2 Chronicles 30

1 and to send: depart Hezekiah upon all Israel and Judah and also letter to write upon Ephraim and Manasseh to/for to come (in): come to/for house: temple LORD in/on/with Jerusalem to/for to make: do Passover to/for LORD God Israel

ھەزەكىيا پۈتۈن ئىسرائىلغا ۋە يەھۇداغا ئادەم ئەۋەتىپ ھەمدە ئەفرائىملار بىلەن ماناسسەھلەرگە خەت يېزىپ، ئۇلارنى ئىسرائىلنىڭ خۇداسى بولغان پەرۋەردىگارنى سېغىنىپ «ئۆتۈپ كېتىش ھېيتى»نى ئۆتكۈزۈش ئۈچۈن يېرۇسالېمغا، پەرۋەردىگارنىڭ ئۆيىگە يىغىلىشنى چاقىردى

2 and to advise [the] king and ruler his and all [the] assembly in/on/with Jerusalem to/for to make: do [the] Passover in/on/with month [the] second

(پادىشاھ، ئەمەلدارلىرى ۋە يېرۇسالېمدىكى بارلىق جامائەت بىلەن بىللە مەسلىھەتلىشىپ، ئىككىنچى ئايدا ئۆتۈپ كېتىش ھېيتىنى ئۆتكۈزەيلى دەپ قارارغا كېلىشتى.

3 for not be able to/for to make: do him in/on/with time [the] he/she/it for [the] priest not to consecrate: consecate to/for what? sufficiency and [the] people not to gather to/for Jerusalem

لېكىن پاكلانغان كاھىنلار يېتىشمىگەچكە، خەلقمۇ يېرۇسالېمغا يىغىلىپ بولمىغاچقا، ھېيتنى ۋاقتىدا ئۆتكۈزەلمىدى).

4 and to smooth [the] word: thing in/on/with eye: appearance [the] king and in/on/with eye: appearance all [the] assembly

پادىشاھ ۋە پۈتكۈل جامائەت بۇ پىلاننى ناھايىتى ياخشى بوپتۇ، دەپ قارىدى.

5 and to stand: appoint word: promised to/for to pass voice: message in/on/with all Israel from Beersheba Beersheba and till Dan to/for to come (in): come to/for to make: do Passover to/for LORD God Israel in/on/with Jerusalem for not to/for abundance to make: do like/as to write

شۇنىڭ بىلەن ئۇلار پۈتكۈل ئىسرائىلنىڭ بەئەر-شېبادىن دانغىچە بارلىق خەلقىنى يېرۇسالېمغا كېلىپ، ئىسرائىلنىڭ خۇداسى پەرۋەردىگارنى سېغىنىپ ئۆتۈپ كېتىش ھېيتىنى ئۆتكۈزۈشكە چاقىرىقنامە ئەۋەتەيلى، دەپ بېكىتتى؛ چۈنكى ئۇلار ھېيتنى ئۇزۇن ۋاقىتلاردىن بۇيان پۈتۈلگەن بەلگىلىمە بويىچە ئۆتكۈزۈلمىگەنىدى.

6 and to go: went [the] to run: run in/on/with letter from hand: to [the] king and ruler his in/on/with all Israel and Judah and like/as commandment [the] king to/for to say son: descendant/people Israel to return: return to(wards) LORD God Abraham Isaac and Israel and to return: return to(wards) [the] survivor [the] to remain to/for you from palm king Assyria

چاپارمەنلەر پادىشاھ بىلەن ئەمەلدارلارنىڭ خەتلىرىنى ئېلىپ، پۈتۈن ئىسرائىل ۋە يەھۇدا يۇرتىنى كېزىپ، پادىشاھنىڭ يارلىقى بويىچە مۇنداق خەۋەرنى جاكارلىدى: «ئى ئىسرائىللار، ئىبراھىم، ئىسھاق ۋە ئىسرائىلنىڭ خۇداسى بولغان پەرۋەردىگارغا يېنىپ كېلىڭلار، شۇنداق قىلساڭلار ئۇ ئاسۇرىيە پادىشاھلىرىنىڭ چاڭگىلىدىن قۇتۇلغان قالدىڭلارنىڭ يېنىغا يېنىپ كېلىدۇ.

