Ezekiel 17
1 The word of Yahweh came to me, saying,
১যিহোৱাৰ বাক্য মোৰ ওচৰলৈ আহিল আৰু ক’লে,
2 “Son of man, present a riddle and speak a parable to the house of Israel.
২“হে মনুষ্য সন্তান, তুমি ইস্ৰায়েল বংশৰ আগত এটা সাঁথৰ বাক্য প্ৰকাশ কৰা আৰু এটা দৃষ্টান্ত কোৱা।
3 Say, 'The Lord Yahweh says this: A large eagle with large wings and long pinions, full of feathers, and that was multicolored went to Lebanon and took hold of the top of a cedar tree.
৩তুমি কোৱা, ‘প্ৰভু যিহোৱাই এই কথা কৈছে: “ডাঙৰ ডেউকা থকা আৰু ডেউকাত দীঘল পাখি থকা এটা ডাঙৰ ঈগল পক্ষীয়ে, আৰু যি নানা বৰণৰ পাখিৰে ভৰা, সি লিবানোনলৈ আহি এৰচ গছজোপাৰ ওপৰত আহি বহিল।
4 It broke off the tips of the branches and took them to the land of Canaan; he planted it in a city of merchants.
৪সি সেই গছৰ আটাইতকৈ ওপৰত থকা আগডালদোখৰ ছিঙি বাণিজ্য দেশলৈ লৈ গ’ল। সি বেপাৰীসকলৰ নগৰত তাক ৰুই হ’ল।
5 He also took some seed of the land and planted it in fertile soil. He placed it beside a large body of water like a willow.
৫সি সেই দেশৰ মাজৰ গুটিবোৰৰ পৰা এটি গুটি লৈ উৰ্ব্বৰা মাটিত ৰুলে। সি বিজল সমূহৰ কাষত তাক থলে; সি বাইশী গছৰ দৰে তাক ৰুলে।
6 Then it sprouted and became a spreading vine low to the ground. Its branches turned toward him, and its roots grew under it. So it became a vine and produced branches and sent out shoots.
৬তেতিয়া সেয়ে গজি বাঢ়ি, মাটিৰ তললৈ ব্যাপি যোৱা এক দ্ৰাক্ষালতা হ’ল। তাৰ ডালবোৰে সেই ঈগল পক্ষীৰ ফালে মুখ কৰিছিল আৰু শিপাবোৰ তাৰ তলত গজিছিল। সেয়ে এইদৰে দ্ৰাক্ষালতা হৈ ডালবোৰ উৎপন্ন হ’ল আৰু পোখাবোৰ মেলিলে।
7 But there was another great eagle with large wings and many feathers. Behold! This vine turned its roots toward the eagle, and it spread out its branches toward the eagle from the place it had been planted so it would be watered.
৭কিন্তু বহুত পাখি আৰু ডাঙৰ ডেউকা থকা আন এটা ঈগল পক্ষী আছিল। আৰু চোৱা! এই দ্ৰাক্ষালতাৰ শিপাবোৰে নিজকে সেই ঈগল পক্ষীটোৰ ফালে শিপা মেলিলে, আৰু যি ভেটিটোত ৰোৱা হৈছিল, সেই ঠাইৰ পৰা সি পানী দিবৰ বাবে তাৰ ফালে ডালবোৰ বিয়পি গ’ল।
8 It had been planted in good soil beside a large body of water so it would produce branches and sprout fruit, to become a magnificent vine.'
৮সেয়ে বহু জল সমূহৰ কাষত আৰু উৰ্ব্বৰা মাটিত তাক ৰোৱা হৈছিল। যাতে সেয়ে ডাল মেলিব আৰু ফল উৎপন্ন কৰি এখন উত্তম দ্ৰাক্ষালতা হ’ব’!”
9 Say to the people, 'The Lord Yahweh says this: Will it prosper? Will it not be uprooted and stripped of its fruit so that it withers, and all its fresh growth will wither? No strong arm or many people will be needed to pull it out by its roots.
