Deuteronomy 18

1 not to be to/for priest [the] Levi all tribe Levi portion and inheritance with Israel food offering LORD and inheritance his to eat [emph?]

Les sacrificateurs, les Lévites, [et] toute la tribu de Lévi, n’auront point de part ni d’héritage avec Israël: ils mangeront des sacrifices de l’Éternel faits par feu, et de son héritage,

2 and inheritance not to be to/for him in/on/with entrails: among brother: compatriot his LORD he/she/it inheritance his like/as as which to speak: promise to/for him

mais ils n’auront point d’héritage au milieu de leurs frères. L’Éternel est leur héritage, comme il le leur a dit.

3 and this to be justice: custom [the] priest from with [the] people from with to sacrifice [the] sacrifice if cattle if sheep and to give: give to/for priest [the] arm and [the] jaw and [the] stomach

Or c’est ici le droit des sacrificateurs de la part du peuple, de la part de ceux qui offrent un sacrifice, que ce soit un bœuf, ou un mouton: on donnera au sacrificateur l’épaule, et les mâchoires, et l’estomac.

4 first: beginning grain your new wine your and oil your and first: beginning fleece flock your to give: give to/for him

Tu lui donneras les prémices de ton froment, de ton moût et de ton huile, et les prémices de la toison de tes moutons.

5 for in/on/with him to choose LORD God your from all tribe your to/for to stand: stand to/for to minister in/on/with name LORD he/she/it and son: descendant/people his all [the] day

Car l’Éternel, ton Dieu, l’a choisi, lui et ses fils, d’entre toutes tes tribus, pour qu’il se tienne toujours [devant lui] pour faire le service au nom de l’Éternel.

Et si le Lévite vient de l’une de tes portes, de tout Israël où il séjourne, et qu’il vienne, selon tout le désir de son âme, au lieu que l’Éternel aura choisi,

7 and to minister in/on/with name LORD God his like/as all brother: compatriot his [the] Levi [the] to stand: stand there to/for face: before LORD

et qu’il serve au nom de l’Éternel, son Dieu, comme tous ses frères, les Lévites, qui se tiennent là devant l’Éternel,

8 portion like/as portion to eat to/for alone: besides sale his upon [the] father

il mangera une portion égale, outre ce qu’il aura vendu de son patrimoine.

Quand tu seras entré dans le pays que l’Éternel, ton Dieu, te donne, tu n’apprendras pas à faire selon les abominations de ces nations:

il ne se trouvera au milieu de toi personne qui fasse passer par le feu son fils ou sa fille, ni devin qui se mêle de divination, ni pronostiqueur, ni enchanteur, ni magicien,

11 and to unite spell and to ask medium and spiritist and to seek to(wards) [the] to die

ni sorcier, ni personne qui consulte les esprits, ni diseur de bonne aventure, ni personne qui interroge les morts;

12 for abomination LORD all to make: do these and in/on/with because of [the] abomination [the] these LORD God your to possess: take [obj] them from face: before your

car quiconque fait ces choses est en abomination à l’Éternel; et à cause de ces abominations, l’Éternel, ton Dieu, les dépossède devant toi.

13 unblemished: blameless to be with LORD God your

Tu seras parfait avec l’Éternel, ton Dieu.

Car ces nations, que tu vas déposséder, écoutent les pronostiqueurs et les devins; mais pour toi, l’Éternel, ton Dieu, ne t’a pas permis d’agir ainsi.

15 prophet from entrails: among your from brother: compatriot your like me to arise: establish to/for you LORD God your to(wards) him to hear: hear [emph?]

L’Éternel, ton Dieu, te suscitera un prophète comme moi, du milieu de toi, d’entre tes frères; vous l’écouterez,

16 like/as all which to ask from from with LORD God your in/on/with Horeb in/on/with day [the] assembly to/for to say not to add: again to/for to hear: hear [obj] voice LORD God my and [obj] [the] fire [the] great: large [the] this not to see: see still and not to die

selon tout ce que tu demandas à l’Éternel, ton Dieu, à Horeb, le jour de la congrégation, disant: Que je n’entende plus la voix de l’Éternel, mon Dieu, et que je ne voie plus ce grand feu, afin que je ne meure pas.

17 and to say LORD to(wards) me be good which to speak: speak

Et l’Éternel me dit: Ils ont bien dit ce qu’ils ont dit.

18 prophet to arise: establish to/for them from entrails: among brother: compatriot their like you and to give: put word my in/on/with lip his and to speak: speak to(wards) them [obj] all which to command him

Je leur susciterai un prophète comme toi, du milieu de leurs frères, et je mettrai mes paroles dans sa bouche, et il leur dira tout ce que je lui commanderai.

19 and to be [the] man which not to hear: hear to(wards) word my which to speak: speak in/on/with name my I to seek from from with him

Et il arrivera que l’homme qui n’écoutera pas mes paroles, lesquelles il dira en mon nom, moi, je le lui redemanderai.

20 surely [the] prophet which to boil to/for to speak: speak word in/on/with name my [obj] which not to command him to/for to speak: speak and which to speak: speak in/on/with name God another and to die [the] prophet [the] he/she/it

Seulement, le prophète qui prétendra dire en mon nom une parole que je ne lui aurai pas commandé de dire, ou qui parlera au nom d’autres dieux, ce prophète-là mourra.

21 and for to say in/on/with heart your how? to know [obj] [the] word which not to speak: speak him LORD

Et si tu dis dans ton cœur: Comment connaîtrons-nous la parole que l’Éternel n’a pas dite?

22 which to speak: speak [the] prophet in/on/with name LORD and not to be [the] word and not to come (in): come he/she/it [the] word which not to speak: speak him LORD in/on/with arrogance to speak: speak him [the] prophet not to dread from him

Quand le prophète parlera au nom de l’Éternel, et que la chose n’aura pas lieu et n’arrivera pas, c’est cette parole-là que l’Éternel n’a pas dite; le prophète l’a dite présomptueusement: tu n’auras pas peur de lui.
