Psalms 30
1 Yahweh, I praise you because you rescued me. You did not allow [me to die], [with the result that] my enemies could gloat/rejoice.
| مزمور داوود. سرودی برای تبّرک معبد. خداوندا، تو را ستایش می‌کنم، زیرا مرا نجات دادی و نگذاشتی دشمنانم به من بخندند. |
2 Yahweh, my God, I called out for you to help [me when I was ill], and you healed me.
| ای خداوند، ای خدای من، وقتی نزد تو فریاد برآوردم و کمک طلبیدم، مرا شفا دادی. |
3 You saved/restored me when I was dying [MTY]. I was nearly dead, but you caused me to get well again. (Sheol h7585)
| مرا از لب گور برگرداندی و از چنگال مرگ نجاتم دادی تا نمیرم. (Sheol h7585) |
4 All you who belong to Yahweh, sing praise to him! Think about what [God], the holy one, has done, and thank him!
| ای سرسپردگان خداوند، او را ستایش کنید! نام مقدّس خداوند را بستایید، |
5 When he becomes angry, he is angry for only a very short time [HYP], but he is good [to us] all of our life. We may cry during the night, but the next morning we will be joyful.
| زیرا غضب او لحظه‌ای است، اما رحمت و محبت او دائمی! اگر تمام شب نیز اشک بریزیم، صبحگاهان باز شادی آغاز می‌شود. |
6 As for me, when I had no troubles, I said [to myself], “No one will defeat me!”
| هنگامی که خوشحال و کامیاب بودم، به خود گفتم هرگز شکست نخواهم خورد. |
7 Yahweh, because you were good to me, at first you caused me to be safe [as though I was inside] [MET] a mountain. But then [I became ill, and I thought that] you had turned away from me, and I became afraid.
| فکر می‌کردم مانند کوه همیشه پا برجا و پایدار خواهم بود. اما همین که تو، ای خداوند، روی خود را از من برگرداندی، ترسان و پریشان شدم. |
8 [Then] I called out to you, and I pleaded for you [to help me].
| ای خداوند، در پیشگاه تو نالیدم و التماس‌کنان گفتم: |
9 [I said], “Yahweh, (what will you gain if I die?/ you won’t gain anything if I die) [MTY]. (In what way will it benefit you?/it won’t benefit you at all) if I go to the place where the dead people are [RHQ]. Dead people are certainly not able to praise you [RHQ], and they are not able to tell others that you are trustworthy [RHQ]!
| «نابودی من برای تو چه فایده‌ای دارد؟ اگر بمیرم و زیر خاک بروم، آیا غبار خاک من، تو را خواهد ستود؟ آیا جسد خاک شدهٔ من از وفاداری و صداقت تو سخن خواهد گفت؟ |
10 Yahweh, listen to me, and be merciful to me! Yahweh, help me!”
| خداوندا، دعایم را بشنو و بر من رحم کن! ای خداوند، مددکار من باش!» |
11 But [now you have healed me], and you have caused me to change from being sad to dancing [joyfully]. You have taken away the clothes that showed that I was very sad and you have given me clothes that showed that I was [very] joyful.
| خدایا، تو ماتم مرا به پایکوبی تبدیل کردی! تو رخت عزا را از تنم درآوردی و لباس جشن و شادی به من پوشاندی. |
12 So I will not be silent; I will sing out [loudly] to praise you. Yahweh, you are my God, and I will thank you forever.
| بنابراین سکوت نخواهم کرد و با تمام وجود در وصف تو سرود خواهم خواند. ای یهوه خدای من، تا به ابد تو را سپاس خواهم گفت! |
