1 LORD to reign majesty to clothe to clothe LORD strength to gird also to establish: establish world not to shake
YHWH reigneth, he is clothed with majesty; YHWH is clothed with strength, wherewith he hath girded himself: the world also is stablished, that it cannot be moved.
2 to establish: establish throne your from the past from forever: enduring you(m. s.)
Thy throne is established of old: thou art from everlasting.

The floods have lifted up, O YHWH, the floods have lifted up their voice; the floods lift up their waves.
4 from voice: sound water many great wave sea great in/on/with height LORD
YHWH on high is mightier than the noise of many waters, yea, than the mighty waves of the sea.
5 testimony your be faithful much to/for house: home your be lovely holiness LORD to/for length day: always
Thy testimonies are very sure: holiness becometh thine house, O YHWH, for ever.