৯তুমি লোকসকলক কোৱা: ‘প্ৰভু যিহোৱাই এই কথা কৈছে: সেয়ে উন্নতি লাভ কৰিব নে? তেওঁ জানো তাৰ শিপাবোৰ উঘালি নল’ব নে বা তাৰ ফলবোৰ ছিঙি নল’ব নে যাতে তাৰ নতুনকৈ ওলোৱা আটাই পাতবোৰ শুকাই লেৰেলা হৈ পৰে? তাৰ শিপা উঘালিবলৈ অধিক বল কি আনকি অনেক মানুহ নালাগিব।
10 So behold! After it has been planted, will it grow? Will it not wither when the eastern wind touches it? It will completely wither away in the garden plot where it sprouted.'”
১০সেই কাৰণে চোৱা! সেয়ে আকৌ ৰোৱাৰ পাছত তাৰ উন্নতি হ’ব নে? পূৱৰ বতাহ তাত লগা মাত্ৰে সেয়ে একেবাৰে শুকাই নাজাব নে? সেয়ে তাৰ গজা ভেটিতে সম্পূৰ্ণৰূপে শুকাই যাব’।”
11 Then the word of Yahweh came to me, saying,
১১তাৰ পাছত যিহোৱাৰ বাক্য মোৰ ওচৰলৈ আহিল আৰু ক’লে,
12 “Speak to the rebellious house, 'Do you not know what these things mean? Behold! The king of Babylon came to Jerusalem and took her king and her princes and brought them to him in Babylon.
১২“তুমি সেই বিদ্ৰোহী বংশক কোৱা: ‘এইবোৰৰ অৰ্থ কি, সেই বিষয়ে তোমালোকে নাজানা নে? চোৱা! বাবিলৰ ৰজাই যিৰূচালেমলৈ আহি তাৰ ৰজাৰ সৈতে তাৰ বিষয়াসকলক ধৰি বাবিললৈ নিজৰ ঠাইলৈ লৈ আনিলে।
13 Then he took a royal descendant, made a covenant with him, and brought him under an oath. He took away the powerful people of the land,
১৩তাৰ পাছত তেওঁ ৰাজবংশীয় এজনক ল’লে আৰু তেওঁৰ লগত এটি নিয়ম স্থাপন কৰিলে।
14 so the kingdom might become lowly and not lift itself up. By keeping his covenant the land will survive.
১৪ৰাজ্যখন যেন সামান্য হয় আৰু নিজকে যেন বৰ বুলি নামানে আৰু তেওঁৰ নিয়মটি পালন কৰিলে হে দেশখন স্থিৰেৰে থাকিব পাৰিব, সেই কাৰণে তেওঁ দেশৰ বীৰ সকলক আঁটৰাই লৈ গ’ল।
15 But the king of Jerusalem rebelled against him by sending his ambassadors to Egypt to acquire horses and an army. Will he succeed? Will the one doing these things escape? If he breaks the covenant, will he escape?
১৫কিন্তু যিৰূচালেমৰ ৰজাই মিচৰীয়াসকলৰ পৰা ঘোঁৰা আৰু অনেক মানুহ পাবৰ কাৰণে মিচৰলৈ নিজ দূতবোৰক পঠিয়াই দিলে আৰু তেওঁৰ অহিতে বিদ্ৰোহ কৰিলে। তেওঁ উন্নতি লাভ কৰিব নে? এনে কৰ্ম কৰা জনে জানো ৰক্ষা পাব? তেওঁ যদি এই নিয়মটি ভাঙে, তেওঁ ৰক্ষা পাব নে?
16 As I live!—this is the Lord Yahweh's declaration—he will surely die in the land of the king who made him king, the king whose oath he despised, and whose covenant he broke. He will die in the middle of Babylon.
১৬‘মোৰ জীৱনৰ শপত, প্ৰভু যিহোৱাই কৈছে - যি ৰজাই তেওঁ নিজ থকা ঠাইত তেওঁক ৰজা পাতিলে, যাৰ শপত তেওঁ তুচ্ছ কৰিলে আৰু যাৰ নিয়মটি তেওঁ ভাঙিলে, বাবিলৰ মাজত তেওঁৰ তাতেই মৃত্যু হ’ব।
17 Pharaoh with his mighty army and a great company of men will not help him in battle, when ramps are constructed and siege walls are built up to cut off many lives.
১৭অনেক লোকক বধ কৰিবলৈ হাদাম বান্ধা আৰু কোঁঠ সজা সময়ত, ফৰৌণেও তেওঁৰ পৰাক্ৰমী সৈন্য-সামন্ত আৰু মহাদলৰ সৈতে ৰণত তেওঁক ৰক্ষা কৰিবলৈ নোৱাৰিব।
18 For the king despised his oath by breaking the covenant. Behold, he reached out with his hand to make a promise and yet he did all these things. He will not escape.