7 and not to be like/as father your and like/as brother: male-sibling your which be unfaithful in/on/with LORD God father their and to give: make them to/for horror: destroyed like/as as which you(m. p.) to see: see

ئاتا-بوۋاڭلار ۋە قېرىندىشىڭلارغا ئوخشاش بولماڭلار؛ ئۇلار ئۆز ئاتا-بوۋىلىرىنىڭ خۇداسى پەرۋەردىگارغا ئاسىيلىق قىلغاچقا، ئۇ خۇددى سىلەر كۆرگەندەك ئۇلارنى خارابىچىلىككە تاپشۇرغان.

8 now not to harden neck your like/as father your to give: give hand: themselves to/for LORD and to come (in): come to/for sanctuary his which to consecrate: consecate to/for forever: enduring and to serve: minister [obj] LORD God your and to return: return from you burning anger face: anger his

ئاتا-بوۋاڭلارغا ئوخشاش بوينۇڭلارنى قاتتىق قىلماڭلار؛ پەرۋەردىگارنىڭ ئوتلۇق غەزىپىنىڭ سىلەردىن كۆتۈرۈلۈپ كېتىشى ئۈچۈن، ئەمدى سىلەر پەرۋەردىگارغا بېقىنىڭلار، ئۇ مەڭگۈگە ئۆزىگە خاس دەپ ئاتىغان مۇقەددەسخانىغا كېلىپ، خۇدايىڭلار بولغان پەرۋەردىگارنىڭ خىزمىتىدە بولۇڭلار.

9 for in/on/with to return: return you upon LORD brother: male-sibling your and son: child your to/for compassion to/for face: before to take captive them and to/for to return: return to/for land: country/planet [the] this for gracious and compassionate LORD God your and not to turn aside: turn aside face from you if to return: return to(wards) him

ئەگەر سىلەر پەرۋەردىگارغا قايتساڭلار، قېرىنداشلىرىڭلار ۋە بالا-چاقىلىرىڭلار ئۆزلىرىنى تۇتقۇن قىلغانلارنىڭ ئالدىدا رەھىم-ئىلتىپاتقا ئېرىشىپ، بۇ يۇرتقا قايتىپ كېلىدۇ؛ چۈنكى خۇدايىڭلار بولغان پەرۋەردىگار شاپائەتلىك ۋە رەھىملىكتۇر؛ سىلەر ئۇنىڭ تەرىپىگە ئۆتسەڭلار، ئۇ سىلەردىن يۈز ئۆرۈمەيدۇ».

10 and to be [the] to run: run to pass from city to/for city in/on/with land: country/planet Ephraim and Manasseh and till Zebulun and to be to laugh upon them and to mock in/on/with them

چاپارمەنلەر شەھەرمۇ-شەھەر بېرىپ، تاكى زەبۇلۇنغىچە ئەفرائىم ۋە ماناسسەھنىڭ يۇرتلىرىنى كېزىپ چىقتى؛ لېكىن ئۇ يەردىكىلەر ئۇلارنى زاڭلىق قىلىپ مەسخىرە قىلاتتى.

11 surely human from Asher and Manasseh and from Zebulun be humble and to come (in): come to/for Jerusalem

ھالبۇكى، ئاشىر، ماناسسەھ ۋە زەبۇلۇنلاردىن بەزىلىرى ئۆزلىرىنى تۆۋەن تۇتۇپ يېرۇسالېمغا كەلدى.

12 also in/on/with Judah to be hand: power [the] God to/for to give: give to/for them heart one to/for to make: do commandment [the] king and [the] ruler in/on/with word LORD

ئۇنىڭ ئۈستىگە، خۇدانىڭ قولى يەھۇدالارنىڭ ئۈستىدە بولۇپ، ئۇلارنى بىر نىيەتتە پادىشاھنىڭ ۋە ئەمەلدارلارنىڭ پەرۋەردىگارنىڭ سۆزىگە ئاساسەن چىقارغان ئەمرىنى ئىشقا ئاشۇرۇشقا بىر جان بىر دىل قىلدى.

13 and to gather Jerusalem people many to/for to make: do [obj] feast [the] unleavened bread in/on/with month [the] second assembly to/for abundance much

شۇنىڭ بىلەن ئىككىنچى ئايدا نۇرغۇن كىشىلەر پېتىر نان ھېيتىنى ئۆتكۈزۈش ئۈچۈن يېرۇسالېمغا يىغىلغانىدى؛ توپلانغان خەلق زور بىر تۈركۈم ئادەم ئىدى.

