Isaiah 21
1 A declaration about the desert by the sea. Like stormwinds sweeping through the Negev it comes passing through from the wilderness, from a terrible land.
১সাগৰৰ তীৰৰ মৰুভূমিৰ বিষয়ে কৰা ঘোষণা। দক্ষিণ অঞ্চলত বা’মৰলী বতাহ বেগেৰে চলাৰ দৰে, এখন ভয়ানক দেশৰ পৰা আৰু অৰণ্যৰ পৰা পাৰ হৈ আছে।
2 A distressing vision has been given to me: the treacherous man deals treacherously, and the destroyer destroys. Go up and attack, Elam; besiege, Media; I will stop all her groaning.
২এটি বেদনাদায়ক দৰ্শন মোক দেখুৱা হৈছে; বিশ্বাসঘাতকে বিশ্বাসঘাতকতা আচৰণ কৰে, আৰু বিনাশকাৰীয়ে বিনাশ কৰে। হে এলম, উঠি যোৱা, আৰু আক্রমণ কৰা; হে মাদিয়া, অবৰোধ কৰা; মই তেওঁৰ সকলো ক্রন্দন শান্ত কৰিলোঁ।
3 Therefore my loins are filled with pain; pains like the pains of a woman in labor have taken hold of me; I am bowed down by what I heard; I am disturbed by what I saw.
৩এই কাৰণে মোৰ কঁকাল বেদনাৰে পূৰ হৈছে; প্ৰসৱ কৰিব লোৱা মহিলাৰ বেদনাৰ দৰে বেদনা মোৰ হৈছে; মই যি শুনিলো তাৰ দ্বাৰাই মোৰ আঁঠু কুচ গৈছে; আৰু যি দেখিলোঁ তাৰ দ্বাৰাই মোৰ শান্তিভঙ্গ হৈছে,
4 My heart pounds; I shake with fear. Twilight was my desire, but it brought me terror.
৪মোৰ হৃদয় চূৰ্ণ হৈছে; কম্পমানে মোক অতিক্রম কৰিছে; সেই নিশা মই যি ইচ্ছা কৰি আছিলোঁ, সেইয়া মোক কম্পমান কৰিবলৈ ঘূৰি আহিছিল।
5 They prepare the table, they spread rugs and eat and drink; arise, princes, anoint your shields with oil.
৫তেওঁলোকে মেজ যুগুত কৰিছিল, আৰু ভোজন পান কৰিবলৈ মেজত কাপোৰ পাৰিছিল; হে সেনাপতিসকল উঠা, ঢালত তেল ঘঁহা।
6 For this is what the Lord said to me, “Go, post a watchman; he must report what he sees.
৬কিয়নো প্ৰভুৱে মোক এই দৰে কৈছে, “যোৱা, এজন প্রহৰী নিযুক্ত কৰা; তেওঁ যি দেখিব, সেই বিষয়ে নিশ্চয় তেওঁ সংবাদ দিব।
7 When he sees a chariot, a pair of horsemen, riders on donkeys, and riders on camels, then he must pay attention and be very alert.”
৭যেতিয়া তেওঁ অশ্বাৰোহীৰ সৈতে এটা ৰথক দেখিব, আৰু গাধ, উটবোৰত আৰোহী দেখিব, তেতিয়া তেওঁ মনোযোগ দিব লাগিব আৰু অতি সচেতন হ’ব লাগিব।”
8 The watchman cries out, “Lord, on the watchtower I stand all day, every day, and at my post I stand all night long.”
৮সেই প্রহৰীজনে ৰিঙিয়াই ক’লে, “হে প্ৰভু, মই প্রতিদিনে প্ৰহৰী স্তম্ভত দিনটো থিয় হৈ থাকো, আৰু ওৰে ৰাতি পৰ দিয়া ঠাইত মই থিয় হৈ থাকো।”
9 Here comes a chariot with a man and a pair of horsemen. He calls out, “Babylon has fallen, fallen, and all the carved figures of its gods are broken to the ground.”
৯ৰথচালকৰ সৈতে সৈন্য, আৰু যোৰকৈ অশ্বাৰোহী ইয়ালৈ আহিছে। তেওঁ চিঞৰী ক’লে, “বাবিল পতিত হ’ল; আৰু দেৱতাবোৰৰ সকলো মূৰ্ত্তিবোৰ ভাঙি মাটিত পৰিছে।”
10 My threshed and winnowed ones, children of my threshing floor! What I have heard from Yahweh of hosts, the God of Israel, I have declared to you.
১০হে মোৰ মৰণা মৰা আৰু পৰিষ্কাৰ জন, হে মোৰ মৰণা মৰা ঠাইৰ সন্তান, ইস্ৰায়েলৰ ঈশ্বৰ আৰু বাহিনীসকলৰ যিহোৱাৰ পৰা মই যি শুনিলোঁ, সেই কথা মই তোমালোকক ঘোষণা কৰিলোঁ।
11 A declaration about Dumah. One calls to me from Seir, “Watchman, what is left of the night? Watchman, what is left of the night?”
১১দুমাৰ বিষয়ে ঘোষণা। চেয়ীৰৰ পৰা এজনে মোক মাতি কৈছে, “হে প্ৰহৰী, ৰাতিৰ কিমান ভাগ গ’ল? হে প্ৰহৰী, ৰাতিৰ কিমান ভাগ গ’ল?”
12 The watchman said, “The morning comes and also the night. If you want to ask, then ask; and come back again.”
১২প্ৰহৰীয়ে উত্তৰ দিলে, “ৰাতিপুৱা হৈছে, আৰু ৰাতিও আহিছে; যদি আপুনি সুধিব, সোধক; আৰু তাৰ পাছত পুনৰ ঘূৰি আহক।”
13 A declaration about Arabia. In the wilderness of Arabia you spend the night, you caravans of Dedanites.
১৩আৰবৰ বিষয়ে ঘোষণা। হে দদানীয়া পথিকসকল, তোমালোকে আৰবৰ অৰণ্যত ৰাতি থাকিব লাগিব।
14 Bring water for the thirsty; inhabitants of the land of Tema, meet the fugitives with bread.
১৪তৃষ্ণাতুৰ লোকসকলৰ বাবে পানী আনা; তেমা দেশৰ নিবাসীসকলক আহাৰৰ সৈতে সাক্ষাৎ কৰা।
15 For they have fled from the sword, from the drawn sword, from the bent bow, and from the weight of war.
১৫কিয়নো তেওঁলোক তৰোৱাল, খোলা তৰোৱালৰ পৰা পলাই অহা, ভিৰোৱা ধেনু, আৰু কষ্টদায়ক যুদ্ধৰ পৰা পলাইছে।
16 For this is what the Lord said to me, “Within a year, as a laborer hired for a year would see it, all the glory of Kedar will end.
১৬সেই বাবে প্ৰভুৱে মোক কৈছে, “এবছৰৰ ভিতৰত হাজিৰাত কাম কৰা মানুহৰ দৰে কেদৰৰ সকলো গৌৰৱ লুপ্ত হ’ব।
17 Only a few of the archers, the warriors of Kedar will remain,” for Yahweh, the God of Israel, has spoken.
১৭আৰু কেদৰৰ বংশৰ বীৰ পুৰুষ ধনুৰ্দ্ধৰসকলৰ অৱশিষ্ট সংখ্যা তাকৰ হ’ব;” কিয়নো ইস্ৰায়েলৰ ঈশ্বৰ যিহোৱাই এই কথা কৈছে।
