1 look! to/for righteousness to reign king and to/for ruler to/for justice to rule
ଦେଖ, ଏକ ରାଜା ଧର୍ମାନୁସାରେ ରାଜତ୍ୱ କରିବେ ଓ ଅଧିପତିମାନେ ନ୍ୟାୟାନୁସାରେ ଶାସନ କରିବେ।
2 and to be man: anyone like/as hiding-place spirit: breath and secrecy storm like/as stream water in/on/with dryness like/as shadow crag heavy in/on/with land: country/planet faint
ପୁଣି, ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକେ ବତାସରୁ ଆଶ୍ରୟ ସ୍ଥାନ ଓ ଝଡ଼ରୁ ଆଶ୍ରୟ, ଶୁଷ୍କ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ଜଳସ୍ରୋତ, ଶ୍ରାନ୍ତିଜନକ ଭୂମିରେ ବୃହତ ଶୈଳର ଛାୟା ସ୍ୱରୂପ ହେବେ।
3 and not to gaze eye to see: see and ear to hear: hear to listen
ପୁଣି, ଦର୍ଶକମାନଙ୍କ ଚକ୍ଷୁ ଧନ୍ଦଳା ହେବ ନାହିଁ ଓ ଶ୍ରୋତାମାନଙ୍କର କର୍ଣ୍ଣ ମନୋଯୋଗ କରିବ।
4 and heart to hasten to understand to/for to know and tongue stammerer to hasten to/for to speak: speak dazzling
ଆହୁରି, ଅବିବେଚକର ଚିତ୍ତ ଜ୍ଞାନ ପାଇବ ଓ ତୋତଲାମାନଙ୍କର ଜିହ୍ୱା ସହଜରେ ସ୍ପଷ୍ଟ କଥା କହିବ।
5 not to call: call by still to/for foolish noble and to/for rogue not to say rich
ମୂଢ଼ ଲୋକ ମହାତ୍ମା ବୋଲି ଓ ଖଳ ଲୋକ ଉଦାର ବୋଲି ଆଉ ବିଖ୍ୟାତ ହେବ ନାହିଁ।
6 for foolish folly to speak: speak and heart his to make: do evil: wickedness to/for to make: do profaneness and to/for to speak: speak to(wards) LORD error to/for to empty soul: appetite hungry and irrigation thirsty to lack
କାରଣ ପାଷାଣ୍ଡତା ବ୍ୟବହାର କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଓ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତିକୂଳରେ ଭ୍ରାନ୍ତିର କଥା କହିବା ପାଇଁ, କ୍ଷୁଧିତର ପ୍ରାଣ ଶୂନ୍ୟ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଓ ତୃଷିତର ଜଳ ବାରଣ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ମୂଢ଼ ଲୋକ ଦୁଷ୍ଟତାର କଥା କହିବ ଓ ତାହାର ହୃଦୟ ଅଧର୍ମ କଳ୍ପନା କରିବ।

ଆହୁରି, ଖଳ ଲୋକର ଉପାୟସବୁ ମନ୍ଦ; ସେ ନମ୍ର ଲୋକକୁ, ଅର୍ଥାତ୍, ଯଥାର୍ଥ କଥା କହିବା ବେଳେ ଦୀନହୀନକୁ ମିଥ୍ୟା କଥା ଦ୍ୱାରା ନାଶ କରିବା ପାଇଁ କୁସଂକଳ୍ପ କଳ୍ପନା କରେ।
8 and noble noble to advise and he/she/it upon noble to arise: establish
ମାତ୍ର ମହାତ୍ମା ମାହାତ୍ମ୍ୟର ମନ୍ତ୍ରଣା କରେ ଓ ସେ ମାହାତ୍ମ୍ୟର ଚେଷ୍ଟାରେ ସ୍ଥିର ରହିବ।
9 woman secure to arise: rise to hear: hear voice my daughter to trust to listen word my
ହେ ସୁଖିନୀ ନାରୀଗଣ, ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଉଠି ମୋହର ରବ ଶୁଣ, ହେ ନିଶ୍ଚିନ୍ତା କନ୍ୟାଗଣ, ମୋʼ ବାକ୍ୟରେ କର୍ଣ୍ଣପାତ କର।
10 day upon year to tremble to trust for to end: expend vintage gathering without to come (in): come
ହେ ନିଶ୍ଚିନ୍ତା ନାରୀଗଣ, ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଏକ ବର୍ଷର ଉପରେ କେତେକ ଦିନ ଉଦ୍ବିଗ୍ନା ହେବ; କାରଣ ଦ୍ରାକ୍ଷାଫଳର ଅଭାବ ହେବ, ଫଳ ଅମଳର ସମୟ ଆସିବ ନାହିଁ।
11 to tremble secure to tremble to trust to strip and to strip and to gird upon loin
