1 Samuel 12
1 and to say Samuel to(wards) all Israel behold to hear: obey in/on/with voice your to/for all which to say to/for me and to reign upon you king
১পরে শমূয়েল সমস্ত ইস্রায়েলকে বললেন, “দেখ, তোমরা আমাকে যা যা বললে, আমি তোমাদের সেই সব কথা শুনে তোমাদের উপরে এক জনকে রাজা করলাম৷
2 and now behold [the] king to go: walk to/for face: before your and I be old and be gray and son: child my behold they with you and I to go: walk to/for face: before your from youth my till [the] day [the] this
২এখন দেখ, রাজা তোমাদের সামনে যাতায়াত করছেন; কিন্তু আমার বয়স হয়েছে ও চুল সাদা হয়েছে; আর দেখ, আমার ছেলেরা তোমাদের সঙ্গে আছে এবং আমি ছেলেবেলা থেকে আজ পর্যন্ত তোমাদের সামনে যাতায়াত করে আসছি৷
3 look! I to answer in/on/with me before LORD and before anointed his [obj] cattle who? to take: take and donkey who? to take: take and [obj] who? to oppress [obj] who? to crush and from hand who? to take: take ransom and to conceal eye my in/on/with him and to return: rescue to/for you
৩আমি এই জায়গায় আছি; তোমরা সদাপ্রভুর সামনে এবং তাঁর অভিষিক্ত ব্যক্তির সামনে আমার বিরুদ্ধে সাক্ষ্য দিয়ে বল দেখি, আমি কার গরু নিয়েছি? কার গাধা নিয়েছি? কাকে তাড়না করেছি? কার উপরেই বা অত্যাচার করেছি? কিংবা নিজের চোখ অন্ধ করার জন্য ঘুষ নিয়েছি? আমি তোমাদের তা ফিরিয়ে দেব৷”
4 and to say not to oppress us and not to crush us and not to take: take from hand man: anyone anything
৪তারা বলল, “আপনি আমাদের প্রতি তাড়না করেননি, আমাদের উপরে অত্যাচার করেননি, কার হাত থেকে কিছু নেন নি৷”
5 and to say to(wards) them witness LORD in/on/with you and witness anointed his [the] day: today [the] this for not to find in/on/with hand my anything and to say witness
৫তিনি তাদেরকে বললেন, “তোমরা আমার হাতে কোনো জিনিস পাওনি, এ বিষয়ে আজ তোমাদের বিপক্ষে সদাপ্রভু সাক্ষী এবং তাঁর অভিষিক্ত ব্যক্তি সাক্ষী৷” তারা উত্তর দিল, “তিনি সাক্ষী৷”
6 and to say Samuel to(wards) [the] people LORD which to make [obj] Moses and [obj] Aaron and which to ascend: establish [obj] father your from land: country/planet Egypt
৬পরে শমূয়েল লোকদেরকে বললেন, “সদাপ্রভুই মোশি ও হারোণকে উত্পন্ন করেছিলেন এবং তোমাদের পূর্বপুরুষদেরকে (পিতা) মিশর দেশ থেকে বের করে এনেছেন৷
7 and now to stand and to judge with you to/for face: before LORD [obj] all righteousness LORD which to make: do with you and with father your
৭তোমরা এখন দাড়াও; তোমাদের প্রতি ও তোমাদের পূর্বপুরুষদের প্রতি সদাপ্রভু যে সব ভালো কাজ করেছেন, সেই বিষয়ে আমি সদাপ্রভুর সামনে তোমাদের সঙ্গে আলোচনা করব৷
8 like/as as which to come (in): come Jacob Egypt and to cry out father your to(wards) LORD and to send: depart LORD [obj] Moses and [obj] Aaron and to come out: send [obj] father your from Egypt and to dwell them in/on/with place [the] this
