Zechariah 6
1 I looked up again, and [in the vision] I saw four chariots coming toward me. [They were coming] between two mountains [that were made] of bronze.
௧நான் திரும்பவும் என் கண்களை ஏறெடுத்து, இதோ, இரண்டு மலைகளின் நடுவாகப் புறப்பட்டு வருகிற நான்கு இரதங்களைக் கண்டேன்; அந்த மலைகள் வெண்கல மலைகளாயிருந்தன.
2 The first chariot [was pulled by] red horses, the second chariot [was pulled by] black horses,
௨முதலாம் இரதத்தில் சிவப்புக் குதிரைகளும், இரண்டாம் இரதத்தில் கறுப்புக்குதிரைகளும்,
3 the third chariot [was pulled by] white horses, and the fourth chariot [was pulled by] spotted gray horses. They were all very strong horses.
௩மூன்றாம் இரதத்தில் வெள்ளைக்குதிரைகளும், நான்காம் இரதத்தில் புள்ளிபுள்ளியான சிவப்புக்குதிரைகளும் பூட்டப்பட்டிருந்தன.
4 I asked the angel who had been speaking to me, “Sir, what do those chariots mean?”
௪நான் என்னுடன் பேசின தூதனை நோக்கி: ஆண்டவனே, இவைகள் என்னவென்று கேட்டேன்.
5 The angel replied, “They have come from standing in the presence of the Lord who controls/rules the entire earth. They will go across the sky in four directions.
௫அந்தத் தூதன் எனக்கு மறுமொழியாக: இவைகள் சர்வலோகத்திற்கும் ஆண்டவராயிருக்கிறவருடைய சமுகத்தில் நின்று புறப்படுகிற வானத்தினுடைய நான்கு ஆவிகள் என்றார்.
6 The chariot [pulled by] black horses will go north, the [one pulled by] white horses will go west, the one [pulled by] spotted gray horses will go south.”
௬ஒன்றில் பூட்டப்பட்டிருந்த கறுப்புக்குதிரைகள் வடதேசத்திற்குப் புறப்பட்டுப்போயின; வெண்மையான குதிரைகள் அவைகளின் பின்னே புறப்பட்டுப்போனது; புள்ளிபுள்ளியான குதிரைகள் தென்தேசத்திற்குப் புறப்பட்டுப்போனது.
7 When those powerful horses left, their [chariot-drivers] were eager to go throughout the world. [As they were leaving, ] the angel said to them, “Go throughout the world [and see what is happening]!” So that is what they did.
௭சிவப்புக் குதிரைகளோவென்றால் புறப்பட்டுப்போய், பூமியிலே சுற்றித்திரிய கேட்டுக்கொண்டன; அதற்கு அவர்: போய் பூமியில் சுற்றித்திரியுங்கள் என்றார்; அப்படியே பூமியிலே சுற்றித்திரிந்தன.
8 Then the angel called to me [and said], “Look/Listen, the [drivers of the] chariots that have gone north will do what the Spirit [of Yahweh wants them to do] there.”
௮பின்பு அவர் என்னைக் கூப்பிட்டு: பார், வடதேசத்திற்குப் புறப்பட்டுப்போனவைகள், வடதேசத்திலே என் கோபத்தைச் சாந்தப்படுத்தியது என்று என்னுடன் சொன்னார்.
9 Then Yahweh gave me [another] message.
௯பின்பு யெகோவாவுடைய வார்த்தை எனக்கு உண்டாகி அவர்:
10 He said, “Heldai, Tobijah, and Jedaiah will be bringing some silver and gold from the people who were (exiled in/forced to go to) Babylon. As soon as they arrive, go to the house of Josiah the son of Zephaniah.
௧0சிறையிருப்பின் மனிதர்களாகிய எல்தாயும், தொபியாவும், யெதாயாவும் பாபிலோனிலிருந்து வந்திருக்கும் அந்நாளிலே நீ போய், செப்பனியாவின் மகனாகிய யோசியாவின் வீட்டிற்குள் நுழைந்து,
11 Take [some of that] silver and gold from them and make a crown. Then put it on the head of Jehozadak’s son Joshua, the Supreme Priest.
௧௧அங்கே அவர்களுடைய கையிலே வெள்ளியையும் பொன்னையும் வாங்கி, கிரீடங்களைச் செய்வித்து, யோத்சதாக்கின் மகனாகிய யோசுவா என்னும் பிரதான ஆசாரியனுடைய தலையிலே வைத்து,
12 Tell him that [I], the Commander of the armies of angels, say that the man who is called the Branch will come. He will leave the place where he is now, and he will [supervise those who] build my temple.
௧௨அவனுடன் சொல்லவேண்டியது: சேனைகளின் யெகோவா சொல்லுகிறது என்னவென்றால்: இதோ, ஒரு மனிதன், அவருடைய நாமம் கிளை என்னப்படும்; அவர் தம்முடைய ஸ்தானத்திலிருந்து முளைத்தெழும்பிக் யெகோவாவுடைய ஆலயத்தைக் கட்டுவார்.
13 He is the one who [will tell those who] will build my temple [what to do]. He will wear royal clothing and he will sit on his throne and rule. There will also be a priest [sitting] next to his throne, and the two of them will work together harmoniously.
௧௩அவரே யெகோவாவுடைய ஆலயத்தைக் கட்டுவார்; அவர் மகிமைபொருந்தினவராய், தம்முடைய சிங்காசனத்தின்மேல் வீற்றிருந்து ஆளுகை செய்வார்; தம்முடைய சிங்காசனத்தின்மேல் ஆசாரியராகவும் இருப்பார்; இவ்விரண்டின் நடுவாகச் சமாதானத்தின் ஆலோசனை விளங்கும்.
14 The crown must be [kept] in my temple to remind people of what Heldai, Tobijah, Jedaiah, and Josiah [did for them].
௧௪இந்தக் கிரீடங்களோவென்றால், யெகோவாவுடைய ஆலயத்திலே, ஏலேமுக்கும், தொபியாவுக்கும், யெதாயாவுக்கும், செப்பனியாவின் மகனாகிய ஏனுக்கும் நினைப்பூட்டுதலுக்கென்று வைக்கப்படுவதாக.
15 People who are [living] far away will come and [help to] build my temple. When that happens, the people will know that [I], the Commander of the armies of angels, have sent you to them. [That will happen] if they faithfully obey me, Yahweh, your/their God.”
௧௫தூரத்திலுள்ளவர்கள் வந்து யெகோவாவுடைய ஆலயத்தைக் கூட இருந்து கட்டுவார்கள்; அப்பொழுது சேனைகளின் யெகோவா என்னை உங்களிடத்திற்கு அனுப்பினாரென்று அறிந்துகொள்வீர்கள்; நீங்கள் உங்கள் தேவனாகிய யெகோவாவின் சத்தத்தைக் கேட்டு நடந்தீர்களென்றால் இது நிறைவேறும் என்று சொல் என்றார்.
