< Luke 17 >

1 Jesus said to his disciples: “It is inevitable that there should be snares; yet alas for him who is answerable for them!
O Isus phendas pire učenikonenđe: “O iskušenje moraš te avel, ali teško e manušešće kroz savo avel o iskušenje.
2 It would be good for him if he had been flung into the sea with a mill-stone round his neck, rather than that he should prove a snare to even one of these lowly ones.
Kasave manušešće avilosas majlačhe te phanden lešće mlinsko bar oko e kor, thaj te čhuden les ando more, nego te crdel po bezeh jećhe katar akala manuša saven si cara paćipe.
3 Be on your guard! If your brother does wrong, reprove him; but if he repents, forgive him.
Upozoriv tumen! Ako ćiro phral savo si verniko pogrešil, ukori les thaj jartosar lešće ako pokajilpe.
4 Even if he wrongs you seven times a day, but turns to you every time and says ‘I am sorry,’ you must forgive him.”
Pa ako vi efta drom po đes sagrešil protiv tute thaj efta drom po đes avel thaj phenel tuće: ‘Jartosar manđe. Pogrešisardem!’, jartosar lešće.”
5 “Give us more faith,” said the Apostles to the Master;
E apostolurja phendine e Gospodešće: “Trubul amen majbut paćipe. Phen amenđe sar te dobis!”
6 but the Master said: “If your faith were only like a mustard-seed, you could say to this mulberry tree ‘Be up-rooted and planted in the sea,’ and it would obey you.
O Gospod phendas lenđe: “Te avel tumen paćipe gajda cikno sago kaj si e gorušicako zrno, phendinesas akale dudošće: ‘Inkaltu e korenosa thaj presaditut ando more!’, thaj vo presadisajlosas.
7 Which of you, if he had a servant ploughing, or tending the sheep, would say to him, when he came in from the fields, ‘Come at once and take your place at table,’
Ko tumendar phenela pire slugašće savo oril ili lel sama pe stoka, kana boldela pes andar o polje thaj del ando ćher: ‘Av brzo thaj beš pale sinija?’
8 Instead of saying ‘Prepare my dinner, and then make yourself ready and wait on me while I am eating and drinking, and after that you shall eat and drink yourself’?
Či umesto godova phenena lešće gajda: ‘Ćer manđe večera! Čhov e kecelja pe tute thaj služisar man dok hav thaj pijav, pale godova tu haja thaj pijeja?’
9 Does he feel grateful to his servant for doing what he is told?
E slugašće pale godova či zahvalilpe kaj vo samo ćerel piri bući.
10 And so with you — when you have done all that you have been told, still say ‘We are but useless servants; we have done no more than we ought to have done.’”
Gajda vi tumen: kana sen poslušne e Devlešće, phenen: ‘Sluge sam save či zaslužin pohvala! Ćerdam samo so samas udžile te ćeras!’”
11 On the way to Jerusalem Jesus passed between Samaria and Galilee.
Gajda dok putuilas majdur prema o Jerusalim, o Isus naćhelas maškar e Samarijaći thaj e Galilejaći regija.
12 As he was entering a village, ten lepers met him.
Kana delas ande varesosko gav, angle leste avile deš gubavcurja. Ačhiline cara majdur
13 Standing still, some distance off, they called out loudly: “Jesus! Sir! pity us!”
thaj počnisardine te čhon muj: “Isuse, Sikavneja, smiluisar tut amenđe!”
14 When Jesus saw them, he said: “Go and show yourselves to the priest.” And, as they were on their way, they were made clean.
Kana o Isus dikhla len, phendas lenđe: “Džan thaj sikaven tumen e rašajenđe te dićhen tumen thaj phenen dali sen saste!” Thaj dok džanas dromesa sastile katar e guba.
15 One of them, finding he was cured, came back, praising God loudly,
Jek lendar dikhla kaj sastilo, boldape thaj slavisarda e Devle andar sasto glaso.
16 and threw himself on his face at Jesus’ feet, thanking him for what he had done; and this man was a Samaritan.
Čhudape pe koča angle Isusešće pungre thaj zahvalisarda lešće. A sas godova varesavo manuš andar e Samarija.
17 “Were not all the ten made clean? exclaimed Jesus. But the nine — where are they?
O Isus phučla: “Či li sastile deš džene? Kaj si okola inja?
18 Were there none to come back and praise God except this foreigner?
Dali nijek lendar či boldape te del slava e Devlešće osim akava tuđinco?”
