2 Chronicles 4
1 and to make altar bronze twenty cubit length his and twenty cubit width his and ten cubit height his
| سلیمان پادشاه یک مذبح مفرغین ساخت به طول بیست ذراع، عرض بیست ذراع و بلندی ده ذراع. |
2 and to make [obj] [the] sea to pour: cast metal ten in/on/with cubit from lip: edge his to(wards) lip: edge his round around and five in/on/with cubit height his and line thirty in/on/with cubit to turn: turn [obj] him around
| سپس یک حوض گرد از مفرغ درست کرد که عمق آن پنج ذراع، قطرش ده ذراع و محیطش سی ذراع بود. |
3 and likeness cattle underneath: under to/for him around around to turn: surround [obj] him ten in/on/with cubit to surround [obj] [the] sea around two row [the] cattle to pour: cast metal in/on/with casting his
| بر کناره‌های لبهٔ حوض دو ردیف نقشهایی به شکل گاو (در هر ذراع ده نقش) قرار داشتند. این نقشها با خود حوض قالبگیری شده بود. |
4 to stand: stand upon two ten cattle three to turn north [to] and three to turn sea: west [to] and three to turn south [to] and three to turn east [to] and [the] sea upon them from to/for above [to] and all back their house: inside [to]
| این حوض بر پشت دوازده مجسمهٔ گاو قرار داشت. سر گاوها به طرف بیرون بود: سه گاو رو به شمال، سه گاو رو به جنوب، سه گاو رو به مغرب و سه گاو رو به مشرق. |
5 and thickness his handbreadth and lip: edge his like/as deed: work lip: edge cup flower lily to strengthen: hold bath three thousand to sustain
| ضخامت دیوارهٔ حوض به پهنای کف دست بود. لبهٔ آن به شکل جام بود و مانند گلبرگ سوسن به طرف بیرون باز می‌شد. گنجایش آن بیش از شصت هزار لیتر بود. |
6 and to make basin ten and to give: put five from right: south and five from left to/for to wash: wash in/on/with them [obj] deed: work [the] burnt offering to wash in/on/with them and [the] sea to/for to wash: wash to/for priest in/on/with him
| ده حوضچه نیز ساخته شد پنج عدد در طرف شمال خانهٔ خدا و پنج عدد در طرف جنوب آن. از آب این حوضچه‌ها برای شستن قطعه‌های بدن حیوان قربانی که می‌بایست روی مذبح سوزانده شود استفاده می‌شد. کاهنان برای شستن خود از آب حوضچه‌ها استفاده نمی‌کردند، بلکه با آب حوض خود را می‌شستند. |
7 and to make [obj] lampstand [the] gold ten like/as justice: rule their and to give: put in/on/with temple five from right: south and five from left: north
| ده چراغدان طلا مطابق طرح، ساخته شد و در خانهٔ خدا قرار گرفت. چراغدانها را در دو دستهٔ پنج‌تایی روبروی هم، به طرف شمال و جنوب، نهادند. |
8 and to make table ten and to rest in/on/with temple five from right: south and five from left: north and to make bowl gold hundred
| همچنین ده میز ساختند و پنج عدد از آنها را در طرف شمال و پنج عدد دیگر را در سمت جنوب خانهٔ خدا قرار دادند. صد کاسهٔ طلا نیز درست کردند. |
9 and to make court [the] priest and [the] enclosure [the] great: large and door to/for enclosure and door their to overlay bronze
| سپس یک حیاط داخلی برای کاهنان و یک حیاط بیرونی ساخته شد و درهای بین آنها را با مفرغ پوشانیدند. |
10 and [obj] [the] sea to give: put from shoulder [the] right: south east [to] from opposite south [to]
| حوض در گوشهٔ جنوب شرقی خانهٔ خدا بود. |
11 and to make Hiram [obj] [the] pot and [obj] [the] shovel and [obj] [the] bowl and to end: finish (Hiram *QK) to/for to make: do [obj] [the] work which to make: do to/for king Solomon in/on/with house: temple [the] God
| حورام سطلها، خاک‌اندازها و کاسه‌های مربوط به قربانیها را هم ساخت. سرانجام حورام این کارهای مربوط به خانهٔ خدا را که سلیمان پادشاه برای او تعیین کرده بود، به پایان رسانید. اشیایی که او ساخت عبارت بودند از: |
12 pillar two and [the] bowl and [the] capital upon head: top [the] pillar two and [the] latticework two to/for to cover [obj] two bowl [the] capital which upon head: top [the] pillar
| دو ستون، دو سر ستون کاسه مانند برای ستونها، دو رشته زنجیر روی سر ستونها، چهارصد انار مفرغین برای دو رشته زنجیر (یعنی برای هر رشته زنجیر سر ستون، دویست انار که در دو ردیف قرار داشتند)، میزها و حوضچه‌های روی آنها، حوض بزرگ با دوازده گاو مفرغین زیر آن، سطلها، خاک‌اندازها و چنگکهای مخصوصِ آویزان کردن گوشت قربانیها. حورام، این صنعتگر ماهر، تمام اشیاء خانهٔ خداوند را از مفرغ صیقلی برای سلیمان پادشاه ساخت. |
13 and [obj] [the] pomegranate four hundred to/for two [the] latticework two row pomegranate to/for latticework [the] one to/for to cover [obj] two bowl [the] capital which upon face of [the] pillar
14 and [obj] [the] base to make and [obj] [the] basin to make upon [the] base
15 [obj] [the] sea one and [obj] [the] cattle two ten underneath: under him
16 and [obj] [the] pot and [obj] [the] shovel and [obj] [the] fork and [obj] all article/utensil their to make Hiram (Huram)-abi to/for king Solomon to/for house: temple LORD bronze to polish
17 in/on/with talent [the] Jordan to pour: cast metal them [the] king in/on/with thickness [the] land: soil between Succoth and between Zeredah
| به دستور سلیمان این اشیاء در دشت اردن که بین سوکوت و صرده قرار داشت قالبریزی شده بود. |
18 and to make Solomon all [the] article/utensil [the] these to/for abundance much for not to search weight [the] bronze
| مقدار مفرغین که استعمال شد، بی‌اندازه زیاد بود و نمی‌شد آن را وزن کرد! |
19 and to make Solomon [obj] all [the] article/utensil which house: temple [the] God and [obj] altar [the] gold and [obj] [the] table and upon them food: bread [the] face
| در ضمن به دستور سلیمان وسایلی از طلای خالص برای خانهٔ خدا ساخته شد. این وسایل عبارت بودند از: مذبح، میز نان حضور، |
20 and [obj] [the] lampstand and lamp their to/for to burn: burn them like/as justice: rule to/for face: before [the] sanctuary gold to shut
| چراغدانها با نقشهای گل و چراغهای روی آنها که مطابق طرح می‌بایست روبروی قدس‌الاقداس قرار می‌گرفت، انبرکها، |
21 and [the] flower and [the] lamp and [the] tong gold he/she/it perfection gold
22 and [the] snuffer and [the] bowl and [the] palm: dish and [the] censer gold to shut and entrance [the] house: temple door his [the] inner to/for Most Holy Place [the] Most Holy Place and door [the] house: palace to/for temple gold
| انبرها، کاسه‌ها، قاشقها و آتشدانها. در ضمن درهای خانهٔ خدا یعنی درهای اصلی و درهای قدس‌الاقداس نیز از طلای خالص بود. |
