Psalms 50
1 God, the all-powerful one, speaks; he summons all people, from the east to the west.
१आसाप का भजन सर्वशक्तिमान परमेश्वर यहोवा ने कहा है, और उदयाचल से लेकर अस्ताचल तक पृथ्वी के लोगों को बुलाया है।
2 His glory shines from Zion [Hill in Jerusalem], an extremely beautiful city.
२सिय्योन से, जो परम सुन्दर है, परमेश्वर ने अपना तेज दिखाया है।
3 Our God comes to us, and he is not silent. A great fire is in front of him, and a storm is around him.
३हमारा परमेश्वर आएगा और चुपचाप न रहेगा, आग उसके आगे-आगे भस्म करती जाएगी; और उसके चारों ओर बड़ी आँधी चलेगी।
4 He comes to judge his people. He shouts to the [angels in] heaven and to [the people on] the earth.
४वह अपनी प्रजा का न्याय करने के लिये ऊपर के आकाश को और पृथ्वी को भी पुकारेगा:
5 He says, “Summon those who faithfully [worship] me, those who made an agreement with me by offering sacrifices to me.”
५“मेरे भक्तों को मेरे पास इकट्ठा करो, जिन्होंने बलिदान चढ़ाकर मुझसे वाचा बाँधी है!”
6 The [angels in] heaven declare, “God is righteous, and he is the supreme judge.”
६और स्वर्ग उसके धर्मी होने का प्रचार करेगा क्योंकि परमेश्वर तो आप ही न्यायी है। (सेला)
7 God says, “My people, listen! You Israeli people, listen, as I, your God, say what you have done that is wrong.
७“हे मेरी प्रजा, सुन, मैं बोलता हूँ, और हे इस्राएल, मैं तेरे विषय साक्षी देता हूँ। परमेश्वर तेरा परमेश्वर मैं ही हूँ।
8 I am not rebuking you for making sacrifices to me, for the offerings that you completely burn [on the altar].
८मैं तुझ पर तेरे बलियों के विषय दोष नहीं लगाता, तेरे होमबलि तो नित्य मेरे लिये चढ़ते हैं।
9 But I do not really need [you to sacrifice] the bulls from your barns and the goats from your pens,
९मैं न तो तेरे घर से बैल न तेरे पशुशाला से बकरे लूँगा।
10 because all the animals in the forest belong to me, [and all] the cattle on 1,000 hills also belong to me.
१०क्योंकि वन के सारे जीव-जन्तु और हजारों पहाड़ों के जानवर मेरे ही हैं।
11 I [own and] know all the birds and all [the creatures] that move around in the fields.
११पहाड़ों के सब पक्षियों को मैं जानता हूँ, और मैदान पर चलने-फिरनेवाले जानवर मेरे ही हैं।
12 [So], if I were hungry, I would not tell you [to bring me some food], because everything in the world belongs to me!
१२“यदि मैं भूखा होता तो तुझ से न कहता; क्योंकि जगत और जो कुछ उसमें है वह मेरा है।
13 I do not eat the flesh of the bulls [that you sacrifice], and I do not drink the blood of the goats [that you offer to me].
१३क्या मैं बैल का माँस खाऊँ, या बकरों का लहू पीऊँ?
14 The sacrifice [that I really want is that] you thank me and do all that you have promised to do.
१४परमेश्वर को धन्यवाद ही का बलिदान चढ़ा, और परमप्रधान के लिये अपनी मन्नतें पूरी कर;
15 And pray to me when you have troubles. [If you do that], I will rescue you, and [then] you will praise me.
१५और संकट के दिन मुझे पुकार; मैं तुझे छुड़ाऊँगा, और तू मेरी महिमा करने पाएगा।”
16 But I say this to the wicked people: (Why do you/It does not benefit you at all to) [RHQ] recite my commandments or talk about the agreement that I made with you,
१६परन्तु दुष्ट से परमेश्वर कहता है: “तुझे मेरी विधियों का वर्णन करने से क्या काम? तू मेरी वाचा की चर्चा क्यों करता है?
17 because you have refused to allow me to discipline you, and you have rejected what I told you to do.
१७तू तो शिक्षा से बैर करता, और मेरे वचनों को तुच्छ जानता है।
18 Every time that you see a thief, you become his friend, and you spend [much] time with those who commit adultery.
१८जब तूने चोर को देखा, तब उसकी संगति से प्रसन्न हुआ; और परस्त्रीगामियों के साथ भागी हुआ।
19 You are [always] talking [MTY] about doing wicked things, and you are [always] to deceive people.
१९“तूने अपना मुँह बुराई करने के लिये खोला, और तेरी जीभ छल की बातें गढ़ती है।
20 You are always accusing members of your own family [of doing wrong], and slandering them.
२०तू बैठा हुआ अपने भाई के विरुद्ध बोलता; और अपने सगे भाई की चुगली खाता है।
21 You did [all] those things, and I did not say anything to you, [so] you thought that I was [a sinner] just like you. But now I rebuke you and accuse you, right in front of you.
२१यह काम तूने किया, और मैं चुप रहा; इसलिए तूने समझ लिया कि परमेश्वर बिल्कुल मेरे समान है। परन्तु मैं तुझे समझाऊँगा, और तेरी आँखों के सामने सब कुछ अलग-अलग दिखाऊँगा।”
22 So, all you who have ignored me, pay attention to this, because if you do not, I will tear you to pieces, and there will be no one to rescue you.
२२“हे परमेश्वर को भूलनेवालो यह बात भली भाँति समझ लो, कहीं ऐसा न हो कि मैं तुम्हें फाड़ डालूँ, और कोई छुड़ानेवाला न हो।
23 The sacrifice that [truly] honors me is to thank me [for what I have done]; and I will save those who always do the things that I want them to.”
२३धन्यवाद के बलिदान का चढ़ानेवाला मेरी महिमा करता है; और जो अपना चरित्र उत्तम रखता है उसको मैं परमेश्वर का उद्धार दिखाऊँगा!”