19 Get up,” he said to him, “and go on your way. Your faith has delivered you.”
Askal phenda e manušešće savo sastilo: “Ušti thaj dža. Ćiro paćipe ande mande spasisarda tut!”
20 Being once asked by the Pharisees when the Kingdom of God was to come, Jesus answered: “The Kingdom of God does not come in a way that admits of observation,
E fariseja phučline e Isuse: “Kana avela e Devlesko carstvo?” A vo phenda lenđe: “E Devlesko carstvo či avela e znakonenca save e manuša šaj promatrin gajda te šaj dićhel pes.
21 nor will people say ‘Look, here it is!’ or ‘There it is!’; for the Kingdom of God is within you!
Naštik phenelape: ‘Aketalo akate!’, ili: ‘Eketalo okote!’ Ake e Devlesko carstvo si maškar tumende!”
22 The day will come,” he said to his disciples, “when you will long to see but one of the days of the Son of Man, and will not see it.
Pale godova phendas e učenikonenđe: “Avela e vrjama kana kamena te dićhen jek katar e đesa kana me, o Čhavo e Manušesko, vladiva sago o caro, ali či dićhena godova đes.
23 People will say to you ‘There he is! or ‘Here he is!’ Do not go and follow them.
Askal phenena tumenđe: ‘Eketalo okote, aketalo akate!’ Ali na džan thaj na prasten inća!
24 For, just as lightning will lighten and flare from one side of the heavens to the other, so will it be with the Son of Man.
Kaj sago e munja kaj sevil pe jek krajo e nebosko thaj rasvetlil sa džike aver krajo, gajda avela vi manca, e Manušešće Čhavesa, ando mungro đes.
25 But first he must undergo much suffering, and he must be rejected by the present generation.
Ali majsigo trubuv but te pretrpiv thaj akava naraštaj trubula te odbacil man.
26 As it was in the days of Noah, so will it be again in the days of the Son of Man.
Thaj sago kaj sas ande Nojašći vrjama gajda avela vi ando đes kana avava me o Čhavo e Manušesko.
27 They were eating and drinking and marrying and being married, up to the very day on which Noah entered the ark, and then the flood came and destroyed them all.
E manuša hanas, pijenas, ženinaspe thaj udainaspe dži ko đes dok o Noje či dijas ando baro brodo, thaj avilo o potop thaj uništisardas sa so nas ando baro brodo.
28 So, too, in the days of Lot. People were eating, drinking, buying, selling, planting, building;
Askal avela sago kaj sas dumut kana trailas o Lot: Kana e manuša ando gav savo akhardolas Sodoma, hanas thaj pijenas, ćinenas thaj bićinenas, sadinas thaj gradinas,
29 but, on the very day on which Lot came out of Sodom, it rained fire and sulphur from the skies and destroyed them all.
sa dži ke detharin kana o Lot inkljisto andar o gav Sodoma, a askal andar o nebo zapljuštisarda e jag thaj o sumpor thaj uništisardas sa okolen save ačhiline ando gav.
30 It will be the same on the day on which the Son of Man reveals himself.
Isto gajda iznenada avela ando đes kana boldava man me o Čhavo e Manušesko.
31 On that day, if a man is on his house-top and his goods in the house, he must not go down to get them; nor again must one who is on the farm turn back.
Gajda ande okova đes, ko avela po krovo, a lešće stvarja si ando ćher, neka na fuljel te lel len. Thaj ko si ande njive, neka či boldel pes palpale te lel vareso pesa.
32 Remember Lot’s wife.
Den tumen gođi sar muli e Lotošći romnji!
33 Whoever is eager to get the most out of his life will lose it; but whoever will lose it shall preserve it.
Kaj ko lela sama pe piro trajo te araćhe les, hasarela les; a ko hasarel piro trajo zadobila les palo večnost.
34 On that night, I tell you, of two men upon the same bed, one will be taken and the other left;
Phenav tumenđe, ande koja rjat kana me boldava man avena duj džene ande jek kreveto. Jek lelape, aver mućelape.
35 of two women grinding together, one will be taken and the other left.”
Duj manušnja zajedno meljina o điv; jek lelape, a aver mućelape.
Duj džene avena ando polje; jek avela lino, a aver ačhela.”
37 “Where will it be, Master?” interposed the disciples. “Where there is a body,” said Jesus, “‘there will the vultures flock.’”
Pe godova e učenikurja phučline les: “A kaj godova Gospode?” A o Isus phenda lenđe: “Avela očito sago vi akaja poslovica: ‘kaj ćiden pes e lešinarja okote kaj si o mulo telo.’”
