Psalms 107
1 to give thanks to/for LORD for pleasant for to/for forever: enduring kindness his
| הֹדוּ לַיהוָה כִּי־טוֹב כִּי לְעוֹלָם חַסְדּֽוֹ׃ |
2 to say to redeem: redeem LORD which to redeem: redeem them from hand enemy
| יֹאמְרוּ גְּאוּלֵי יְהוָה אֲשֶׁר גְּאָלָם מִיַּד־צָֽר׃ |
3 and from land: country/planet to gather them from east and from west from north and from sea
| וּֽמֵאֲרָצוֹת קִבְּצָם מִמִּזְרָח וּמִֽמַּעֲרָב מִצָּפוֹן וּמִיָּֽם׃ |
4 to go astray in/on/with wilderness in/on/with wilderness way: journey city seat not to find
| תָּעוּ בַמִּדְבָּר בִּישִׁימוֹן דָּרֶךְ עִיר מוֹשָׁב לֹא מָצָֽאוּ׃ |
5 hungry also thirsty soul their in/on/with them to enfeeble
| רְעֵבִים גַּם־צְמֵאִים נַפְשָׁם בָּהֶם תִּתְעַטָּֽף׃ |
6 and to cry to(wards) LORD in/on/with distress to/for them from distress their to rescue them
| וַיִּצְעֲקוּ אֶל־יְהוָה בַּצַּר לָהֶם מִמְּצֽוּקוֹתֵיהֶם יַצִּילֵֽם׃ |
7 and to tread them in/on/with way: road upright to/for to go: went to(wards) city seat
| וַיּֽ͏ַדְרִיכֵם בְּדֶרֶךְ יְשָׁרָה לָלֶכֶת אֶל־עִיר מוֹשָֽׁב׃ |
8 to give thanks to/for LORD kindness his and to wonder his to/for son: child man
| יוֹדוּ לַיהוָה חַסְדּוֹ וְנִפְלְאוֹתָיו לִבְנֵי אָדָֽם׃ |
9 for to satisfy soul to rush and soul hungry to fill good
| כִּי־הִשְׂבִּיעַ נֶפֶשׁ שֹׁקֵקָה וְנֶפֶשׁ רְעֵבָה מִלֵּא־טֽוֹב׃ |
10 to dwell darkness and shadow prisoner affliction and iron
| יֹשְׁבֵי חֹשֶׁךְ וְצַלְמָוֶת אֲסִירֵי עֳנִי וּבַרְזֶֽל׃ |
11 for to rebel word God and counsel Most High to spurn
| כִּֽי־הִמְרוּ אִמְרֵי־אֵל וַעֲצַת עֶלְיוֹן נָאָֽצוּ׃ |
12 and be humble in/on/with trouble heart their to stumble and nothing to help
| וַיַּכְנַע בֶּעָמָל לִבָּם כָּשְׁלוּ וְאֵין עֹזֵֽר׃ |
13 and to cry out to(wards) LORD in/on/with distress to/for them from distress their to save them
| וַיִּזְעֲקוּ אֶל־יְהוָה בַּצַּר לָהֶם מִמְּצֻֽקוֹתֵיהֶם יוֹשִׁיעֵֽם׃ |
14 to come out: send them from darkness and shadow and bond their to tear
| יֽוֹצִיאֵם מֵחֹשֶׁךְ וְצַלְמָוֶת וּמוֹסְרוֹתֵיהֶם יְנַתֵּֽק׃ |
15 to give thanks to/for LORD kindness his and to wonder his to/for son: child man
| יוֹדוּ לַיהוָה חַסְדּוֹ וְנִפְלְאוֹתָיו לִבְנֵי אָדָֽם׃ |
16 for to break door bronze and bar iron to cut down/off
| כִּֽי־שִׁבַּר דַּלְתוֹת נְחֹשֶׁת וּבְרִיחֵי בַרְזֶל גִּדֵּֽעַ׃ |
17 fool(ish) from way: journey transgression their and from iniquity: crime their to afflict
| אֱוִלִים מִדֶּרֶךְ פִּשְׁעָם וּֽמֵעֲוֺֽנֹתֵיהֶם יִתְעַנּֽוּ׃ |
18 all food to abhor soul: myself their and to touch till gate death
| כָּל־אֹכֶל תְּתַעֵב נַפְשָׁם וַיַּגִּיעוּ עַד־שַׁעֲרֵי מָֽוֶת׃ |
19 and to cry out to(wards) LORD in/on/with distress to/for them from distress their to save them
| וַיִּזְעֲקוּ אֶל־יְהוָה בַּצַּר לָהֶם מִמְּצֻֽקוֹתֵיהֶם יוֹשִׁיעֵֽם׃ |
20 to send: depart word his and to heal them and to escape from pit their
| יִשְׁלַח דְּבָרוֹ וְיִרְפָּאֵם וִֽימַלֵּט מִשְּׁחִיתוֹתָֽם׃ |
21 to give thanks to/for LORD kindness his and to wonder his to/for son: child man
| יוֹדוּ לַיהוָה חַסְדּוֹ וְנִפְלְאוֹתָיו לִבְנֵי אָדָֽם׃ |
22 and to sacrifice sacrifice thanksgiving and to recount deed: work his in/on/with cry
