Deuteronomy 22
1 not to see: see [obj] cattle brother: compatriot your or [obj] sheep his to banish and to conceal from them to return: return to return: return them to/for brother: compatriot your
| ئەگەر گا یان مەڕی هەر هاوڵاتییەکت بینی وێڵ بووە، خۆتی لێ گێل مەکە، بەڵکو پێویستە لەسەرت بۆ براکەتی بگەڕێنیتەوە، |
2 and if not near brother: compatriot your to(wards) you and not to know him and to gather him to(wards) midst house: home your and to be with you till to seek brother: compatriot your [obj] him and to return: rescue him to/for him
| جا ئەگەر براکەت لێتەوە نزیک نەبوو یان نەتدەناسی، ئەوا بیخەرە ماڵەکەتەوە و لەلات دەبێت هەتا براکەت داوای دەکاتەوە، ئەوسا بۆی دەگەڕێنیتەوە. |
3 and so to make: do to/for donkey his and so to make: do to/for mantle his and so to make: do to/for all something lost brother: compatriot your which to perish from him and to find her not be able to/for to conceal
| هەمان شت دەکەیت بۆ گوێدرێژەکەی و بۆ کەواکەی و بۆ هەر شتێکی ون بوو لە براکەت کە لێی ون دەبێت و تۆ دەیدۆزیتەوە، بۆت نییە خۆتی لێ گێل بکەیت. |
4 not to see: see [obj] donkey brother: compatriot your or cattle his to fall: kill in/on/with way: road and to conceal from them to arise: raise to arise: raise with him
| کە گوێدرێژ یان گای براکەت دەبینیت لە ڕێگادا کەوتووە، خۆتی لێ گێل مەکە، بەڵکو پێویستە لەسەرت لەگەڵی هەڵیبستێنیتەوە. |
5 not to be article/utensil great man upon woman and not to clothe great man mantle woman for abomination LORD God your all to make: do these
| شتومەکی پیاو نابێت بەبەر ژنەوە بێت و نابێت پیاو جلی ژن لەبەر بکات، چونکە هەرکەسێک ئەمە بکات، قێزەونە لەلای یەزدانی پەروەردگارت. |
6 for to encounter: chanced nest bird to/for face: before your in/on/with way: journey in/on/with all tree or upon [the] land: soil young or egg and [the] mother to stretch upon [the] young or upon [the] egg not to take: take [the] mother upon [the] son: young animal
| ئەگەر ڕێککەوت هێلانەی باڵندەیەک لە ڕێگا لەپێشت بوو، لەناو دارێک یان لەسەر زەوی و بێچوو یان هێلکەی تێدابوو و دایکەکەشی تێدابوو بە کڕی لەسەر بێچووەکان یان هێلکەکان هەڵنیشتبوو، ئەوا دایکەکە و بێچووەکان پێکەوە مەبە، |
7 to send: let go to send: let go [obj] [the] mother and [obj] [the] son: young animal to take: take to/for you because be good to/for you and to prolong day: always
| دایکەکە ئازاد بکە و بێچووەکان بۆ خۆت ببە، بۆ ئەوەی چاکەت بۆ ببێت و درێژە بە ڕۆژانت بدەیت. |
8 for to build house: home new and to make parapet to/for roof your and not to set: put blood in/on/with house: home your for to fall: fall [the] to fall: fall from him
| ئەگەر خانووێکی نوێت بنیاد نا، ستارە بۆ سەربانەکەت بکە، نەوەک خوێنێک بهێنیتە سەر ماڵەکەت ئەگەر یەکێکی لێ کەوتە خوارەوە. |
9 not to sow vineyard your mixture lest to consecrate: forfeit [the] fruit [the] seed which to sow and produce [the] vineyard
| لە ڕەزەکەت دوو جۆر تۆو مەچێنە، ئەگەر ئەمە بکەیت، نەک تەنها ئەوەی دەیچێنیت، بەڵکو بەری ڕەزە مێوەکەشت بۆ پیرۆزگا تەرخان دەکرێت. |
