1 and to add: again Elihu and to say
Elihu continued speaking.
2 to surround to/for me little and to explain you for still to/for god speech
“Be patient with me just a little while longer and let me explain. I still have something to say on God's behalf.
3 to lift: bear knowledge my to/for from distant and to/for to work me to give: give righteousness
I will share my extensive knowledge, and I will prove my Creator is in the right.
4 for truly not deception speech my unblemished knowledge with you
I assure you that what I'm saying are not lies, for I am a man whose knowledge is of the highest order.
5 look! God mighty and not to reject mighty strength heart
God is mighty, but doesn't despise anyone; he is powerful in strength and understanding.
6 not to live wicked and justice afflicted to give: give
He does not keep the wicked alive, but gives justice to the oppressed.
7 not to dimish from righteous eye his and with king to/for throne and to dwell them to/for perpetuity and to exult
He always pays attention those who do right, and places them on thrones with kings, honoring them eternally.
8 and if to bind in/on/with fetter to capture [emph?] in/on/with cord affliction
If they are bound in chains, tied down by ropes of suffering,
9 and to tell to/for them work their and transgression their for to prevail
then he explains to them what they've done—their arrogant sins.
10 and to reveal: uncover ear their to/for discipline: instruction and to say for to return: return [emph?] from evil: wickedness
He makes them pay attention and orders them to stop sinning.
11 if to hear: hear and to serve: minister to end: finish day their in/on/with good and year their in/on/with pleasant
If they listen and do what God says they will live out their lives in happiness.
12 and if not to hear: hear in/on/with missile to pass and to die like/as without knowledge
But if they do not listen they will die a violent death, ignorant of God.
13 and profane heart to set: make face: anger not to cry for to bind them
Those who reject God hold on to their bitterness. Even when he disciplines them they do not cry out to him for help.
14 to die in/on/with youth soul their and living thing their in/on/with male cult prostitute
They die in their youth; their lives end among the male temple prostitutes.
15 to rescue afflicted in/on/with affliction his and to reveal: uncover in/on/with oppression ear their
Through suffering God saves those who suffer; he gets their attention through their troubles.
16 and also to incite you from lip: opening enemy breadth not constraint underneath: stand her and quietness table your to fill ashes
God is trying to rescue you from the jaws of trouble to a place of freedom and safety, filling your table full of the very best food.
17 and judgment wicked to fill judgment and justice to grasp
But you are preoccupied with the fate of the wicked; judgment and justice fill your mind.
18 for rage lest to incite you in/on/with mockery and many ransom not to stretch you
But be careful that your anger doesn't seduce you into mockery; and don't let the size of the ‘bribe’ lead you into sin.
19 to arrange cry your not in/on/with distress and all power strength
Will your cry for help sustain you when troubles come?
20 not to long for [the] night to/for to ascend: rise people underneath: stand them
Do not long for the night when people are suddenly taken away.
21 to keep: careful not to turn to(wards) evil: wickedness for upon this to choose from affliction
Watch out that you don't turn to evil! For it's because of this that you are being tested through suffering.
22 look! God to exalt in/on/with strength his who? like him rain/teacher
Look how much power God has! What teacher is like him?
23 who? to reckon: overseer upon him way: conduct his and who? to say to work injustice
Who has instructed him what to do? Who can say to him ‘You have done wrong’?
24 to remember for to grow great work his which to sing human
Instead you should praise him for what he has done, as people have done in song.
25 all man to see in/on/with him human to look from distant
Everyone has seen God's creation, though only from a distance.
26 look! God great and not to know number year his and not search
See how great God is—more than we can understand! No one can count his years.
27 for to dimish drop water to refine rain to/for mist his
He draws up the water and distils it into the dew and the rain.
28 which to flow cloud to drip upon man many
The clouds pour down rain, falling plentifully on humankind.
29 also if: surely yes to understand spreading cloud shout booth his
Can anyone understand how the clouds spread out, or how thunder roars from where he lives?
30 look! to spread upon him light his and root [the] sea to cover
See how he scatters lightning around him, and covers the depths of the sea in darkness.
31 for in/on/with them to judge people to give: give food to/for to increase
By these actions he rules the people, he provides abundant food.
32 upon palm to cover light and to command upon her in/on/with to fall on
He holds lightning in his hands and commands where it should strike.
33 to tell upon him shouting his livestock also upon to ascend: rise
Thunder declares his presence—even cattle know when a storm is coming.
