান চোৱা।

2 Our inheritance has been turned over to strangers; our houses to foreigners.

২আমাৰ আধিপত্য বিদেশীসকলৰ হাতলৈ গ’ল; আমাৰ ঘৰবোৰ বিজাতীয়সকলৰ অধিকাৰলৈ গ’ল।

3 We have become orphans, the fatherless, and our mothers are like widows.

৩আমি অনাথ আৰু পিতৃহীন হলোঁ, আমাৰ মাতৃসকল বিধৱা যেন হ’ল।

4 We must pay silver for the water we drink, and we must pay silver to get our own wood.

৪আমাৰ পানী আমি ধন দি পান কৰোঁ আৰু আমাৰ খৰি আমি দাম দি কিনো।

5 Those who are coming after us are close behind us; we are weary and we can find no rest.

৫আমাৰ তাড়নাকাৰীবোৰে আমাৰ ডিঙিত যুৱলি লগাইছে। আমি শ্ৰান্ত হলোঁ আৰু অলপো বিশ্ৰাম নাপাওঁ।

6 We have given ourselves to Egypt and to Assyria to get enough food.

৬আমি মিচৰীয়াহঁতৰ ফালে হাত মেলিলো, আৰু আহাৰেৰে তৃপ্ত হ’বৰ বাবে অচূৰীয়াহঁতলৈ হাতযোৰ কৰিলোঁ।

7 Our fathers sinned, and they are no more, and we bear their iniquities.

৭আমাৰ পূৰ্বপুৰুষসকলে পাপ কৰিলে, আৰু তেওঁলোক এতিয়া নাই, আমি তেওঁলোকৰ অপৰাধৰ ভাৰ বৈছোঁ।

8 Slaves rule over us, and there is no one to deliver us from their hand.

৮আমাৰ ওপৰত বন্দীবোৰে শাসন কৰে, তেওঁলোকৰ হাতৰ পৰা আমাক উদ্ধাৰ কৰোঁতা কোনোৱেই নাই।

9 We get our bread only by risking our lives, because of the sword in the wilderness.

৯আমাৰ প্ৰাণৰ সংশয়েৰেহে আমি আমাৰ আহাৰ আনো, অৰণ্যৰ তৰোৱালৰ কাৰণে,

10 Our skin has grown as hot as an oven because of the burning heat of hunger.

১০দুৰ্ভিক্ষৰ জ্বলন্ত তাপৰ কাৰণে; আমাৰ ছাল তন্দুৰৰ নিচিনাকৈ জ্বলে।

11 Women are raped in Zion, and virgins in the cities of Judah.

১১শত্ৰুবোৰে চিয়োনত মহিলাসকলক বলাৎকাৰ কৰিলে, সিহঁতে যিহূদা নগৰবোৰত কুমাৰীসকলক ভ্ৰষ্টা কৰিলে।

12 Princes are hung up by their own hands, and no honor is shown to the elders.

১২প্ৰধান লোকসকলক হাতত ডোল লগাই ওলোমাই দিয়া হ’ল, বৃদ্ধাসকলৰ মুখক আদৰ কৰা নহ’ল।

13 Young men are forced to grind grain with a millstone, and boys stagger under heavy loads of wood.

১৩ডেকাসকলে জাঁত-শিল বলে, আমাৰ লৰাসকলে খৰিৰ ভৰত উজুটি খালে।

14 The elders have left the city gate, and the young men have left their music.

১৪বৃদ্ধসকলে ঘৰ-দুৱাৰ ত্যাগ কৰিলে, ডেকাসকলে গানবাদ্য এৰিলে।

15 The joy of our heart has ceased and our dancing has turned into mourning.

১৫আমাৰ মনৰ উল্লাস গ’ল; আমাৰ নাচবাগ গুচি শোক হ’ল।

16 The crown has fallen from our head; woe to us, for we have sinned!

১৬আমাৰ মুৰৰ পৰা মুকুটটি খহি পৰিল! আমাৰ সন্তাপ হ’ল! কিয়নো আমি পাপ কৰিলোঁ!

17 For this our heart has become sick, for these things our eyes grow dim

১৭এই কাৰণে আমাৰ অন্তৰ পীড়িত হ’ল, এইবোৰৰ বাবে আমাৰ চকু দুৰ্ব্বল হ’ল,

18 for Mount Zion lies desolate, with jackals prowling over it.

১৮কিয়নো চিয়োন পৰ্ব্বতক ধংস কৰা হ’ল, তাৰ ওপৰত শিয়ালবোৰ ফুৰে।

19 But you, Yahweh, reign forever, and you will sit upon your throne from generation to generation.

১৯হে যিহোৱা, তুমি চিৰকাললৈকে আছা, তোমাৰ সিংহাসন পুৰুষানুক্ৰমে আছে।

20 Why do you forget us forever? Why do you forsake us for so many days?

২০তুমি চিৰকাললৈকে আমাক কিয় পাহৰিলা? আৰু ইমান কাল আমাক কিয় ত্যাগ কৰিবা?

21 Restore us to yourself, Yahweh, and we will be restored. Renew our days as they were long ago—

২১হে যিহোৱা, তোমালৈ আমাক উভতাই আনা, তেতিয়াহে আমি অনুতপ্ত হ’ম; আগৰ কালৰ নিচিনা আমাৰ দিন পুনৰায় কৰা,

22 unless you have utterly rejected us and you are angry with us beyond measure.

২২যদিহে তুমি আমাক সম্পূৰ্ণকৈ ত্যাগ কৰা নাই, আৰু আমাৰ অহিতে অতিশয় ক্ৰুদ্ধ হোৱা নাই!