ହେ ସୁଖିନୀ ନାରୀଗଣ, ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ କମ୍ପିତା ହୁଅ; ହେ ନିଶ୍ଚିନ୍ତାମାନେ, ଉଦ୍ବିଗ୍ନା ହୁଅ; ବସ୍ତ୍ର କାଢ଼ି ବିବସ୍ତ୍ରା ହୁଅ ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ କଟିଦେଶରେ ଚଟ ବାନ୍ଧ।
12 upon breast to mourn upon land: country delight upon vine be fruitful
ସେମାନେ ମନୋରମ କ୍ଷେତ୍ର ଓ ଫଳବତୀ ଦ୍ରାକ୍ଷାଲତା ନିମନ୍ତେ ଛାତିରେ ମାରି ହେବେ।
13 upon land: soil people my thorn thorn to ascend: rise for upon all house: household rejoicing town jubilant
ମୋʼ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ଭୂମି କଣ୍ଟକ ଓ କାନକୋଳି ବୃକ୍ଷମୟ ହେବ; ହଁ, ଉଲ୍ଲାସପ୍ରିୟ ନଗରର ଯାବତୀୟ ଆନନ୍ଦ-ଗୃହ ତାହା ହିଁ ହେବ;
14 for citadel: palace to leave crowd city to leave: forsake hill and watchtower to be about/through/for cave till forever: enduring rejoicing wild donkey pasture flock
କାରଣ, ରାଜପୁରୀ ପରିତ୍ୟକ୍ତ ହେବ ଓ ଜନପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ନଗର ଜନଶୂନ୍ୟ ହେବ; ଗିରି ଓ ପ୍ରହରୀ-ଦୁର୍ଗ ଚିରକାଳ ଗୁହାମୟ, ବନଗର୍ଦ୍ଦଭମାନଙ୍କର ଉଲ୍ଲାସ ଭୂମି ଓ ପଶୁପଲର ଚରାସ୍ଥାନ ହେବ;
15 till to uncover upon us spirit from height and to be wilderness to/for plantation (and [the] plantation *QK) to/for wood to devise: think
ଶେଷରେ ଊର୍ଦ୍ଧ୍ୱରୁ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ଆତ୍ମା ଢଳା ଗଲେ ପ୍ରାନ୍ତର ଉର୍ବରା କ୍ଷେତ୍ର ହେବ ଓ ଉର୍ବରା କ୍ଷେତ୍ର ଅରଣ୍ୟ ବୋଲି ଗଣାଯିବ।
16 and to dwell in/on/with wilderness justice and righteousness in/on/with plantation to dwell
ସେତେବେଳେ ପ୍ରାନ୍ତରରେ ନ୍ୟାୟବିଚାର ବାସ କରିବ ଓ ଉର୍ବରା କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ଧାର୍ମିକତା ବସତି କରିବ।
17 and to be deed [the] righteousness peace and service: work [the] righteousness to quiet and security till forever: enduring
ପୁଣି, ଧାର୍ମିକତାର କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ଶାନ୍ତିମୟ ହେବ; ଆଉ, ଧାର୍ମିକତାର ଫଳ ନିତ୍ୟ ସୁସ୍ଥିରତା ଓ ନିର୍ଭୟତା ହେବ।
18 and to dwell people my in/on/with pasture peace and in/on/with tabernacle confidence and in/on/with resting secure
ପୁଣି, ମୋହର ଲୋକମାନେ ଶାନ୍ତିମୟ ବସତି ସ୍ଥାନରେ, ଦୃଢ଼ ଆବାସରେ ଓ ସୁସ୍ଥିର ବିଶ୍ରାମ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ବାସ କରିବେ।
19 and to hail in/on/with to go down [the] wood and in/on/with humiliation to abase [the] city
ମାତ୍ର ଅରଣ୍ୟର ପତନରେ ଶିଳାବୃଷ୍ଟି ହେବ ଓ ନଗର ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ରୂପେ ନିପାତିତ ହେବ।
20 blessed you to sow upon all water to send: let go foot [the] cattle and [the] donkey
ସଜଳ ସ୍ଥାନସବୁରେ ବୀଜ ବୁଣୁଅଛ ଓ ଗୋରୁ ଗର୍ଦ୍ଦଭକୁ ବାହାରେ ପଠାଉଅଛ ଯେ ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ, ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଧନ୍ୟ।
