Revelation 22
1 And he shewed me a pure ryver of water of lyfe clere as cristall: procedynge oute of the seate of God and of the lambe.
És megmutatta nekem az élet vizének tiszta folyóját, amely ragyogó volt, mint a kristály, és az Istennek és a Báránynak királyi székéből ered.
2 In the myddes of the strete of it and of ether syde of ye ryver was there wode of lyfe: which bare xii maner of frutes: and gave frute every moneth: and the leves of the wodde served to heale the people with all.
Utcájának közepén és a folyóvízen innen és túl az élet fája volt, amely tizenkétszer gyümölcsöt terem, minden hónapban meghozva gyümölcsét és levelei a pogányok gyógyítására valók.
3 And there shalbe no more cursse but the seate of god and the lambe shalbe in it: and his servauntes shall serve him:
És semmi elátkozott nem lesz ott, és az Istennek és a Báránynak királyi széke lesz benne, és szolgái szolgálnak Neki.
4 And shall se his face and his name shalbe in their forheddes.
És látják az ő arcát, és az ő neve homlokukon lesz.
5 And there shall be no nyght there and they nede no candle nether light of the sunne: for the lorde God geveth them light and they shall raygne for evermore. (aiōn g165)
És ott éjszaka nem lesz, és nem lesz szükségük lámpafényre és napvilágra, mert az Úr Isten az ő világosságuk, és uralkodnak örökkön örökké. (aiōn g165)
6 And he sayde vnto me: these sayinges are faythfull and true. And the lorde god of saynctes and prophetes sent his angell to shewe vnto his servauntes the thynges which muste shortly be fulfylled.
És ezt mondta nekem: „Ezek a beszédek megbízhatóak és igazak, mert az Úr, a szent próféták Istene küldte el az ő angyalát, hogy megmutassa szolgáinak mindazt, aminek meg kell történnie hamar.
7 Beholde I come shortly. Happy is he that kepeth the sayinge of ye prophesy of this boke.
Íme, eljövök hamar. Boldog, aki megtartja e könyv prófétai beszédeit.“
8 I am Ihon which sawe these thynges and herde them. And when I had herde and sene I fell doune to worshippe before the fete of the angell which shewed me these thynges.
És én, János vagyok az, aki ezeket hallottam és láttam. És amikor hallottam és láttam, leborultam az angyal lába előtt, hogy imádjam, aki nekem ezeket megmutatta.
9 And he sayd vnto me: se thou do it not for I am thy feloweservaunt and the feloweservaunt of thy brethren the prophettes and of them which kepe the sayinges of this boke. But worshippe God.
Ő pedig ezt mondta nekem: „Meglásd, ne tedd, mert szolgatársad vagyok neked, és a te atyádfiainak, a prófétáknak, és azoknak, akik megtartják e könyv beszédeit. Az Istent imádd!“
10 And he sayde vnto me: seale not the sayinges of prophesy of this boke. For the tyme is at honde.
Azután ezt mondta nekem: „Ne pecsételd le e könyv prófétai beszédeit, mert az idő közel van.
11 He that doeth evyl let him do evyl still: and he which is fylthy let him be fylthy still: and he that is righteous let him be more righteous: and he that is holy let him be more holy.
Aki igazságtalan, legyen igazságtalan ezután is, és aki tisztátalan, legyen tisztátalan ezután is, és aki igaz, legyen igaz ezután is, és aki szent, szenteltessék meg ezután is.
12 And beholde I come shortly and my rewarde with me to geve every man accordinge as his dedes shalbe.
És íme, hamar eljövök, és az én jutalmam velem van, hogy megfizessek mindenkinek, cselekedete szerint.
13 I am Alpha and Omega the begynninge and the ende: the fyrst and the last.
Én vagyok az Alfa és az Ómega, a kezdet és a vég, az első és az utolsó.“
14 Blessed are they that do hys commaundmentes that their power maye be in the tree of lyfe and maye entre in thorow the gates into the cite.
Boldogok, akik megtartják az ő parancsolatait, hogy joguk legyen az élet fájához, és bemehessenek a kapukon a városba.
15 For without shalbe dogges and inchauters and whormongers and mortherers and ydolaters and whosoever loveth or makith lesynges.
De kinn maradnak az ebek, a varázslók és a paráznák és a gyilkosok és a bálványimádók és mindazok, akik szeretik és szólják a hazugságot.
16 I Iesus sent myne angell to testyfye vnto you these thynges in the congregacions. I am the rote and the generacion of David and the bright mornynge starre.
Én, Jézus küldtem az én angyalomat, hogy ezekről bizonyságot tegyen nektek a gyülekezetekben. Én vagyok Dávidnak gyökere és ága, fényes hajnalcsillag.
17 And the sprete and the bryde sayde come. And let him that heareth saye also come. And let him that is athyrst come. And let whosoever wyll take of the water of lyfe fre.
És a Lélek és a menyasszony ezt mondják: „Jöjj!“És aki hallja, ezt mondja: „Jöjj!“És aki szomjazik, jöjjön el, és aki akarja, vegye az élet vizét ingyen!
18 I testifye vnto every man that heareth the wordes of prophesy of thys boke. yf eny man shall adde vnto these thynges god shall adde vnto him the plages that are wrytten in this boke.
Bizonyságot teszek pedig mindenkinek, aki e könyv prófétálásának beszédeit hallja: Hogy ha valaki ezekhez hozzátesz, e könyvben megírt csapásokkal sújtja Isten.
19 And yf eny man shall mynyshe of the wordes of ye boke of this prophesy god shall take a waye his parte out of the boke of lyfe and oute of ye holy citie and fro thoo thynge which are written in this boke.
És ha valaki elvesz e könyv prófétálásának beszédeiből, annak osztályrészét Isten kitörli az élet könyvéből, a szent városból és azokból, amik e könyvben megírattak.
20 He which testifyeth these thinges sayth: be it I come quyckly Amen. Even soo: come lorde Iesu.
Ezt mondja, aki ezekről bizonyságot tesz: „Bizony hamar eljövök.“Ámen. Bizony jövel, Uram Jézus!
21 The grace of oure lorde Iesu Christ be with you all. Amen.
A mi Urunknak, Jézus Krisztusnak kegyelme legyen mindnyájatokkal! Ámen.