10 not to plow/plot in/on/with cattle and in/on/with donkey together
| کێڵان بە گا و گوێدرێژ پێکەوە مەکە. |
11 not to clothe mixed stuff wool and flax together
| جلوبەرگی تێکەڵاو لەبەر مەکە، خوری و کەتان پێکەوە لەبەر مەکە. |
12 tassel to make to/for you upon four wing covering your which to cover in/on/with her
| لە لچکەکانی کەواکەت کە خۆتی پێ دەپۆشیت، گوڵینگ بۆ خۆت بکە. |
13 for to take: take man woman: wife and to come (in): come to(wards) her and to hate her
| ئەگەر پیاوێک ژنێکی هێنا و کاتێک چوو بۆ لای ڕقی لێی بووەوە و |
14 and to set: accuse to/for her wantonness word: case and to come out: send upon her name bad: harmful and to say [obj] [the] woman [the] this to take: marry and to present: come to(wards) her and not to find to/for her virginity
| قسەی بۆ هەڵبەست و ناوێکی خراپی بەدواوە نا و گوتی، «ئەم ژنەم هێنا و کە چوومە لای پەردەی کچێنی نەبوو.» |
15 and to take: take father ([the] maiden *Qk) and mother her and to come out: send [obj] virginity ([the] maiden *Qk) to(wards) old: elder [the] city [the] gate [to]
| دایک و باوکی کچەکە بەڵگەی کچێنییەکەی دەبەن و لەلای دەروازەی شارۆچکەکە بۆ پیرانی شارۆچکەکە دەسەلمێنن. |
16 and to say father ([the] maiden *Qk) to(wards) [the] old: elder [obj] daughter my to give: give(marriage) to/for man [the] this to/for woman: wife and to hate her
| باوکی کچەکە بە پیران دەڵێت، «کچەکەی خۆمم بەم پیاوە دا ببێتە ژنی و ڕقی لێی بووەوە. |
17 and behold he/she/it to set: accuse wantonness word: case to/for to say not to find to/for daughter your virginity and these virginity daughter my and to spread [the] mantle to/for face: before old: elder [the] city
| وا قسەشی بۆ هەڵبەستووە و دەڵێت:”کچەکەت پەردەی کچێنی نەبوو،“ئەمەش بەڵگەی کچێنی کچەکەمە،» جلەکەش لەبەردەم پیرانی شارۆچکەکە دەخەنە ڕوو، |
18 and to take: take old: elder [the] city [the] he/she/it [obj] [the] man and to discipline [obj] him
| ئیتر پیرانی ئەو شارە پیاوەکە دەبەن و تەمبێی دەکەن. |
19 and to fine [obj] him hundred silver: money and to give: give to/for father [the] maiden for to come out: send name bad: harmful upon virgin Israel and to/for him to be to/for woman: wife not be able to/for to send: divorce her all day his
| سزای دەدەن بە سەد شاقلی زیو بۆ باوکی کچەکە، چونکە ناوێکی خراپی خستە دوای پاکیزەیەک لە ئیسرائیل، جا دەبێتە ژنی و بە درێژایی ژیانی ناتوانێت تەڵاقی بدات. |
20 and if truth: true to be [the] word: thing [the] this not to find virginity (to/for maiden *Qk)
| بەڵام ئەگەر تۆمەتبارکردنەکە ڕاست بوو و کچەکە بەڵگەی پاکیزەیی نەبوو، |
21 and to come out: send [obj] ([the] maiden *Qk) to(wards) entrance house: home father her and to stone her human city her in/on/with stone and to die for to make: do folly in/on/with Israel to/for to fornicate house: home father her and to burn: purge [the] bad: evil from entrails: among your
| ئەوا کچەکە دەبەنە بەردەرگای ماڵی باوکی و پیاوانی شارەکەی بەردبارانی دەکەن هەتا دەمرێت، چونکە کارێکی ناشیرینی لە ئیسرائیلدا کردووە بە بەدڕەوشتییەکەی کە لە ماڵی باوکی کردوویەتی، جا خراپەکە لەنێو خۆتان دادەماڵن. |
