Leviticus 3

1 [“Also tell the people], ‘When the offering that you bring to Yahweh is to maintain good fellowship [with him], you may bring a bull or a cow from your herd [of cattle], but what you present to Yahweh must be an animal that has no defects.

Кад ко приноси жртву захвалну, ако од говеда приноси, мушко или женско нека принесе здраво пред Господом.

2 You must bring the animal to the entrance to the Sacred Tent. You must lay your hands on its head. Then you must slaughter it [and drain some of its blood in a bowl]. Then one of Aaron’s sons, one of the priests, will sprinkle the blood against all sides of the altar.

И нека метне руку своју на главу жртви својој, и нека је свештеник закоље на вратима шатора од састанка, и крвљу њеном нека синови Аронови, свештеници покропе олтар одозго унаоколо.

3 From that offering, you must offer to Yahweh, as a sacrifice that will be burned in the fire, all the fat that covers the inner parts of the animal, or which is attached to them—

Потом нека свештеник принесе од жртве захвалне оно што се пали Господу, сало што покрива црева и све сало што је на њима;

4 the kidneys and the fat that is attached to them near the lower back muscle, and the fat that covers the liver.

И оба бубрега и сало што је на њима и на слабинама, и мрежицу што је на јетри, нека је извади с бубрезима.

5 Then one of the priests will burn those things on the altar, along with the other parts of the animal that will be completely burned to be an offering [to Yahweh]. And the aroma while it burns will be pleasing to Yahweh.

И нека то запале синови Аронови на олтару заједно са жртвом паљеницом, која буде на дрвима на огњу. То је жртва огњена на угодни мирис Господу.

6 If that offering to maintain good fellowship with Yahweh is a sheep or a goat, it must also be an animal that has no defects.

Ако ли од ситне стоке приноси на жртву захвалну Господу, мушко или женско нека принесе здраво.

7 If you offer a lamb, you must present it to Yahweh [at the entrance to the Sacred Tent]. You must lay your hands on the lamb’s head and then slaughter it. [‘You must drain some of its blood in a bowl].

Ако приноси јагње на жртву, нека га принесе пред Господом;

8 Then one of the priests will sprinkle that blood against all sides of the altar.

И нека метне руку своју на главу жртви својој, и нека је закоље пред шатором од састанка; и нека покропе синови Аронови крвљу њеном олтар одозго унаоколо.

9 You must dedicate these things to be a sacrifice to Yahweh that is burned: Its fat, the fat tail that you must cut off close to the backbone, and all the fat that covers the inner parts of the lamb or which is attached to them—

Потом нека свештеник принесе од жртве захвалне оно што се пали Господу, сало, цео реп до леђа, сало што покрива црева и све сало што је на цревима;

10 the kidneys with the fat that is on them near the lower back muscle, and the fat that covers the liver.

И оба бубрега и сало што је на њима и на слабинама, и мрежицу на јетри, с бубрезима нека је извади;

11 One of the priests will burn those things on the altar to be an offering to Yahweh; [it will be as though] they will be a special food [given to Yahweh].

И нека запали свештеник на олтару; то је јело од жртве огњене Господу.

12 ‘If your offering is a goat, you must take/present it to Yahweh.

Ако ли приноси козу, нека је принесе пред Господом.

13 You must lay your hands on its head. Then you must slaughter it in front of the Sacred Tent. Then one of Aaron’s sons will sprinkle the blood against all sides of the altar.

И нека јој метне руку своју на главу, и нека је закоље пред шатором од састанка, и нека синови Аронови покропе крвљу њеном олтар одозго унаоколо.

14 From that offering you must dedicate these things to be a sacrifice to Yahweh that is burned: All the fat that covers the inner parts of the animal or which is attached to them,

Потом нека свештеник принесе од ње на жртву што се пали Господу, сало што покрива црева и све сало што је на цревима,

15 the kidneys with the fat that is on them near the lower back muscle, and the fat that covers the liver.

И оба бубрега, и сало што је на њима и на слабинама, и мрежицу на јетри, с бубрезима нека је извади;

16 The priest will burn those things on the altar to be an offering to Yahweh; [it will be as though] they will be a special food [given to Yahweh]. And the aroma while it burns will be pleasing to Yahweh. All the fat [of the animals that are sacrificed] belongs to Yahweh.

И нека запали свештеник на олтару; то је јело од жртве огњене за угодни мирис. Све је сало Господње.

17 ‘This is a command that must be obeyed by you and your descendants forever, wherever you live: You must not eat the fat or the blood [of any animal].’”

Вечан закон нека вам буде од колена до колена у свим становима вашим: да не једете сало ни крв.