৮যাকোব মিশরে যাওয়ার পর যখন তোমাদের পূর্বপুরুষেরা সদাপ্রভুর কাছে কেঁদেছিল, তখন সদাপ্রভু মোশি ও হারোণকে পাঠান; আর তাঁরা মিশর থেকে তোমাদের পূর্বপুরুষদেরকে বের করে আনলেন এবং এই জায়গায় তাদেরকে বাস করালেন৷
9 and to forget [obj] LORD God their and to sell [obj] them in/on/with hand: power Sisera ruler army Hazor and in/on/with hand: power Philistine and in/on/with hand: power king Moab and to fight in/on/with them
৯কিন্তু লোকেরা নিজেদের ঈশ্বর সদাপ্রভুকে ভুলে গেল, আর তিনি হাৎসোরের (বাল দেবের স্ত্রী) সেনাপতি সীষরার হাতে, পলেষ্টীয়দের হাতে ও মোয়াবরাজের হাতে তাদেরকে বিক্রয় করলেন এবং এরা তাদের সঙ্গে যুদ্ধ করল৷”
10 and to cry out to(wards) LORD (and to say *QK) to sin for to leave: forsake [obj] LORD and to serve [obj] [the] Baal and [obj] [the] Ashtaroth and now to rescue us from hand: power enemy our and to serve you
১০তখন তারা সদাপ্রভুর কাছে কেঁদে বলল, “আমরা পাপ করেছি, আমরা সদাপ্রভুকে ত্যাগ করে বালদেবতাদের ও অস্টারোৎ দেবীদের সেবা করেছি; কিন্তু এখন তুমি শত্রুদের হাত থেকে আমাদের উদ্ধার কর, আমরা তোমার সেবা করব৷
11 and to send: depart LORD [obj] Jerubbaal and [obj] Barak and [obj] Jephthah and [obj] Samuel and to rescue [obj] you from hand: power enemy your from around: side and to dwell security
১১পরে সদাপ্রভু যিরুব্বাল (গিদিয়ন), বদান, যিপ্তহ ও শমূয়েলকে পাঠিয়ে তোমাদের চারদিকের শত্রুদের হাত থেকে তোমাদের উদ্ধার করলেন; তাহাতে তোমরা নির্ভয়ে বাস করলে৷

১২পরে যখন তোমরা দেখলে অম্মোন-সন্তানদের রাজা নাহশ তোমাদের বিরুদ্ধে বেরিয়ে আসছে, তখন, তোমাদের ঈশ্বর সদাপ্রভু তোমাদের রাজা থাকতেও তোমরা আমাকে বললে, না, আমাদের উপরে একজন রাজা রাজত্ব করুন৷
13 and now behold [the] king which to choose which to ask and behold to give: put LORD upon you king
১৩অতএব এই দেখ, সেই রাজা, যাঁকে তোমরা মনোনীত করেছ ও চেয়েছ; দেখ, সদাপ্রভু তোমাদের উপরে একজন রাজা নিযুক্ত করেছেন৷
14 if to fear: revere [obj] LORD and to serve [obj] him and to hear: obey in/on/with voice his and not to rebel [obj] lip: word LORD and to be also you(m. p.) and also [the] king which to reign upon you after LORD God your
১৪তোমরা সদাপ্রভুকে ভয় কর, তাঁর সেবা কর ও তাঁর কথায় কান দাও এবং সদাপ্রভুর আদেশের বিরুদ্ধে যেও না, আর তোমরা ও তোমাদের উপরে ভারপ্রাপ্ত রাজা, উভয়েই যদি নিজের ঈশ্বর সদাপ্রভুর অনুসারী হও তবে ভালো৷
15 and if not to hear: obey in/on/with voice LORD and to rebel [obj] lip: word LORD and to be hand: power LORD in/on/with you and in/on/with father your
১৫কিন্তু তোমরা যদি সদাপ্রভুর আওয়াজে কান না দাও, তবে সদাপ্রভুর হাত যেমন তোমাদের পূর্বপুরুষদের বিরুদ্ধ ছিল, তেমনি তোমাদেরও বিরুদ্ধ হবে৷
16 also now to stand and to see: see [obj] [the] word: thing [the] great: large [the] this which LORD to make: do to/for eye: before(the eyes) your
১৬অতএব তোমরা দাড়াও; সদাপ্রভু তোমাদের সামনে যে মহৎ কাজ করবেন, তা দেখ৷
