ಅಥ ಪ್ರಭಾತೇ ಸತಿ ಪ್ರಧಾನಯಾಜಕಾಃ ಪ್ರಾಞ್ಚ ಉಪಾಧ್ಯಾಯಾಃ ಸರ್ವ್ವೇ ಮನ್ತ್ರಿಣಶ್ಚ ಸಭಾಂ ಕೃತ್ವಾ ಯೀಶುಂ ಬನ್ಧಯಿತ್ವ ಪೀಲಾತಾಖ್ಯಸ್ಯ ದೇಶಾಧಿಪತೇಃ ಸವಿಧಂ ನೀತ್ವಾ ಸಮರ್ಪಯಾಮಾಸುಃ|

ಪಶ್ಚಾತ್ ತೇ ತಂ ಧೂಮಲವರ್ಣವಸ್ತ್ರಂ ಪರಿಧಾಪ್ಯ ಕಣ್ಟಕಮುಕುಟಂ ರಚಯಿತ್ವಾ ಶಿರಸಿ ಸಮಾರೋಪ್ಯ

ಅಧುನಾತ್ಮಾನಮ್ ಅವಿತ್ವಾ ಕ್ರುಶಾದವರೋಹ|

ಪಶ್ಚಾತ್ ಸ ಸೂಕ್ಷ್ಮಂ ವಾಸಃ ಕ್ರೀತ್ವಾ ಯೀಶೋಃ ಕಾಯಮವರೋಹ್ಯ ತೇನ ವಾಸಸಾ ವೇಷ್ಟಾಯಿತ್ವಾ ಗಿರೌ ಖಾತಶ್ಮಶಾನೇ ಸ್ಥಾಪಿತವಾನ್ ಪಾಷಾಣಂ ಲೋಠಯಿತ್ವಾ ದ್ವಾರಿ ನಿದಧೇ|
