Esther 4

1 and Mordecai to know [obj] all which to make: do and to tear Mordecai [obj] garment his and to clothe sackcloth and ashes and to come out: come in/on/with midst [the] city and to cry out outcry great: large and bitter

۱ و چون مردخای از هرآنچه شده بود اطلاع یافت، مردخای جامه خود را دریده، پلاس با خاکستر در بر کرد و به میان شهر بیرون رفته، به آواز بلند فریاد تلخ برآورد.

2 and to come (in): come till to/for face: before gate [the] king for nothing to/for to come (in): come to(wards) gate [the] king in/on/with clothing sackcloth

۲ و تاروبروی دروازه پادشاه آمد، زیرا که جایز نبود که کسی با لباس پلاس داخل دروازه پادشاه بشود.

3 and in/on/with all province and province place which word [the] king and law his to touch mourning great: large to/for Jew and fast and weeping and mourning sackcloth and ashes to lay to/for many

۳ و در هر ولایتی که امر و فرمان پادشاه به آن رسید، یهودیان را ماتم عظیمی و روزه و گریه ونوحه گری بود و بسیاری در پلاس و خاکسترخوابیدند.

4 (and to come (in): come *Qk) maiden Esther and eunuch her and to tell to/for her and to twist: tremble [the] queen much and to send: depart garment to/for to clothe [obj] Mordecai and to/for to turn aside: remove sackcloth his from upon him and not to receive

۴ پس کنیزان و خواجه‌سرایان استر آمده، اورا خبر دادند و ملکه بسیار محزون شد و لباس فرستاد تا مردخای را بپوشانند و پلاس او را ازوی بگیرند، اما او قبول نکرد.

5 and to call: call to Esther to/for Hathach from eunuch [the] king which to stand: appoint to/for face: before her and to command him upon Mordecai to/for to know what? this and upon what? this

۵ آنگاه استر، هتاک را که یکی از خواجه‌سرایان پادشاه بود و او را به جهت خدمت وی تعیین نموده بود، خواند و او راامر فرمود که از مردخای بپرسد که این چه امراست و سببش چیست.

6 and to come out: come Hathach to(wards) Mordecai to(wards) street/plaza [the] city which to/for face: before gate [the] king

۶ پس هتاک به سعه شهرکه پیش دروازه پادشاه بود، نزد مردخای بیرون رفت.

7 and to tell to/for him Mordecai [obj] all which to meet him and [obj] declaration [the] silver: money which to say Haman to/for to weigh upon treasury [the] king (in/on/with Jew *Qk) to/for to perish them

۷ و مردخای او را از هرچه به او واقع شده واز مبلغ نقره‌ای که هامان به جهت هلاک ساختن یهودیان وعده داده بود که آن را به خزانه پادشاه بدهد، خبر داد.

8 and [obj] copy writing [the] law which to give: give in/on/with Susa to/for to destroy them to give: give to/for him to/for to see: see [obj] Esther and to/for to tell to/for her and to/for to command upon her to/for to come (in): come to(wards) [the] king to/for be gracious to/for him and to/for to seek from to/for face: before his upon people her

۸ و سواد نوشته فرمان را که درشوشن به جهت هلاکت ایشان صادر شده بود، به او داد تا آن را به استر نشان دهد و وی را مخبرسازد و وصیت نماید که نزد پادشاه داخل شده، ازاو التماس نماید و به جهت قوم خویش از وی درخواست کند.

9 and to come (in): come Hathach and to tell to/for Esther [obj] word: speaking Mordecai

۹ پس هتاک داخل شده، سخنان مردخای را به استر بازگفت.

10 and to say Esther to/for Hathach and to command him to(wards) Mordecai

۱۰ و استر هتاک را جواب داده، او راامر فرمود که به مردخای بگوید

11 all servant/slave [the] king and people province [the] king to know which all man and woman which to come (in): come to(wards) [the] king to(wards) [the] court [the] inner which not to call: call to one law his to/for to die to/for alone from whence to extend to/for him [the] king [obj] scepter [the] gold and to live and I not to call: call to to/for to come (in): come to(wards) [the] king this thirty day

۱۱ که «جمیع خادمان پادشاه و ساکنان ولایتهای پادشاه می‌دانند که به جهت هرکس، خواه مرد و خواه زن که نزد پادشاه به صحن اندرونی بی‌اذن داخل شود، فقط یک حکم است که کشته شود، مگرآنکه پادشاه چوگان زرین را بسوی او دراز کند تازنده بماند. و سی روز است که من خوانده نشده‌ام که به حضور پادشاه داخل شوم.»

12 and to tell to/for Mordecai [obj] word: speaking Esther

۱۲ پس سخنان استر را به مردخای باز‌گفتند.

13 and to say Mordecai to/for to return: reply to(wards) Esther not to resemble in/on/with soul: myself your to/for to escape house: home [the] king from all [the] Jew

۱۳ و مردخای گفت به استر جواب دهید: «در دل خود فکر مکن که تو در خانه پادشاه به خلاف سایر یهود، رهایی خواهی یافت.

14 that if: except if: except be quiet be quiet in/on/with time [the] this space and deliverance to stand: rise to/for Jew from place another and you(f. s.) and house: household father your to perish and who? to know if to/for time like/as this to touch to/for royalty

۱۴ بلکه اگر در این وقت تو ساکت بمانی، راحت و نجات برای یهود از جای دیگر پدید خواهد شد. اما تو وخاندان پدرت هلاک خواهید گشت و کیست بداند که به جهت چنین وقت به سلطنت نرسیده‌ای.»

15 and to say Esther to/for to return: reply to(wards) Mordecai

۱۵ پس استر فرمود به مردخای جواب دهید

16 to go: went to gather [obj] all [the] Jew [the] to find in/on/with Susa and to fast upon me and not to eat and not to drink three day night and day also I and maiden my to fast so and in/on/with so to come (in): come to(wards) [the] king which not like/as law and like/as as which to perish to perish

۱۶ که «برو و تمامی یهود را که در شوشن یافت می‌شوند جمع کن و برای من روزه گرفته، سه شبانه‌روز چیزی مخورید و میاشامید و من نیز باکنیزانم همچنین روزه خواهیم داشت. و به همین طور، نزد پادشاه داخل خواهم شد، اگر‌چه خلاف حکم است. و اگر هلاک شدم، هلاک شدم.»

17 and to pass Mordecai and to make: do like/as all which to command upon him Esther

۱۷ پس مردخای رفته، موافق هرچه استر وی را وصیت کرده بود، عمل نمود.
