Exodus 16
1 and to set out from Elim and to come (in): come all congregation son: descendant/people Israel to(wards) wilderness Sin which between Elim and between Sinai in/on/with five ten day to/for month [the] second to/for to come out: come them from land: country/planet Egypt
Toda la comunidad israelita dejó Elim y se fue al desierto de pecado, entre Elim y Sinaí. Esto fue el día quince del segundo mes después de que dejaran la tierra de Egipto.
2 (and to grumble *QK) all congregation son: descendant/people Israel upon Moses and upon Aaron in/on/with wilderness
Allí, en el desierto, se quejaron a Moisés y a Aarón.
3 and to say to(wards) them son: descendant/people Israel who? to give: if only! to die we in/on/with hand: power LORD in/on/with land: country/planet Egypt in/on/with to dwell we upon pot [the] flesh in/on/with to eat we food: bread to/for satiety for to come out: send [obj] us to(wards) [the] wilderness [the] this to/for to die [obj] all [the] assembly [the] this in/on/with famine
“¡El Señor debería habernos matado en Egipto!” les dijeron los israelitas. “Al menos allí podíamos sentarnos junto a ollas de carne y comer pan hasta que estuviéramos llenos. ¡Pero tenías que traernos a todos aquí en el desierto para matarnos de hambre!”
4 and to say LORD to(wards) Moses look! I to rain to/for you food: bread from [the] heaven and to come out: come [the] people and to gather word: portion day in/on/with day his because to test him to go: walk in/on/with instruction my if not
El Señor le dijo a Moisés: “Ahora haré llover pan del cielo para ustedes. Cada día la gente debe salir y recoger lo suficiente para ese día. Voy a ponerlos a prueba con esto para saber si seguirán mis instrucciones o no.
5 and to be in/on/with day [the] sixth and to establish: prepare [obj] which to come (in): bring and to be second upon which to gather day: daily day: daily
El sexto día deben recoger el doble de lo habitual y prepararlo”.
6 and to say Moses and Aaron to(wards) all son: descendant/people Israel evening and to know for LORD to come out: send [obj] you from land: country/planet Egypt
Entonces Moisés y Aarón explicaron a todos los israelitas: “Esta tarde tendrán la prueba de que el Señor fue quien los sacó de Egipto
7 and morning and to see: see [obj] glory LORD in/on/with to hear: hear he [obj] murmuring your upon LORD and we what? for (to grumble *QK) upon us
y por la mañana verán la gloria del Señor desplegada al responder a las quejas que los ha oído hacer contra él. ¿Por qué debería quejarse con nosotros? ¡No somos nadie!”
8 and to say Moses in/on/with to give: give LORD to/for you in/on/with evening flesh to/for to eat and food: bread in/on/with morning to/for to satisfy in/on/with to hear: hear LORD [obj] murmuring your which you(m. p.) to grumble upon him and we what? not upon us murmuring your for upon LORD
Entonces Moisés continuó: “El Señor les dará esta tarde carne para comer y por la mañana todo el pan que quieran, porque ha oído sus quejas contra él. ¿Por qué se queja ante nosotros, nadie? Tus quejas no están dirigidas contra nosotros, sino contra el Señor”.
9 and to say Moses to(wards) Aaron to say to(wards) all congregation son: descendant/people Israel to present: come to/for face: before LORD for to hear: hear [obj] murmuring your
Entonces Moisés dijo a Aarón: “Dile a toda la comunidad israelita: ‘Preséntense ante el Señor, porque ha oído sus quejas’”.
10 and to be like/as to speak: speak Aaron to(wards) all congregation son: descendant/people Israel and to turn to(wards) [the] wilderness and behold glory LORD to see: see in/on/with cloud
Mientras Aarón aún hablaba a todos los israelitas, miraron hacia el desierto y vieron aparecer la gloria del Señor en una nube.
11 and to speak: speak LORD to(wards) Moses to/for to say
Entonces el Señor le dijo a Moisés:
12 to hear: hear [obj] murmuring son: descendant/people Israel to speak: speak to(wards) them to/for to say between [the] evening to eat flesh and in/on/with morning to satisfy food: bread and to know for I LORD God your
“He oído las quejas de los israelitas. Diles: ‘Por la tarde comerás carne, y por la mañana tendrás todo el pan que quieras’. Entonces sabrán que yo soy el Señor su Dios”.
13 and to be in/on/with evening and to ascend: rise [the] quail and to cover [obj] [the] camp and in/on/with morning to be semen [the] dew around to/for camp
Esa noche las codornices volaron y aterrizaron, llenando el campamento. Por la mañana, el rocío cubrió el suelo alrededor del campamento.
14 and to ascend: rise semen [the] dew and behold upon face: surface [the] wilderness thin to peel thin like/as frost upon [the] land: soil
Una vez que el rocío se había ido, había una capa delgada y escamosa en el desierto, que parecía cristales de escarcha en el suelo.
15 and to see: see son: descendant/people Israel and to say man: anyone to(wards) brother: compatriot his What? he/she/it for not to know what? he/she/it and to say Moses to(wards) them he/she/it [the] food: bread which to give: give LORD to/for you to/for food
Cuando los israelitas lo vieron, se preguntaron “¿Qué es?” porque no tenían ni idea de lo que era. Así que Moisés les explicó, “Es el pan que el Señor ha provisto para que coman.
16 this [the] word which to command LORD to gather from him man: anyone to/for lip: according food his omer to/for head number soul: person your man: anyone to/for which in/on/with tent his to take: take
Esto es lo que el Señor les ha ordenado hacer: ‘Todos ustedes recogerán lacantidad que les sea necesaria. Tomen un gómer por cada persona en su tienda’”.