22 for to find man to lie down: have sex with woman: wife rule: to marry master: husband and to die also two their [the] man [the] to lie down: have sex with [the] woman and [the] woman and to burn: purge [the] bad: evil from Israel
| ئەگەر بینرا پیاوێک لەگەڵ ژنێکی بەمێرد جووت بووە، ئەوا هەردووکیان دەکوژرێن، ئەو پیاوەی لەگەڵ ژنەکە جووت بووە و ژنەکەش، جا خراپەکاری لە ئیسرائیلدا دادەماڵن. |
23 for to be (maiden *Qk) virgin to betroth to/for man and to find her man in/on/with city and to lie down: have sex with her
| ئەگەر کچێک مارەبڕاو بێت بۆ پیاوێک و پیاوێکی دیکە لەناو شار بینی و لەگەڵی جووت بوو، |
24 and to come out: send [obj] two their to(wards) gate [the] city [the] he/she/it and to stone [obj] them in/on/with stone and to die [obj] ([the] maiden *Qk) upon word: case which not to cry in/on/with city and [obj] [the] man upon word: case which to afflict [obj] woman: wife neighbor his and to burn: purge [the] bad: evil from entrails: among your
| ئەوا هەردووکیان ببەنە دەرەوە بۆ لای دەروازەی ئەو شارۆچکەیە و بەردبارانیان بکەن هەتا دەمرن، لەبەر ئەوەی کچەکە لەناو شار هاواری نەکرد بۆ فریاکەوتن و هەروەها پیاوەکەش ئابڕووی دەستگیرانی پیاوێکی دیکەی برد، جا خراپەکە لەنێو خۆتان دادەماڵن. |
25 and if in/on/with land: country to find [the] man [obj] ([the] maiden *Qk) [the] to betroth and to strengthen: hold in/on/with her [the] man and to lie down: have sex with her and to die [the] man which to lie down: have sex with her to/for alone him
| بەڵام ئەگەر پیاوێک کچێکی مارەبڕاوی لە کێڵگەدا بینی و لاقەی کرد، ئەوا تەنها پیاوەکە کە لاقەی کردووە دەمرێت، |
26 (and to/for maiden *Qk) not to make: do word: thing nothing (to/for maiden *Qk) sin death for like/as as which to arise: attack man: anyone upon neighbor his and to murder him soul: life so [the] word: case [the] this
| بەڵام کچەکە هیچی لێ ناکرێت، کچەکە گوناهێکی لەسەر نییە شایانی سزای مردن بێت، بەڵکو چۆن پیاوێک پەلاماری دراوسێکەی بدات و بیکوژێت، ئەو ڕووداوەش ئاوایە، |
27 for in/on/with land: country to find her to cry ([the] maiden *Qk) [the] to betroth and nothing to save to/for her
| کچەکەی لە کێڵگەدا بینیوە و کچە مارەبڕاوەکە هاواری کردووە و کەس نەبووە ڕزگاری بکات. |
28 for to find man (maiden *Qk) virgin which not to betroth and to capture her and to lie down: have sex with her and to find
| ئەگەر پیاوێک کچێکی نیشان نەکراوی بینی و لاقەی کرد و هەردووکیان ئاشکرا بوون، |
29 and to give: pay [the] man [the] to lie down: have sex with her to/for father ([the] maiden *Qk) fifty silver: money and to/for him to be to/for woman: wife underneath: because of which to afflict her not be able to send: divorce her all day his
| ئەوا پیاوەکەی ئابڕووی بردووە، پەنجا شاقل زیو دەداتە باوکی کچە و ئەویش دەبێتە ژنی، لەبەر ئەوەی دەستدرێژی کردووەتە سەری، بە درێژایی ژیانیشی ناتوانێت تەڵاقی بدات. |
30 not to take: take man [obj] woman: wife father his and not to reveal: uncover wing father his
| نابێت پیاوێک ژنی باوکی خۆی بهێنێت و ناموسی باوکی ببات. |