14 and to arise: establish and to turn aside: remove [obj] [the] altar which in/on/with Jerusalem and [obj] all [the] incense-altar to turn aside: remove and to throw to/for torrent: valley Kidron

ئۇلار قوزغىلىپ يېرۇسالېم شەھىرىدىكى قۇربانگاھلارنى بۇزۇپ يوقىتىپ، ئىسرىقگاھلارنىمۇ ئېلىپ چىقىپ، كىدرون جىلغىسىغا ئاپىرىپ تاشلىدى.

15 and to slaughter [the] Passover in/on/with four ten to/for month [the] second and [the] priest and [the] Levi be humiliated and to consecrate: consecate and to come (in): bring burnt offering house: temple LORD

ئۇلار ئىككىنچى ئاينىڭ ئون تۆتىنچى كۈنى ئۆتۈپ كېتىش ھېيتىغا ئاتالغان [قوزىلارنى] سويدى. كاھىنلار بىلەن لاۋىيلار بۇنىڭغا قاراپ خىجىل بولۇپ، ئۆزلىرىنى [خۇداغا] مۇقەددەس بولۇشقا پاكلاپ، كۆيدۈرمە قۇربانلىقلارنى پەرۋەردىگارنىڭ ئۆيىگە ئېلىپ كېلىشتى.

16 and to stand: stand upon post their like/as justice: custom their like/as instruction Moses man [the] God [the] priest to scatter [obj] [the] blood from hand [the] Levi

ئۇلار خۇدانىڭ ئادىمى بولغان مۇساغا چۈشۈرۈلگەن تەۋرات قانۇنىغا ئاساسەن، بەلگىلىمە بويىچە ئۆز ئورۇنلىرىغا كېلىپ تۇرۇشتى. كاھىنلار لاۋىيلارنىڭ قولىدىن قاننى ئېلىپ [قۇربانگاھقا] سەپتى.

17 for many in/on/with assembly which not to consecrate: consecate and [the] Levi upon slaughtering [the] Passover to/for all not pure to/for to consecrate: consecate to/for LORD

جامائەت ئىچىدە پاكلىنىپ بولمىغانلار خېلى بولغاچقا، لاۋىيلار پاكلانمىغان بارلىق كىشىلەرنىڭ ئورنىدا ئۆتۈپ كېتىش ھېيتىغا بېغىشلانغان قوزىلارنى پەرۋەردىگارغا ئاتاش ئۈچۈن سويۇشقا مەسئۇل ئىدى.

18 for greatness [the] people many from Ephraim and Manasseh Issachar and Zebulun not be pure for to eat [obj] [the] Passover in/on/with not like/as to write for to pray Hezekiah upon them to/for to say LORD [the] pleasant to atone about/through/for

چۈنكى ئەفرائىم ۋە ماناسسەھ، ئىسساكار ۋە زەبۇلۇندىن كەلگەن كۆپىنچىسى، خېلى كۆپ بىر تۈركۈم كىشىلەر پاكلانماي تۇرۇپلا، تەۋرات بەلگىلىمىسىگە خىلاپ ھالدا ئۆتۈپ كېتىش ھېيتىغا ئاتاپ سويۇلغان قوزا گۆشلىرىنى يېيىشكە كىرىشتى؛ بىراق ھەزەكىيا ئۇلار ھەققىدە دۇئا قىلىپ: ــ كىمكى ئۆز ئاتا-بوۋىسىنىڭ خۇداسى بولغان پەرۋەردىگارنى چىن كۆڭلىدىن ئىزلەش نىيىتىگە كەلگەن بولسا، گەرچە ئۇلار مۇقەددەسخانىغا ئائىت پاكلىنىش بەلگىلىمىسىگە مۇۋاپىق پاك قىلىنمىسىمۇ، مېھرىبان پەرۋەردىگار ئۇلارنى ئەپۇ قىلغاي، دېدى.

19 all heart his to establish: establish to/for to seek [the] God LORD God father his and not like/as purifying [the] holiness

20 and to hear: hear LORD to(wards) Hezekiah and to heal [obj] [the] people

پەرۋەردىگار ھەزەكىيانىڭ دۇئاسىغا قۇلاق سېلىپ خەلقنى ئەپۇ قىلدى.

