Ezekiel 8

No sexto ano, no sexto mês, no quinto dia do mês, enquanto eu estava sentado em minha casa, e os anciãos de Judá sentados diante de mim, a mão do Senhor Javé caiu sobre mim lá.
2 and to see: see and behold likeness like/as appearance fire from appearance loin his and to/for beneath fire and from loin his and to/for above [to] like/as appearance brightness like/as eye: appearance [the] amber [to]
Então eu vi, e eis uma semelhança como a aparência de fogo - da aparência de sua cintura e para baixo, fogo, e de sua cintura e para cima, como a aparência de brilho, como se fosse metal brilhante.

Ele estendeu a forma de uma mão e me tomou por uma fechadura de minha cabeça; e o Espírito me levantou entre a terra e o céu, e me trouxe nas visões de Deus a Jerusalém, à porta da corte interna que olha para o norte, onde havia o assento da imagem do ciúme, que provoca a inveja.

Ele me disse: “Filho do homem, você vê o que eles fazem? Mesmo as grandes abominações que a casa de Israel comete aqui, que eu deveria me afastar muito do meu santuário? Mas você verá novamente outras grandes abominações”.
7 and to come (in): bring [obj] me to(wards) entrance [the] court and to see: see and behold hole one in/on/with wall
Ele me levou até a porta do tribunal; e quando olhei, eis um buraco na parede.
8 and to say to(wards) me son: child man to dig please in/on/with wall and to dig in/on/with wall and behold entrance one
Então ele me disse: “Filho do homem, cava agora na parede”. Quando eu tinha cavado na parede, vi uma porta.
9 and to say to(wards) me to come (in): come and to see: see [obj] [the] abomination [the] bad: harmful which they(masc.) to make here
Ele me disse: “Entre e veja as abominações perversas que eles fazem aqui”.
10 and to come (in): come and to see: see and behold all pattern creeping and animal detestation and all idol house: household Israel to engrave upon [the] wall around around
Então eu entrei e olhei, e vi toda forma de coisas rastejantes, animais abomináveis, e todos os ídolos da casa de Israel, retratados no muro.
11 and seventy man from old: elder house: household Israel and Jaazaniah son: child Shaphan to stand: stand in/on/with midst their to stand: stand to/for face: before their and man: anyone censer his in/on/with hand his and odour cloud [the] incense to ascend: rise
Setenta homens dos anciãos da casa de Israel estavam diante deles. No meio deles estava Jaazanias, o filho de Shaphan, cada homem com seu incensário na mão; e o cheiro da nuvem de incenso subiu.

Então ele me disse: “Filho do homem, você já viu o que os anciãos da casa de Israel fazem no escuro, cada homem em seus quartos de imagens? Pois eles dizem: “Yahweh não nos vê”. Yahweh abandonou a terra”.
13 and to say to(wards) me still to return: again to see: see abomination great: large which they(masc.) to make
Ele também me disse: “Você verá novamente mais das grandes abominações que eles fazem”.

Então ele me levou até a porta do portão da casa de Yahweh que estava em direção ao norte; e eu vi as mulheres sentadas ali chorando por Tamuz.
15 and to say to(wards) me to see: see son: child man still to return: again to see: see abomination great: large from these
Então ele me disse: “Você já viu isso, filho do homem? Você verá novamente abominações ainda maiores do que estas”.
16 and to come (in): bring [obj] me to(wards) court house: temple LORD [the] inner and behold entrance temple LORD between [the] Portico and between [the] altar like/as twenty and five man back their to(wards) temple LORD and face their east [to] and they(masc.) to bow east [to] to/for sun
Ele me levou à corte interna da casa de Iavé; e eu vi na porta do templo de Iavé, entre a varanda e o altar, havia cerca de vinte e cinco homens de costas para o templo de Iavé e seus rostos para o leste. Eles estavam adorando o sol em direção ao leste.

Então ele me disse: “Você já viu isso, filho do homem? É uma coisa leve para a casa de Judá que eles cometem as abominações que cometem aqui? Pois eles encheram a terra de violência e voltaram-se novamente para me provocar à raiva. Eis que eles puseram o ramo em seu nariz.
18 and also I to make: do in/on/with rage not to pity eye my and not to spare and to call: call to in/on/with ear: to ears my voice great: large and not to hear: hear [obj] them
Portanto, também eu vou lidar com a ira. Meu olho não poupará, nem eu terei piedade. Embora eles chorem em meus ouvidos com voz alta, ainda assim não os ouvirei”.