১৮কিয়নো ৰজাই নিয়মটি ভাঙি শপতটো তুচ্ছ কৰিলে; চোৱা, তেওঁ হাতযোৰ কৰি শপত লোৱাৰ পাছতো, এই আটাই কাৰ্য কৰিলে; তেওঁ ৰক্ষা নাপাব।
19 Therefore the Lord Yahweh says this: As I live, was it not my oath that he despised and my covenant that he broke? So I will bring his punishment on his head!
১৯এই কাৰণে ‘প্ৰভু যিহোৱাই এই কথা কৈছে - ‘মোৰ জীৱনৰ শপত, মোৰ শপত আৰু তেওঁ ভঙা মোৰ নিয়মটিৰ তুচ্ছ কৰা নাছিল নে? এই কাৰণে তেওঁ পাবলগীয়া শাস্তি মই তেওঁৰ ওপৰত ফলিওৱাম।
20 I will spread my net out over him, and he will be caught in my hunting net. Then I will bring him to Babylon and execute judgment on him there for his treason that he committed when he betrayed me!
২০মই তেওঁৰ ওপৰত মোৰ জাল মেলিম আৰু তেওঁ মোৰ ফান্দত ধৰা পৰিব। তেতিয়া মই তেওঁক বাবিললৈ নি তেওঁ মোৰ অহিতে কৰা তেওঁৰ অপৰাধৰ কাৰণে সেই ঠাইত তেওঁৰ ওপৰত গোচৰ কৰিম।
21 All of his refugees in his armies will fall by the sword, and the ones who remain will be scattered in every direction. Then you will know that I am Yahweh; I have declared this would happen.”
২১তেতিয়া তেওঁৰ সকলো দলৰ আটাই আশ্রয়প্রাৰ্থী সকল তৰোৱালত মৰা পৰিব আৰু অৱশিষ্ট থকা সকলোকে চাৰিওফালে বায়ুত উড়ুৱাই নিয়া হ’ব; তেতিয়া মই যিহোৱায়েই যে এই কথা ক’লোঁ, সেই বিষয়ে তোমালোকে জানিবা।”
22 The Lord Yahweh says this, 'So I myself will take away the highest part of the cedar tree, and I will plant it away from its tender branches. I will break it off, and I myself will plant it on a high mountain.
২২প্ৰভু যিহোৱাই এই কথা কৈছে: “ময়েই এৰচ গছজোপাৰ ওখত থকা আগডোখৰৰ এটা ডাল লৈ তাক ৰোম; এনে কি, সকলোতকৈ ওপৰত থকা তাৰ পোখাবোৰৰ মাজৰ পৰাই মই এটি পোখা ছিঙি এখন ওখ আৰু উন্নত পৰ্ব্বতত ৰোম!
23 I will plant it on the mountains of Israel so it will bear branches and produce fruit, and it will become a majestic cedar so that every winged bird will live under it. They will nest in the shade of its branches.
২৩ইস্ৰায়েলৰ ওখ পৰ্ব্বতখনতেই মই তাক ৰুম; তেতিয়া সি ডাল মেলিব আৰু ফল ধৰি এজোপা উত্তম এৰচ গছ হ’ব; যাতে সকলো বিধৰ চৰাইয়ে তাৰ তলত বাস কৰিব আৰু তাৰ ডালবোৰৰ ছাঁত সিহঁতে বাস কৰিব।
24 Then all the trees of the field will know that I am Yahweh. I bring down the high trees and I raise up the low trees. I wither the watered tree and I cause the dried tree to bloom. I am Yahweh, I have declared that this will happen; and I have done it.'”
২৪তেতিয়া মই যে যিহোৱা সেই বিষয়ে পথাৰত থকা সকলো গছবোৰে জানিব। মই ওখ গছজোপা চাপৰ, চাপৰ গছজোপা ওখ কৰোঁ; মই কেঁচাপতীয়া গছজোপা শুকান আৰু শুকান গছজোপা জকমকীয়া কৰোঁ! মই যিহোৱা; এই কথা ঘোষণা কৰিলোঁ আৰু ইয়াক সিদ্ধও কৰিলোঁ!”
