Psalms 144

1 to/for David to bless LORD rock my [the] to learn: teach hand my to/for battle finger my to/for battle

١ مُبَارَكٌ الرَّبُّ صَخْرَتِي، الَّذِي يُدَرِّبُ يَدَيَّ عَلَى الْقِتَالِ وَأَصَابِعِي عَلَى الْحَرْبِ.

2 kindness my and fortress my high refuge my and to escape me to/for me shield my and in/on/with him to seek refuge [the] to subdue people my underneath: under me

٢ هُوَ رَحْمَتِي وَمَعْقِلِي، حِصْنِي وَمُنْقِذِي، تُرْسِي وَمُتَّكَلِي، وَالْمُخْضِعُ شَعْبِي لِي.

3 LORD what? man and to know him son: child human and to devise: think him

٣ يَارَبُّ، مَنْ هُوَ الإِنْسَانُ حَتَّى تَعْبَأَ بِهِ وَابْنُ الإِنْسَانِ حَتَّى تَكْتَرِثَ لَهُ؟

4 man to/for vanity to resemble day his like/as shadow to pass

٤ إِنَّمَا الإِنْسَانُ أَشْبَهُ بِنَفْخَةٍ. أَيَّامُهُ كَظِلٍّ عَابِرٍ.

5 LORD to stretch heaven your and to go down to touch in/on/with mountain: mount and be angry

٥ يَارَبُّ طَأْطِئْ سَمَاوَاتِكَ وَانْزِلْ. الْمِسِ الْجِبَالَ فَتُدَخِّنَ.

6 to flash lightning and to scatter them to send: depart arrow your and to confuse them

٦ أَرْسِلْ بُرُوقَكَ وَبَدِّدْهُمْ، أَطْلِقْ سِهَامَكَ النَّارِيَّةَ وَأَزْعِجْهُمْ.

7 to send: reach hand your from height to open me and to rescue me from water many from hand son: type of foreign

٧ مُدَّ يَدَيْكَ مِنَ الْعَلاَءِ. أَنْجِدْنِي وَأَنْقِذْنِي مِنْ لُجَجِ الْمِيَاهِ، مِنْ أَيْدِي الْغُرَبَاءِ،

8 which lip their to speak: speak vanity: false and right their right deception

٨ الَّذِينَ نَطَقَتْ أَفْوَاهُهُمْ بِالكَذِبِ، وَيَمِينُهُمْ يَمِينُ زُورٍ.

9 God song new to sing to/for you in/on/with harp ten to sing to/for you

٩ يَااللهُ، أُرَنِّمُ لَكَ تَرْنِيمَةً جَدِيدَةً. أَشْدُو لَكَ عَلَى رَبَابٍ ذَاتِ عَشَرَةِ أَوْتَارٍ.

١٠ يَامَنْ تُعْطِي الْمُلُوكَ خَلاَصاً، وَتُنْقِذُ دَاوُدَ عَبْدَكَ مِنَ السَّيْفِ الْقَاتِلِ.

١١ أَنْجِدْنِي وَأَنْقِذْنِي مِنْ أَيْدِي الْغُرَبَاءِ، الَّذِينَ تَنْطِقُ أَفْوَاهُهُمْ بِالْكَذِبِ، وَيَمِينُهُمْ يَمِينُ زُورٍ.

12 which son: descendant/people our like/as plant to magnify in/on/with youth their daughter our like/as corner to chop pattern temple: palace

١٢ حَتَّى يَكُونَ أَبْنَاؤُنَا كَأَغْرَاسٍ نَامِيَةٍ فِي حَدَاثَتِهَا، وَبَنَاتُنَا مِثْلَ أَعْمِدَةِ زَوَايَا الْقُصُورِ الْمَنْحُوتَةِ.

13 granary our full to promote from kind to(wards) kind flock our to produce thousands to multiply in/on/with outside our

١٣ مَخَازِنُنَا مَلآنَةً تَفِيضُ بِشَتَّى الأَصْنَافِ، وَأَغْنَامُنَا تُنْتِجُ أُلُوفاً، وَعَشَرَاتِ الأُلُوفِ فِي مَرَاعِينَا،

14 tame our to bear nothing breach and nothing to come out: produce and nothing outcry in/on/with street/plaza our

١٤ وَأَبْقَارُنَا حَامِلَةً، وَلاَ يَكُونَ هُنَاكَ اقْتِحَامُ غَازٍ، وَلاَ هُجُومُ عَدُوٍّ، وَلاَ شَكْوَى خَصْمٍ فِي شَوَارِعِنَا.

١٥ طُوبَى لِشَعْبٍ هَكَذا حَالَتُهُ. طُوبَى لِشَعْبٍ إِلَهُهُ الرَّبُّ.
