< Colossians 2 >

1 For I want you to know how great a struggle I have for you, for those in Laodicea, and for all who have not seen me face to face.
Banghangziam cile note le Laodicea a om te ahizong, maitang kisi in hong mu ngei ngawl lai te atu in deisakna lianpi ka nei na thu na heak tu uh ka dei hi;
2 I want their hearts to be comforted and knit together in love, so that they may have all the riches of being fully assured in their understanding, and so that they may know the mystery of our God and Father and of Christ,
Tabang in amate thinsung sia henepna nga tu a, itna khau taw ki hen khawm in, Pa Pathian le Christ thuthuk heak thei na tungtawn in a dim thinmuan na le hauna theampo nei tu uh hi;
3 in whom all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge are hidden.
Christ sung ah ciimna le heakna i neisa te theampo sia ki phualseal hi.
4 I say this so that no one will deceive you with persuasive speech.
Kuama in theamna kammal te taw hong kaizot thei ngawl natu in hi thu kong son hi.
5 For though I am absent in body, I am with you in spirit, rejoicing to see your good order and the firmness of your faith in Christ.
Banghangziam cile ka pumpi taw note kung ah ka om ngawl hang, thaa taw note kung ah hong om khi hi, Christ sung ah na upna uh a kip zia le na nuntak zia uh a hoi te en in ka lungdam hi.
6 Therefore, just as you received Christ Jesus the Lord, continue to walk in him,
Tua ahikom note Topa Christ Jesus sang zo na hi uh bangma in, Ama sung ah nungta vun:
7 being rooted and built up in him and established in the faith, just as you were taught, abounding in it with thanksgiving.
Ama sung ah zungtha in, na nuntakna uh inn bang in sa tavun, upna sung ah kho vun, hong ki hil sa bang in, tua thu sung ah lungdam ko na taw na kidim tavun.
8 Be careful that no one takes you captive through philosophy and empty deceit, according to the tradition of men and the elements of the world, and not according to Christ.
Khatpo in leitung ciimna le a mannung ngawl theamna te taw hong siatsua thei ngawl natu in kidawm vun, tua thu in mihing te i pulepa ngeina le leitung piancil pan ngeina hi a, Christ i ngeina bang hi ngawl hi.
9 For all the fullness of God's nature dwells bodily in Christ,
Banghang ziam cile Christ sung ah Pathian hina kicing sia pumpi taw in om hi.
10 and you have been filled by him, who is the head over every ruler and authority.
Taciang note Christ sung ah na kicing uh a, Ama sia thuneina le vangletna theampo i lutang a hihi.
11 In him you were also circumcised with a circumcision not done by hands, by putting off the body of the sins of the flesh in the circumcision of Christ.
Note sia Christ sung ah khut taw hi ngawl vunteap tan te na hi uh a, Christ vunteap tan na tungtawn in pumpi sung ah cilesa khialna te na nusia siat zo uh hi:
12 Having been buried with him in baptism, you have also been raised with him through faith in the powerful working of God, who raised him from the dead.
Tuiphumna sung ah Ama taw a ki vui te na hi uh hi, taciang note mithi te kung pan Ama a thokiksak Pathian nasep na upna uh tungtawn in Ama taw na thokik zo uh hi.
13 And although you were dead in your trespasses and the uncircumcision of your flesh, God made you alive together with Christ. He forgave us all our trespasses
Taciang na mawna te uh le na cilesa vunteap tan ngawl na sung ah na thi uh laitak in, Ama taw hong nungtasak a, note i khialna theampo hong maisak hi;
14 by blotting out the certificate of debt that stood against us with its legal demands; he took it away by nailing it to the cross.
Eite langpang in khut taw a ki at biakna zeksa te sia eite taw ki lebul hi, taciang tua thu hong phiatsak a eite sung pan hong laksak in, Ama thinglamte tung ah kilcip hi.
15 He stripped the rulers and authorities of their power and made a public display of them, leading a triumphal procession over them by the cross.
Taciang thuneina te le vangletna te bosak hi, taciang a kilangtak in hong lak a, tua te i tung ah thinglamte tungtawn in zo thal hi.
16 Therefore let no one judge you in regard to food or drink, or in the matter of a feast, a New Moon celebration, or a Sabbath day.
Tua ahikom neak le dawn huvau ahizong, ni le tha le sabbath ni thu huvau ahizong, kuama in note thu hong khen heak tahen:
17 These are a shadow of the things to come, but the substance is Christ.
Tua bang te sia hong theng pheang tu thu te i lim a hihi; ahihang a pumpi sia Christ a hihi.
18 Let no one who delights in false humility and angelic religion disqualify you. Such a person takes his stand on things he has not seen, being puffed up without reason by the mind of his flesh,
A ki niamkhiak theam te le vantungmi te a bia te, a mu ngawl uh nate sung ah tum uh a, a mannung ngawl cilesa thinsung taw a ki phasak peuma in na thaman uh hong theam heak tahen,
19 while not holding fast to the head, from whom the entire body, being supported and knit together by its joints and tendons, grows with a growth that is from God.
Ama in lutang muang ngawl hi, tua lutang pan in ngu le tang te le thangui te tungtawn in pumpi buppi vaak hi, taciang khau bang in ki pheak khawm siat a, Pathian in khangtosak hi.
20 If you have died with Christ to the elements of the world, why, as though you were living in the world, do you submit to regulations such as,
Tua ahikom note leitung i bulpi thu te pan kipan in Christ taw na thi zo uh ahile, leitung ah a nungta bang in biakna ngeina thu te,
21 “Do not handle, do not taste, do not touch”?
(Tham heak vun; tep heak vun; len heak vun;
22 Such regulations are based on the commandments and doctrines of men, and apply to things that will all decay with use.
Ta te theampo sia mangthang siat tu hi; ) mihing te i thupiak te le updan te banghang in ni nu ziam?
23 Although these regulations have a semblance of wisdom in self-imposed piety, false humility, and severe treatment of the body, they are of no value in restraining fleshly indulgence.
Tabang ngeina te sia cilesa lungkimna hi ngawl a, amate deina bang in biakna le ki niamkhiatna, taciang ama pumpi thusimngawl na taw pilna a ki langsak hi bek hi.