17 and to make: do so son: descendant/people Israel and to gather [the] to multiply and [the] to diminish
Los israelitas hicieron lo que se les dijo. Algunos recolectaron más, mientras que otros recolectaron menos.
18 and to measure in/on/with omer and not to remain [the] to multiply and [the] to diminish not to lack man: anyone to/for lip: according food his to gather
Pero cuando lo midieron en gomeres, a los que habían recogido mucho no les sobraba nada, mientras que a los que sólo habían recogido un poco les sobraba. Cada persona recolectó tanto como necesitaba para comer.
19 and to say Moses to(wards) them man: anyone not to remain from him till morning
Entonces Moisés les dijo: “Nadie debe dejar nada para mañana”.
20 and not to hear: hear to(wards) Moses and to remain human from him till morning and be rotten worm and to stink and be angry upon them Moses
Pero algunos no escucharon a Moisés. Dejaron un poco para el día siguiente, y estaba lleno de gusanos y olía mal. Y Moisés se enfadó con ellos.
21 and to gather [obj] him in/on/with morning in/on/with morning man: anyone like/as lip: according food his and to warm [the] sun and to melt
Así que cada mañana todos recogían todo lo que necesitaban, y cuando el sol se calentaba, se desvanecía.
22 and to be in/on/with day [the] sixth to gather food: bread second two [the] omer to/for one and to come (in): come all leader [the] congregation and to tell to/for Moses
Sin embargo, en el sexto día, recogieron el doble de esta comida, dos gomeres por cada persona. Todos los líderes israelitas vinieron y le dijeron a Moisés lo que habían hecho.
23 and to say to(wards) them he/she/it which to speak: speak LORD sabbath observance Sabbath holiness to/for LORD tomorrow [obj] which to bake to bake and [obj] which to boil to boil and [obj] all [the] to remain to rest to/for you to/for charge till [the] morning
Moisés respondió: “Estas son las instrucciones del Señor: ‘Mañana es un día especial de descanso, un sábado santo para honrar al Señor. Así que horneen lo que quieran, y hiervan lo que quieran. Luego aparten lo que quede y guárdenlo hasta la mañana’”.
24 and to rest [obj] him till [the] morning like/as as which to command Moses and not to stink and worm not to be in/on/with him
Así que lo guardaron hasta la mañana como Moisés había ordenado, y no olía mal ni tenía gusanos.
25 and to say Moses to eat him [the] day for Sabbath [the] day to/for LORD [the] day not to find him in/on/with land: country
Moisés les dijo: “Coman hoy, porque hoy es un sábado para honrar al Señor. Hoy no encontrarán nada ahí fuera.
26 six day to gather him and in/on/with day [the] seventh Sabbath not to be in/on/with him
Pueden salir a recolectar durante seis días, pero el séptimo día, el sábado, no habrá nada que puedan recolectar”.
27 and to be in/on/with day [the] seventh to come out: come from [the] people to/for to gather and not to find
Aún así, el séptimo día algunas personas todavía salieron a recolectar, pero no encontraron nada.
28 and to say LORD to(wards) Moses till where? to refuse to/for to keep: obey commandment my and instruction my
El Señor le dijo a Moisés: “¿Cuánto tiempo te negarás a obedecer mis órdenes e instrucciones?
29 to see: behold! for LORD to give: give to/for you [the] Sabbath upon so he/she/it to give: give to/for you in/on/with day [the] sixth food: bread day to dwell man: anyone underneath: stand him not to come out: come man: anyone from place his in/on/with day [the] seventh
Debes entender que el Señor te ha dado el sábado, así que el sexto día te dará comida para dos días. El séptimo día, todos tienen que quedarse donde están, y nadie tiene que salir”
30 and to cease [the] people in/on/with day [the] seventh
Así que el pueblo no hizo ningún trabajo en el séptimo día.
31 and to call: call by house: household Israel [obj] name his manna and he/she/it like/as seed coriander white and taste his like/as flatbread in/on/with honey
Los israelitas llamaron a esta comida maná. Era blanca como la semilla de cilantro y sabía a obleas con miel.
32 and to say Moses this [the] word: thing which to command LORD fullness [the] omer from him to/for charge to/for generation your because to see: see [obj] [the] food: bread which to eat [obj] you in/on/with wilderness in/on/with to come out: send I [obj] you from land: country/planet Egypt
Moisés dijo: “Esto es lo que el Señor ha ordenado: ‘Guarda un gomer de maná como recordatorio para las generaciones futuras, para que puedan ver la comida que usé para alimentarlos en el desierto cuando los saqué de Egipto’”.
33 and to say Moses to(wards) Aaron to take: take jar one and to give: if only! there [to] fullness [the] omer manna and to rest [obj] him to/for face: before LORD to/for charge to/for generation your
Así que Moisés le dijo a Aarón: “Toma un frasco y pon un gomer de maná en él. Luego ponlo ante el Señor para que lo guarde como un recordatorio para las generaciones futuras”.
34 like/as as which to command LORD to(wards) Moses and to rest him Aaron to/for face: before [the] testimony to/for charge
Aarón lo hizo y colocó la jarra delante del Testimonio, para que se conservara tal y como el Señor se lo había ordenado a Moisés.
35 and son: descendant/people Israel to eat [obj] [the] manna forty year till to come (in): come they to(wards) land: country/planet to dwell [obj] [the] manna to eat till to come (in): come they to(wards) end land: country/planet Canaan
Los israelitas comieron maná durante cuarenta años, hasta que llegaron a la tierra en la que se asentarían; comieron maná hasta que llegaron a la frontera de Canaán.
36 and [the] omer tenth [the] ephah he/she/it
(Un gómer es una décima parte de una efa).