17 not harvest wheat [the] day to call: call to to(wards) LORD and to give: give voice: thunder and rain and to know and to see: see for distress: evil your many which to make: do in/on/with eye: seeing LORD to/for to ask to/for you king
১৭আজ কি গম কাটার দিন নয়? আমি সদাপ্রভুকে ডাকব, যেন তিনি মেঘ গর্জন ও বৃষ্টি দেন; তাতে তোমরা জানবে ও বুঝবে যে, তোমরা নিজেদের জন্য রাজা চেয়ে সদাপ্রভুর সামনে খুব খারাপ করেছ৷”
18 and to call: call to Samuel to(wards) LORD and to give: give LORD voice: thunder and rain in/on/with day [the] he/she/it and to fear: revere all [the] people much [obj] LORD and [obj] Samuel
১৮তখন শমূয়েল সদাপ্রভুকে ডাকলে সদাপ্রভু ঐ দিনের মেঘ গর্জন ও বৃষ্টি দিলেন; তাতে সব লোক সদাপ্রভুর থেকে ও শমূয়েলের থেকে খুব ভীত হল৷
19 and to say all [the] people to(wards) Samuel to pray about/through/for servant/slave your to(wards) LORD God your and not to die for to add upon all sin our distress: evil to/for to ask to/for us king
১৯আর সব লোক শমূয়েলকে বলল, “আমরা যেন না মরি, এই জন্য আপনি নিজের দাসদের জন্য আপনার ঈশ্বর সদাপ্রভুর কাছে প্রার্থনা করুন; কারণ আমরা আমাদের সব পাপের উপরে এই খারাপ কাজ করেছি যে, আমাদের জন্য রাজা চেয়েছি৷”
20 and to say Samuel to(wards) [the] people not to fear you(m. p.) to make: do [obj] all [the] distress: evil [the] this surely not to turn aside: turn aside from after LORD and to serve [obj] LORD in/on/with all heart your
২০পরে শমূয়েল লোকদেরকে বললেন, “ভয় করো না; তোমরা এই মন্দ কাজ করেছ ঠিকই, কিন্তু কোনো মতে সদাপ্রভুর কাছ থেকে সরে যেও না, সমস্ত হৃদয় দিয়ে সদাপ্রভুর সেবা কর৷
21 and not to turn aside: turn aside for after [the] formlessness which not to gain and not to rescue for formlessness they(masc.)
২১সরে যেও না, গেলে সেই সব অবস্তুর অনুগামী হবে, যারা অবস্তু বলে উপকার ও উদ্ধার করতে পারে না৷
22 for not to leave LORD [obj] people his in/on/with for the sake of name his [the] great: large for be willing LORD to/for to make [obj] you to/for him to/for people
২২কারণ সদাপ্রভু নিজের মহানামের গুনে নিজের প্রজাদেরকে ত্যাগ করবেন না; কারণ তোমাদেরকে নিজের প্রজা করতে সদাপ্রভুর ইচ্ছা হয়েছে৷
23 also I forbid to/for me from to sin to/for LORD from to cease to/for to pray about/through/for you and to show [obj] you in/on/with way: conduct [the] pleasant and [the] upright
২৩আর আমিই যে তোমাদের জন্য প্রার্থনা করতে বিরত হয়ে সদাপ্রভুর বিরুদ্ধে পাপ করব, তা দূরে থাক; আমি তোমাদেরকে ভালো ও সরল পথের শিক্ষা দেব;
24 surely to fear: revere [obj] LORD and to serve [obj] him in/on/with truth: faithful in/on/with all heart your for to see: examine [obj] which to magnify with you
২৪তোমরা শুধুমাত্র সদাপ্রভুকে ভয় কর ও সমস্ত হৃদয় দিয়ে সত্যে তাঁর সেবা কর; কারণ দেখ, তিনি তোমাদের জন্য কেমন মহান কাজ করলেন৷
25 and if be evil be evil also you(m. p.) also king your to snatch
২৫কিন্তু তোমরা যদি খারাপ ব্যবহার কর, তবে তোমরা ও তোমাদের রাজা উভয়েই বিনষ্ট হবে৷”
