Revelation 11

1 And then was geven me a rede lyke vnto a rodd and it was sayd vnto me: Ryse and mete the temple of god and the aultre and them that worshippe therin

Kemudian diberikanlah kepadaku sebatang buluh, seperti tongkat pengukur rupanya, dengan kata-kata yang berikut: "Bangunlah dan ukurlah Bait Suci Allah dan mezbah dan mereka yang beribadah di dalamnya.

2 and the quyre which is within the temple cast oute and mete it not: for it is gevyn vnto the gentyles and the holy cite shall they treade vnderfote. xlii. monethes.

Tetapi kecualikan pelataran Bait Suci yang di sebelah luar, janganlah engkau mengukurnya, karena ia telah diberikan kepada bangsa-bangsa lain dan mereka akan menginjak-injak Kota Suci empat puluh dua bulan lamanya."

3 And I will geve power vnto my two wytnesses and they shall prophesy. M. iic. and. lx. dayes clothed in sacke cloth.

Dan Aku akan memberi tugas kepada dua saksi-Ku, supaya mereka bernubuat sambil berkabung, seribu dua ratus enam puluh hari lamanya.

4 These are two olyve trees and two cadlestyckes stodinge before ye god of ye erth

Mereka adalah kedua pohon zaitun dan kedua kaki dian yang berdiri di hadapan Tuhan semesta alam.

5 And if eny man will hurt them fyre shall procede out of their mouthes and consume their ennemyes. And yf eny ma will hurt the this wyse muste he be kylled.

Dan jikalau ada orang yang hendak menyakiti mereka, keluarlah api dari mulut mereka menghanguskan semua musuh mereka. Dan jikalau ada orang yang hendak menyakiti mereka, maka orang itu harus mati secara itu.

6 These have power to shut heven that it rayne not in the dayes of their prophesyinge: and have power over waters to turne them to bloud and to smyte the erth wt almaner plages as often as they will.

Mereka mempunyai kuasa menutup langit, supaya jangan turun hujan selama mereka bernubuat; dan mereka mempunyai kuasa atas segala air untuk mengubahnya menjadi darah, dan untuk memukul bumi dengan segala jenis malapetaka, setiap kali mereka menghendakinya.

7 And when they have fynysshed their testimony the beste that cam oute of the bottomlesse pytt shall make warre agaynst them and shall overcome them and kyll them. (Abyssos g12)

Dan apabila mereka telah menyelesaikan kesaksian mereka, maka binatang yang muncul dari jurang maut, akan memerangi mereka dan mengalahkan serta membunuh mereka. (Abyssos g12)

8 And their boddyes shall lye in the stretes of the greate cite which spritually is called zodom and Egypte where oure lorde was crucified.

Dan mayat mereka akan terletak di atas jalan raya kota besar, yang secara rohani disebut Sodom dan Mesir, di mana juga Tuhan mereka disalibkan.

9 And they of the people and kynredes and tonges and they of the nacions shall se their bodyes. iii. dayes and an halfe and shall not suffre their boddyes to be put in graves.

Dan orang-orang dari segala bangsa dan suku dan bahasa dan kaum, melihat mayat mereka tiga setengah hari lamanya dan orang-orang itu tidak memperbolehkan mayat mereka dikuburkan.

10 And they that dwell apon the erth shall reioyce over them and be glad and shall send gyftes one to another for these two prophetes vexed them yt dwelt on the erth.

Dan mereka yang diam di atas bumi bergembira dan bersukacita atas mereka itu dan berpesta dan saling mengirim hadiah, karena kedua nabi itu telah merupakan siksaan bagi semua orang yang diam di atas bumi.

11 And after. iii. dayes and an halffe the sprete of lyfe from god entred into the. And they stode vp apo their fete: and greate feare came apon the which sawe them.

Tiga setengah hari kemudian masuklah roh kehidupan dari Allah ke dalam mereka, sehingga mereka bangkit dan semua orang yang melihat mereka menjadi sangat takut.

12 And they herde a greate voyce from heven saying vnto the. Come vp hidder. And they ascended vp into heven in a cloude and their ennemyes sawe the.

Dan orang-orang itu mendengar suatu suara yang nyaring dari sorga berkata kepada mereka: "Naiklah ke mari!" Lalu naiklah mereka ke langit, diselubungi awan, disaksikan oleh musuh-musuh mereka.

13 And ye same houre was ther a gret erth quake and the tenthe parte of the cite fell and in the erth quake were slayne names of men seven. M. and the remnaunt were feared and gave glory to god of heven.

Pada saat itu terjadilah gempa bumi yang dahsyat dan sepersepuluh bagian dari kota itu rubuh, dan tujuh ribu orang mati oleh gempa bumi itu dan orang-orang lain sangat ketakutan, lalu memuliakan Allah yang di sorga.

14 The seconde woo is past and beholde ye thyrd woo wyll come ano

Celaka yang kedua sudah lewat: lihatlah, celaka yang ketiga segera menyusul.

15 And the seventh angell blewe and therwere made great voyces in heve sayinge: the kyngdoms of this worlde are oure lordes and his christes and he shall raygne for ever more. (aiōn g165)

Lalu malaikat yang ketujuh meniup sangkakalanya, dan terdengarlah suara-suara nyaring di dalam sorga, katanya: "Pemerintahan atas dunia dipegang oleh Tuhan kita dan Dia yang diurapi-Nya, dan Ia akan memerintah sebagai raja sampai selama-lamanya." (aiōn g165)

16 And the. xxiiii. elders which sytt before god on their seates fell apon their faces and worshipped God

Dan kedua puluh empat tua-tua, yang duduk di hadapan Allah di atas takhta mereka, tersungkur dan menyembah Allah,

17 sayinge: we geve the thankes lorde God allmyghte: which arte and wast and arte to come for thou haste receaved thy great myght and hast raygned.

sambil berkata: "Kami mengucap syukur kepada-Mu, ya Tuhan, Allah, Yang Mahakuasa, yang ada dan yang sudah ada, karena Engkau telah memangku kuasa-Mu yang besar dan telah mulai memerintah sebagai raja

18 And the nacions were angry and thy wrath is come and the tyme of ye deed that they shuld be iudged and that thou shuldest geve rewarde vnto thy servauntes the prophettes and saynctes and to them that feare thy name small and great and shuldest destroye them which destroye ye erth.

dan semua bangsa telah marah, tetapi amarah-Mu telah datang dan saat bagi orang-orang mati untuk dihakimi dan untuk memberi upah kepada hamba-hamba-Mu, nabi-nabi dan orang-orang kudus dan kepada mereka yang takut akan nama-Mu, kepada orang-orang kecil dan orang-orang besar dan untuk membinasakan barangsiapa yang membinasakan bumi."

19 And the temple of God was openyd in heve and there was sene in his teple the arcke of his testamet: and ther folowed lyghtnynges and voyces and thondrynges and erth quake and moche hayle.

Maka terbukalah Bait Suci Allah yang di sorga, dan kelihatanlah tabut perjanjian-Nya di dalam Bait Suci itu dan terjadilah kilat dan deru guruh dan gempa bumi dan hujan es lebat.
