Ezekiel 25

1 [Some time later, ] Yahweh gave me another message. [He said, ]

Ug ang pulong ni Jehova midangat kanako nga nagaingon:

2 “You human, turn toward where the Ammon people- [lives], and prophesy [what will happen to] them.

Anak sa tawo, ipaatubang ang imong nawong paingon sa mga anak sa Ammon, ug panagna batok kanila:

3 Say about them, ‘This is what Yahweh the Lord says: “You shouted joyfully when my [in Jerusalem] was destroyed, and when the country/land of Israel was ruined, and when the people of Judah were (exiled/forced to go) [to Babylonia].

Ug umingon ka sa mga anak sa Ammon: Pamati sa pulong sa Ginoong Jehova: Mao kini ang giingon sa Ginoong Jehova: Tungod kay nagaingon ka: Aha, batok sa akong balalan nga puloy-anan, sa diha nga gipasipalahan kana; ug batok sa yuta sa Israel, sa diha nga gihimong biniyaan kana, ug batok sa balay sa Juda, sa diha nga sila nangadto sa pagkabinihag:

4 Therefore, I am going to allow you to be conquered by people [who will come] from the east. They will set up their tents in your country and live there. And they will eat the fruit from [fruit trees] and drink the [from your cattle].

Tungod niini, ania karon, itugyan ko ikaw sa mga anak sa sidlakan arono ikaw panag-iyahon, ug sila magapahamutang sa ilang mga campo diha kanimo, ug magabuhat sa ilang mga puloy-anan diha kanimo; sila magakaon sa imong bunga sa uma, ug sila magainum sa imong gatas.

5 I will [your capital city] Rabbah to become a pasture for camels, and the rest of Ammon to [only] a resting place for sheep. Then you will know that I, Yahweh, [have the power to do what I say that I will do].”

Ug akong buhaton ang Rabba nga cuadra alang sa mga camello, ug ang mga anak sa Ammon nga usa ka lubganan alang sa mga panon sa carnero: ug kamo makaila ng ako mao si Jehova.

6 This is what [I], Yahweh the Lord, say: “You clapped your [joyfully] and stomped your feet, and laughed because you despised [the people in] the land of Israel.

Kay mao kini ang giingon sa Ginoong Jehova: Tungod kay gidapo mo ang imong mga kamot, ug giyatak mo ang mga tiil, ug nagmaya uban ang bug-os nga pagtamay sa imong kalag batok sa yuta sa Israel;

7 Therefore, I will use my power [MTY] against you, and I will enable [other] nations [conquer you and] take away your valuable possessions. I will destroy you completely [DOU], with the result that you no longer will be a nation. When that happens, people will know that I, Yahweh, [have the power to do what I say that I will do].’”

Tungod niini, ania karon, gituy-od ko ang akong kamot diha kanimo, ug itugyan ko ikaw nga sinakit sa mga nasud; ug laglagon ko ikaw gikan sa mga katawohan, ug wagtangon ko ikaw gikan sa mga kayutaan: lumpagon ko ikaw, ug ikaw makaila nga ako mao si Jehova.

8 This is [also] what Yahweh the Lord says: “[The people of] [south of Ammon] and [the people of] [south of Moab despised Israel and] said, ‘The people [MTY] of Israel have [as unimportant] as all the other nations!’

Mao kini ang giingon sa Ginoong Jehova: Tungod kay ang Moab ug ang Seir nagaingon: Ania karon, ang balay sa Juda nahisama sa tanan nga mga nasud;

9 Therefore, I will destroy the cities that protect the borders of Moab, starting at Beth-Jeshimoth, Baal-Meon, and Kiriathaim, the finest cities in Moab.

Busa, ania karon, buksan ko ang kiliran sa Moab gikan sa mga ciudad, gikan sa iyang mga ciudad, nga anaa sa iyang mga utlanan, ang himaya sa yuta, ang Beth-jesimoth, ang Baalmeon, ug ang Chiriathaim,

10 I will enable people from the east to conquer Moab and also to conquer Ammon. As a result, [I will cause that] Ammon will no longer be remembered by other nations.

Ngadto sa mga anak sa sidlakan, sa pag-adto batok sa mga anak sa Ammon; ug ihatag ko sila aron mapanag-iya, aron ang mga anak sa Ammon dili na mahinumduman taliwala sa mga nasud:

11 I will also punish [the people of] Moab. When that happens, they will know that I, Yahweh, [have the power to do what I say that I will do].”

Ug ipakanaug ko ang mga paghukom batok sa Moab; ug sila makaila nga ako mao si Jehova;

12 This is [also] what Yahweh the Lord says: “[You people of] Edom are guilty of getting revenge on the people [MTY] of Judah.

Mao kini ang giingon sa Ginoong Jehova: Tungod kay ang Edom nagabuhat batok sa balay sa Juda pinaagi sa pagpanimalus, ug makasala sa daku gayud, ug nanimalus sa iyang kaugalingon diha kanila;

13 Therefore this is what [I], Yahweh the Lord, say: 'I will use my power against [the people of] Edom and will get rid of their men and their animals. I will ruin the land from Teman [region in central Edom] to Dedan [region in the south of Edom], and many of their men will be killed [their enemies] swords.'

Busa mao kini ang giingon sa Ginoong Jehova: Tuy-oron ko ang akong kamot ngadto sa Edom, ug putlon ko ang tawo ug mananap gikan niini: ug himoon ko kana nga biniyaan gikan sa Teman; ug bisan pa hangtud sa Dedan sila mangapukan pinaagi sia espada.

14 The Israeli people will use their power [MTY] to get revenge on [the people of] Edom. They will show [the people of] Edom that I have been angry with them, and I will punish [MTY] them. The people of Edom will experience my getting revenge on them. Then they will know that I, Yahweh the Lord, [have the power to do what I say that I will do].”

Ug akong ipahamtang ang akong panimalus bato sa Edom pinaagi sa kamot sa akong katawohan nga Israel; ug ilang buhaton sa Edom sumala sa akong kasuko ug sumala sa akong kaligutgut; ug sila makaila sa akong panimalus, nagaingon ang Ginoong Jehova.

15 This is [also] what Yahweh the Lord says: “The Philistia people-group wanted very much to get revenge [on the people of Judah]. They very maliciously wanted to destroy [Judah].

Mao kini ang giingon sa Ginoong Jehova: Tungod kay ang mga Filistehanon nanimalus, ug nanimalus uban ang usa ka pagtamay sa kalag, sa paglumpag uban ang walay-katapusang pagkakaaway;

16 Therefore this is what I, Yahweh the Lord, say: I am about to use my power [MTY] against the Philistia people. I will get rid of the Kereth people-group and all [those who live along] the coast of the [Mediterranean] Sea.

Busa, mao kini ang giingon sa Ginoong Jehova: Ania karon, akong tuy-oron ang akong kamot sa ibabaw sa mga Filistehanon, ug putlon ko ang mga Cerethanon, ug laglagon ko ang salin diha sa kabaybayonan.

17 By the way I punish them, I will get great revenge on them and show that I am angry with them. And when I get revenge on them, they will know that I, Yahweh the Lord, [have the power to do what I say that I will do].'”

Ug buhaton ko ang usa ka dakung panimalus batok kanila uban ang mga pagbadlong nga puno sa kaligutgut; ug sila makaila nga ako mao si Jehova, sa diha nga ipahamtang ko ang akong panimalus batok kanila.