| וְיִזְבְּחוּ זִבְחֵי תוֹדָה וִֽיסַפְּרוּ מַעֲשָׂיו בְּרִנָּֽה׃ |
23 to go down [the] sea in/on/with fleet to make: do work in/on/with water many
| יוֹרְדֵי הַיָּם בָּאֳנִיּוֹת עֹשֵׂי מְלָאכָה בְּמַיִם רַבִּֽים׃ |
24 they(masc.) to see: see deed: work LORD and to wonder his in/on/with depth
| הֵמָּה רָאוּ מַעֲשֵׂי יְהוָה וְנִפְלְאוֹתָיו בִּמְצוּלָֽה׃ |
25 and to say and to stand: rise spirit: breath tempest and to exalt heap: wave his
| וַיֹּאמֶר וַֽיַּעֲמֵד רוּחַ סְעָרָה וַתְּרוֹמֵם גַּלָּֽיו׃ |
26 to ascend: copulate heaven to go down abyss soul: myself their in/on/with distress: harm to melt
| יַעֲלוּ שָׁמַיִם יֵרְדוּ תְהוֹמוֹת נַפְשָׁם בְּרָעָה תִתְמוֹגָֽג׃ |
27 to celebrate and to shake like/as drunken and all wisdom their to swallow up
| יָחוֹגּוּ וְיָנוּעוּ כַּשִּׁכּוֹר וְכָל־חָכְמָתָם תִּתְבַּלָּֽע׃ |
28 and to cry to(wards) LORD in/on/with distress to/for them and from distress their to come out: send them
| וַיִּצְעֲקוּ אֶל־יְהוָה בַּצַּר לָהֶם וּֽמִמְּצֽוּקֹתֵיהֶם יוֹצִיאֵֽם׃ |
29 to arise: establish tempest to/for silence and be silent heap: wave their
| יָקֵם סְעָרָה לִדְמָמָה וַיֶּחֱשׁוּ גַּלֵּיהֶֽם׃ |
30 and to rejoice for be quiet and to lead them to(wards) haven pleasure their
| וַיִּשְׂמְחוּ כִֽי־יִשְׁתֹּקוּ וַיַּנְחֵם אֶל־מְחוֹז חֶפְצָֽם׃ |
31 to give thanks to/for LORD kindness his and to wonder his to/for son: child man
| יוֹדוּ לַיהוָה חַסְדּוֹ וְנִפְלְאוֹתָיו לִבְנֵי אָדָֽם׃ |
32 and to exalt him in/on/with assembly people and in/on/with seat old: elder to boast: praise him
| וִֽירֹמְמוּהוּ בִּקְהַל־עָם וּבְמוֹשַׁב זְקֵנִים יְהַלְלֽוּהוּ׃ |
33 to set: make river to/for wilderness and exit water to/for parched
| יָשֵׂם נְהָרוֹת לְמִדְבָּר וּמֹצָאֵי מַיִם לְצִמָּאֽוֹן׃ |
34 land: country/planet fruit to/for saltiness from distress: evil to dwell in/on/with her
| אֶרֶץ פְּרִי לִמְלֵחָה מֵרָעַת יֹשְׁבֵי בָֽהּ׃ |
35 to set: put wilderness to/for pool water and land: country/planet dryness to/for exit water
| יָשֵׂם מִדְבָּר לַֽאֲגַם־מַיִם וְאֶרֶץ צִיָּה לְמֹצָאֵי מָֽיִם׃ |
36 and to dwell there hungry and to establish: make city seat
| וַיּוֹשֶׁב שָׁם רְעֵבִים וַיְכוֹנְנוּ עִיר מוֹשָֽׁב׃ |
37 and to sow land: country and to plant vineyard and to make: do fruit produce
| וַיִּזְרְעוּ שָׂדוֹת וַיִּטְּעוּ כְרָמִים וַיַּעֲשׂוּ פְּרִי תְבֽוּאָה׃ |
38 and to bless them and to multiply much and animal their not to diminish
| וַיְבָרֲכֵם וַיִּרְבּוּ מְאֹד וּבְהֶמְתָּם לֹא יַמְעִֽיט׃ |
39 and to diminish and to bow from coercion distress: evil and sorrow
| וַיִּמְעֲטוּ וַיָּשֹׁחוּ מֵעֹצֶר רָעָה וְיָגֽוֹן׃ |
40 to pour: pour contempt upon noble and to go astray them in/on/with formlessness not way: road
| שֹׁפֵךְ בּוּז עַל־נְדִיבִים וַיַּתְעֵם בְּתֹהוּ לֹא־דָֽרֶךְ׃ |
41 and to exalt needy from affliction and to set: make like/as flock family
| וַיְשַׂגֵּב אֶבְיוֹן מֵעוֹנִי וַיָּשֶׂם כַּצֹּאן מִשְׁפָּחֽוֹת׃ |
42 to see: see upright and to rejoice and all injustice to gather lip her
| יִרְאוּ יְשָׁרִים וְיִשְׂמָחוּ וְכָל־עַוְלָה קָפְצָה פִּֽיהָ׃ |
43 who? wise and to keep: careful these and to understand kindness LORD
| מִי־חָכָם וְיִשְׁמָר־אֵלֶּה וְיִתְבּֽוֹנְנוּ חַֽסְדֵי יְהוָֽה׃ |