21 and to make: do son: descendant/people Israel [the] to find (in/on/with Jerusalem *L(abh)*) [obj] feast [the] unleavened bread seven day in/on/with joy great: large and to boast: praise to/for LORD day: daily in/on/with day: daily [the] Levi and [the] priest in/on/with article/utensil strength to/for LORD

يېرۇسالېمدا تۇرۇۋاتقان ئىسرائىللار پېتىر نان ھېيتىنى يەتتە كۈن شۇنداق خۇشاللىق ئىچىدە ئۆتكۈزدى؛ لاۋىيلار بىلەن كاھىنلار ھەر كۈنى پەرۋەردىگارغا ئاتالغان مەدھىيە سازلىرى بىلەن پەرۋەردىگارغا ھەمدۇسانا ئوقۇشتى.

22 and to speak: speak Hezekiah upon heart all [the] Levi [the] be prudent understanding pleasant to/for LORD and to eat [obj] [the] meeting: festival seven [the] day to sacrifice sacrifice peace offering and to give thanks to/for LORD God father their

ھەزەكىيا پەرۋەردىگارنىڭ ۋەھىيلىرىنى چۈشەندۈرۈشكە ماھىر لاۋىيلارغا ئىلھام بېرىپ تۇردى؛ خەلق يەتتە كۈن ھېيت قۇربانلىقلىرىنى يېدى؛ ئۇلار ئىناقلىق قۇربانلىقلىرىنى سۇنۇپ، ئاتا-بوۋىلىرىنىڭ خۇداسى بولغان پەرۋەردىگارنى مەدھىيىلىدى.

23 and to advise all [the] assembly to/for to make: do seven day another and to make: do seven day joy

بارلىق جامائەت يەنە يەتتە كۈن ھېيت ئۆتكۈزۈش توغرۇلۇق مەسلىھەتلىشىپ، يەنە خۇشال-خۇراملىققا چۆمگەن ھالدا يەتتە كۈن ھېيت ئۆتكۈزدى.

24 for Hezekiah king Judah to exalt to/for assembly thousand bullock and seven thousand flock and [the] ruler to exalt to/for assembly bullock thousand and flock ten thousand and to consecrate: consecate priest to/for abundance

چۈنكى يەھۇدانىڭ پادىشاھى ھەزەكىيا جامائەتكە مىڭ بۇقا ۋە يەتتە مىڭ قوي ھەدىيە قىلدى؛ ئەمەلدارلارمۇ جامائەتكە مىڭ بۇقا، ئون مىڭ قوي ھەدىيە قىلدى. نۇرغۇن كاھىنلار ئۆزلىرىنى [خۇداغا] ئاتاپ پاكلىدى.

25 and to rejoice all assembly Judah and [the] priest and [the] Levi and all [the] assembly [the] to come (in): come from Israel and [the] sojourner [the] to come (in): come from land: country/planet Israel and [the] to dwell in/on/with Judah

پۈتكۈل يەھۇدا جامائىتى، كاھىنلار، لاۋىيلار، ئىسرائىلدىن چىققان بارلىق جامائەت، جۈملىدىن ئىسرائىلدا تۇرۇۋاتقان مۇساپىرلار ھەمدە يەھۇدادا تۇرۇۋاتقان مۇساپىرلارنىڭ ھەممىسى ئالامەت خۇشال بولۇشتى.

26 and to be joy great: large in/on/with Jerusalem for from day Solomon son: child David king Israel not like/as this in/on/with Jerusalem

يېرۇسالېمنى غايەت زور خۇشاللىق كەيپىيات قاپلىدى؛ چۈنكى ئىسرائىلنىڭ پادىشاھى داۋۇتنىڭ ئوغلى سۇلايماننىڭ زامانىدىن بۇيان، يېرۇسالېمدا مۇنداق تەنتەنە بولۇپ باقمىغانىدى.

27 and to arise: rise [the] priest [the] Levi and to bless [obj] [the] people and to hear: hear in/on/with voice their and to come (in): come prayer their to/for habitation holiness his to/for heaven

ئاخىرىدا لاۋىيلاردىن بولغان كاھىنلار ئورنىدىن قوپۇپ، خەلققە بەخت-بەرىكەت تىلىدى؛ ئۇلارنىڭ ساداسى خۇداغا ئاڭلاندى، دۇئاسى ئاسمانلارغا، ئۇنىڭ مۇقەددەس تۇرالغۇسىغا يەتتى.
